Amazing Experience: Kristine helped me to set up a Spa Morning for my four girl-friends and I this past weekend. Each of us were able to choose our services (pedicures, massage, and facials) and have a lounge to ourselves. There was juice, fruit and pastries provided as well. The staff were wonderful and whole atmosphere was calm and rejuvenating. This was just the personalized experience we were looking for. A big thank you to everyone at Parlour 9!

Kelly did a fantastic job cutting the girls hair! You never know with kids at the salon, and she made them feel comfortable and made it fun.

Parlour 9 is an outstanding salon in the south metro! I have relatively fine/thin hair and I feel that most stylists Ive worked with in the past have had a well see what we can do attitude about my hair. Kristine and the rest of her crew at Parlour 9 have so much to offer! Though Im sure their services would meet/exceed anyones expectations, I encourage you to seek them out if you have fine/thin hair. I wore extensions (primarily for thickness) courtesy of Parlour 9 for about a year and a half. Kristine made them super easy to style and maintain. I just recently had the extensions removed and requested a much shorter cut--best haircut of my life! My stylist put careful thought into the structure of my cut to maximize volume. I couldnt be more pleased. This salon also has spa services--Ive booked a mini spa day with a friend for just over $100 for over 2 hours of salon services. Lisa has a great personality and was very accommodating. She listened to my description of what I wanted, asked great questions, took time to look at different hair color options and explained the different effects each would be with my natural color. She cut my hair as well and did a fantastic job. She has a passion for what she does and it shows in her expert work. I felt totally comfortable with her at the start and that is unusual when seeing a stylist for the first time. Looking forward to continuing having Lisa as my stylist for life. The salon is at a great location. Very clean and good selection of products to buy as well.. Alissa was very professional and did a great job with my massage. Other staff was helpful, friendly and courteous as well.

I had a gel manicure with Tami F. & a CBD facial with Hannah P. OMG what a relaxing way to start the morning! The manicure was in a quiet room and Tami was great. Friendly, professional, and she did a fabulous job on my mani. This was my first time getting a facial and so I was a little nervous. Hannah was great. She was professional, transparent in what she was going to do, where she was going to touch And the whole energy of the room was so calming. And she has the hands of an angel! I feel so refreshed after visiting and will most definitely be returning and recommending both to everyone!The only thing I would suggest would be that they look into stylists that can do curly & African American hair because currently they don’t offer those services.

I was in for an express facial and loved it! The next morning my face still felt amazing. Hannah was a perfect balance of professional and personal. I enjoyed the facial so much I was bummed it was over...I will be back!

Alyssa did a massage for me. I’ve had her before and she’s excellent. I felt welcome and comfortable from the time I walked into Parlor 9. She checked with me on any special requests or areas that needed attention right away. Her pressure was perfect and I recommend the 75 minutes or more service. I will be back!

Tammy always does a great job with my color!I love the Candles I bought! I lit them as soon as I got them out of the bag! I would love to get more Citrus & Sage and also Lavender & Lemongrass. As I said, I used to get these at Massage Envy and was so sad when they quit carrying them.Sharyn

I started going to Parlour 9 awhile back when I let my eyebrows go after having my daughter and I needed them to be seriously shaped and tamed. I had asked for recommendations and I got so many for Tasha that I made an appointment for my wax right away. I am so glad that I got her as a recommendation because she worked magic on my crazy eyebrows and made them beautiful again. I would highly recommend her over and over again as well as continue to see her as long as she works at Parlour 9. I would actually follow her if she left to be truthfully honest.

Lisa is always a great conversationalist and does fabulous work on my thick hair. I really enjoy that she remembers things about her clients, and asks follow up questions from conversations mentioned last appointment.Their cleanliness is outstanding. They are constantly, visibly cleaning and wiping all touch surfaces, and using new towels, capes, etc. throughout the visit. Ive never been seated next to an active chair and feel like there is privacy in the salon booth, allowing for a more relaxed feel and conversation space.

Absolutely LOVE my hair after seeing Meranda!! Will definitely be coming back to see her when I need my hair done! And I’m not one to stick with one hair stylist either.

Tracey is the best! She takes my descriptions and ideas and turns them into a fabulous hair style! She’s even better when I ask her to do whatever she wants. I’ve been seeing her for years, I’ve lived all across the metro, but absolutely refuse to see anyone else. I’m moving out of state, but you can bet I’ll book my appointments when I make a trip back!!

I saw Greta last week and she is absolutely amazing. She is so kind and fun but she also made my hair look better than it has in so long. Jackie was incredibly gifted at giving good perms and of following a hairstyle just from a picture. Never in my life have I ever had such a good perm other than when my sister did it. There are not very many stylist left like Jackie, because she is from the old school of knowledge, training and expertise that nobody who is Young can compete with. I am so thankful that she chose to allow me into her Inner Circle of avid fans!

Jackie did a great job making my husband and I feel comfortable. We came in individually and she checked our temperatures and directed us to hand sanitizer. She gave us both great haircuts, which we so desperately needed. She was able to work around our masks with no issues. During my haircut I was unaware of any other people around me, although I knew they were there, so the social distancing was handled very well. Was gifted a full spa day at Parlour 9 Salon & Spa. I had the most amazing experience with each and every person! I started out with a full body massage which I had never had before and it will now become a regular occurrence as it was so amazing. I then had a facial that was so relaxing and informative, cannot wait for my next one!! After that I had a manicure and pedicure which were amazing and provided in a private room while I was served lunch! Finally my day ended with a hair cut and color, the woman doing my hair was so sweet and fully understood what I was looking for and offered great insight and ideas, I could not be happier with the results! Had such an amazing experience, cannot wait to return!

Alissa was great! A good haircut should still look great even after shampooing it and styling it at home. My cut is amazing! She listened to me and gave me what I wanted. She was also great conversation during the cut! I’ll be booking her again!

I came to this salon for help with my acne. Tasha does acne consultations, facials, and creates a specified skincare routine for you. She is AMAZING! I am 28 and I have battled acne all my life and she helped me get cleared up within about 5 months. Their skincare line is wonderful and fairly reasonable in price - some of it is a little spendy, but the results are so worth it.The customer service here is great as well.

Meranda did an awesome job on my hair. I absolutely LOVE IT! The salon is nice, has a great atmosphere, its clean, and Meranda was professional and great at what she does. Top notch in my book!

My Stylist was running behind. It worked for me to delay, but I was so happy they called me to come an hour later so that I could finish more tasks at home before going and waiting. It is a great space. Im excited to try a massage here too!

Tasha does an incredible job lifting and tinting my lashes! I am sensitive to a lot of beauty products and she takes extra care to make sure I’m always comfortable. She has clearly been doing lashes for a long time and is very knowledgeable on any and everything I ask her. She pays attention to detail and is very customer-focused. I would recommend her to anyone!

This was my first time in to Parlour 9 and I was very happy with the results. With Covid 19 precautions in place, the staff there were very thorough in how they handled incoming clients - where to stand, questionnaires regarding health, temperature check, sanitation, and hand sanitizer everywhere. I felt very safe. Allisa was my stylist and took time to listen to me about what I wanted in a haircut. She was personable, professional and did exactly what I asked her for. It was a good experience from the start to the end. I would highly recommend Allisa and Parlour 9!

My daughter and I were with Alissa on Saturday, June 9th. We were in for updos for my daughters wedding. Mine turned out beautifully and stayed in place all day long. I put it to the test, for sure. I was in light rain, an umbrella actually got caught in it, and I danced the night away. Not a strand fell. I dont currently have pictures, but will post if I have some good shots. I received SO MANY compliments on my hair. So Kudos to Alissa. Job well done!!!I cant speak for my daughter. I didnt ask her until today, and they are currently out shopping for clothes for their honeymoon. If, and when, she gets back to me...I will update.
