This was my first visit to pilot knob dental care. I went there for a cleaning and a check up. The hygienist did a great job cleaning my teeth and were very thorough on my check up.The whole staff is very professional and personable. I have found a new dentist office.

Dr. Qureshi, and the office staff of pilot knob Dental Care are all professional and informative.I have been into the office with some minor issues and thankful they were willing to see me quickly. I was treated like I was a regular I was in and out in no time. Dental place is mausoleum. One of the best one I have ever been in. I had an emergency with a broken tooth and they got me in so fast. They were able to fix it at the same time! From the time I set up my first appointment to walking in the door and my appointment was rather long as I had a few things that needed to be taken care of , the Dentist said it’s not an emergency but we can get it all done today if I could stay ? Pilot Knob Dental Care is a great family practice! The Staff, Dental Hygienist, and Doctors are all wonderful! We started going here after relocating and missing routine visits during the pandemic, we are so lucky to have found them!

I was seen right away after calling about a tooth problem. The doctor listens to my concerns and works with me to solve the problem. His staff is friendly and helpful.

I was refused a cleaning because I wouldnt agree to xrays. The tech was rude and completely unprofessional.There are a million dentists out there and I will take my business elsewhere.

Dr. Qureshi has incredible chair-side manner and is a master at his craft. As an individual who has a life-long issue with dentists pushing me through the “machine”, he is a refreshing breath of fresh air. I have some challenging teeth, but he has met every challenge with confidence, minimal pain, and an incredible level of patience and empathy.The entire staff at PKDC is amazing as well - you can tell they know their stuff and are truly interested in their patient’s outcomes - not just getting to the next patient.Highly recommend anyone to take a ride in their chairs.

Very bad customer serviceI called them to make an appointment and asked if they take a particular medical card that i have and a lady over the phone told me yes we accept your card she transfered to scheduling dept and i repeated the same question to the other person to make sure my card is acceptedDone the appointment and next morning canceled my work and everything to go the clinic @8 am and when i reached there they said “oh sorry we dont accept your card you have to pay $75 for the appointment fee plus all other expenses!Never seen clinic working that way

Very accommodating, and very professional, came in with an anxiety attack and came out with my tooth extracted and my nerves at rest.

They are wonderful in every way for our entire family including 4 littles 😆 We love seeing them every 6 months!

A bate and switch tactic was used to get me in for the appointment. I called asking about the cost for implants (which they advertise, when in fact they dont install implants). I was told that I would need an exam, so I set an appointment for cleaning and exam which is covered by my insurance. When I got there they had me fill out paperwork as a new patient and then brought me back for x-rays then the cleaning and exam. Once they were all done, and had informed me that they would have to refer me for the implants, they brought me to the front desk and gave me a bill for over $100. At no time before or during the process was I talked to about any costs or expenses. It was a surprise. I wont be going back to this dentist office.

I have been going to pilot knob dental for 2 to 3 years now and started going there as soon as I changed dental plans over to Delta dental through AARP. I keep going to them because they’re honest and kind and you get the same hygienist every time so you develop a relationship with them. They’re honest and clean and great people that take very good care of me and have the best technology. I liked it so much I referred my mom to them and she goes there now for her teeth.Thank you pilot knob dental office!

The staff is amazing, beautiful facility, professional and informative. I had an abscessed tooth and in extreme pain. After calling my regular dentist with no response and the emergency dentist with a wait time of one week, i called Pilot Knob Dental Care. They were able to see me within 30 minutes and took exceptional care of me.

Just had my first appointment. Clean, timely, professional, and respectful. They did everything with insurance and told me what I was covered for and the fees up front.

Doctor was in in a rush to remove a broken tooth and didnt use the right tools. This cause tooth to be broken in 3 pieces. They refuse to leave recovering patients with appropriately prescribed pain medication....I mean NOTHING! There is no care for the patients pain after a botched tooth extraction. We paid out of pocket, and when bill was given, there was an extra 75$ charge after we were quoted with a worst case scenario bill! Not worth the frustration or pain. We will not be going back.

First visit and I had high expectations based on all of the positive reviews, and they delivered. Very thorough, asked a lot (necessary) of questions and really listened to what I had to say. Only switched dentists because of a recent move, and Im so happy to have found a new dentist so quickly. There was zero pressure to have additional work done and they didnt try to sell me anything additional, which was refreshing.

I Needed an Emergency Extraction (1st Time Patient!) and They Got me in within a few Hrs !!! Basically Saved me from Severe Constant tooth pain !!! Excellent and Nice and CaringStaff !!! Ill Forever be Grateful !!! 😁👍

The doctor is especially nice, and he took the time to explain everything, and then gave me some alternatives in case I couldn’t afford first class service, which I could not. It didn’t seem to bother him in the least. “Whenever you’re ready,” he said. Wouldn’t it be great if the IRS was like that?

Very clean, new dental office building. The entire staff was extremely welcoming throughout my appointment and helped to refer me to a great specialist for a wisdom tooth extraction. They made sure I could schedule an appointment that day with the specialist and took care of the details for me so I didn’t have to worry about it myself.

I showed up 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment. They let me know right away that they were running 15 minutes behind (it was very late in the day). They gave me a $5 gift card to the coffee shop next door for the inconvenience. It was super thoughtful and a total customer service rarity in the medical/dental world as so many providers have no respect for their customer’s time. Not the case here!

Ya’ll were awesome! I am a chicken when it comes to the dentist. My first time going here, aside from paperwork mishap, not their fault, I had a stellar experience. I had my X-rays done, teeth cleaned, dental exam and they had time to do a filling right then and there. Very thorough and efficient. New technologies, pain free 99.9%, and every staff person I encountered made me feel like I was a part of the family. Very pleasant and caring individuals and I thought and Sarah and Dr. Qureshi were extra gentle with me. Thanks for taking the fear out of dentistry!

Dr Katarina was friendly and knowledgeable as well and was straightforward about the continued care I would need. The location and hours are convenient. So friendly! Honestly, if you dont like dentists, try this place! Customer service seems like their number one priority. From the front desk to the people in the back, everyone is extremely nice and friendly. Kelly is wonderful, both Dianes (one helped with a filling and the other handled my payment) were great to work with, and my dentist Foster took care of business in a timely manner while continuing to uphold a level of customer care you dont normally get anywhere else. Everyone was great, I found my new dentist.

Before i went there my teeth were good and not painful at all.but after i went there for cleaning ive been so much upset about my tooth.It was terrible for my first time to visit this place.A stuff her name jenifer,while she was cleaning she tried to pull out hard with my crown tooth and now got pain and also wiggle.They tried to said something to scared me a lot about my teeth. my crown tooth was good they made it wiggle and asked me to replace a new one with expensive one.

If you are looking for a wonderful dentist that is well staffed and has modern technology go here. Dr. Foster, Sarah and everyone else were very accommodating, got a thorough understanding of my dental history and even found an endodonic clinic that could see me same day for root canal therapy I needed. It definitely did not feel like I was being rushed to leave with a half clean mouth. Not that it is important but the interior also looks very nice.

I am not a big fan of going to the dentist. I was nervous about my appointment. I am happy to say that it was so much better then previous dentists. Hannah was fabulous and Dr. Katirina great. I hope to get back on a twice a year cleaning schedule.

Had confirmed appointment. Got there and doors were locked. I called the number and asked why I had to call a number to be let in for a confirmed appointment and was told it was a protocol for safety. Whose? Mine? And they request you wear a mask even though it goes against what the US Surgeon General says (he is adamant that healthy people should NOT wear a mask).I lost it. I am so tired of businesses playing their customers and having us jump through unnecessary hoops like some puppet because some 5th grade teacher says were all in this togetherIll apologize to the young lady whom I vented on but not to her bosses who make her enforce asinine rules that actually put her health in jeapordy by wearing a mask at a desk job.Theyve forgotten that we are their clients. Not Walz.

They offer coffee and water and the waiting area. Have a bunch of little freebies like pens and chapstick. The front desk is welcoming and knew who I was because they were expecting me at that time. I was grabbed to get my cleaning within just a couple of mins and it went great. I got educated about everything she was doing and things I could use to help my dental hygiene in the future.

I finally found a home for my dental care. The dental hygienist (Kelly) was very thorough, explained everything, and was very personable and professional. Every aspect was efficient with state of the art equipment. They also have a financial reduction plan for those who do not have insurance. I have highrequirements for service and Pilot Knob Dental exceeded every expectation.

Beware of this place. I came for a cleaning and checkup here a few months ago after receiving a coupon in the mail. I was told that I needed a root canal and several cavities filled which would be very expensive—$2000 out of pocket work done. I went to another dentist shortly after and I only needed a small cavity filled and my teeth are healthy. I almost got scammed and almost had my teeth ruined. The same thing happened to my younger brother and he went to see a different dentist and was told he needed Minimal work done and not the excessive amount of root canals and other invasive procedures the dentist had recommended.Beware new dentistries like this and ones that entice new patients through marketing via mail want only your money

I am one to postpone my cleanings and everything else from anxiety of dentists and dental in general. New patient today, Sarah was my hygienist and she was phenomenal! The girls there had me laughing (normally im crying.) All the ladies are wonderful, helpful and all around amazing. Questions answered, and teeth feel and look amazing. Clinic and office is gorgeous. I haven’t been to the dentist in years and the staff here was remarkable!! I had to have a root canal and crown and then two extractions one was a wisdom tooth. The wisdom tooth was painful but Tressa and Dr. Juean helped me get through it.I will be going back and recommend this clinic highly!
