Snow Williams did a fabulous job on my first ever Gel Nail Service. They seem to be stronger now and lasted over 3 weeks.

I can’t speak highly enough about Melissa K! I see her for facials and she’s been able to transform my skin and makes me feel so beautiful without makeup! She caters to my skin at every appointment and is able adjust to all of its changes and needs so that I see the best results. She is so personable and welcoming, you will without a doubt want to return to her based on her professionalism alone!

Shelby is AWESOME!!! Im blonde so it is very difficult to find someone that I trust that will not damage my hair or turn it orange/yellow and she did a GREAT job! And she is so nice and personable. This was the most enjoyable, relaxing appointment Ive had in MANY years. The facility is very up to date and sleek and I was shocked at all the services they offer! If you havent checked them out do! And if you want a great color and/or cut call Shelby, she is the absolute BEST!

Mrs. Melissa Kinsey, i would give her 1000 stars if i could; she is the absolute BEST!! I have very sensitive skin and i dont trust many people with my skin and eyebrows but shes my go to now. It feels very peaceful and luxurious - perfect if your looking for a relaxing experience. I went in the cryo chamber. It was freezing and invigorating. The staff are top notch here, very friendly and knowledgeable. Top marks.

I’ve been going to Angel for my lashes for a littleover a year now. She is absolutely amazing!! She takes her time and makes sure you are happy with the results. Angel Giannosa’s talent and professionalism are unmatched. My manicures are perfect, every time. Liz and her staff made sure I was comfortable and they were very thorough explaining every step of the threading process. Liz is precise, very meticulous & extremely professional. Angel Giannosa in my opinion is not only the best nail technician in state of Florida but the best therapist as well. She does my nails and solves my problems for the month. I have to say that this place is totally amazing.From the front desk to each chair you will fine the nicest staff I have ever came across .Very warm and inviting extremely helpful and knowledgable. My hair was done by Xavier and he did a wonderful job .My next visit with him will be my color. Went again today and had a waxing and nails done by Olga she was just terrific .People say it looks intimidating but trust me its not at all and there pricing beats all other top notch salons. If 100 stars was available thats what they would get from me ...You dont have to travel to 6 different places to get things done they have it all ..Even the owner was so nice .You have to give this place a try trust me its worth it

Up to date facility. I was given a menu of their services which illustrate the fees but give no description of the service. Poor information and marketing. There are several facial services and massages; the only information one can go on is the fee when determining what service they may want.

What a wonderful friendly environment. Wide variety of services to choose from. Cathy Meier is my favorite stylist! She always has a smile on her face. I get hair cuts, color and even perms from Cathy. My husband also goes to Cathy for his hair cuts. Our hair looks great all the time thanks to her!

Melinda Black hair stylist is exceptional and very professional. She took her time, listened to me and did her magic! I have gotten so many compliments! I highly recommend her to everyone! You won’t be disappointed!

Visits to True MD have always been such a delight. The moment I walk in the door and hear the relaxing music and see the friendly faces, my mood is automatically lighter and happier. The girls at the front always offer a delicious water and fresh fruit concoction for me to sip on while I wait......I see Kristy for facials and peels. She is an expert and takes her job of keeping Lakeland feeling beautiful very serious. Not only does she offer a wonderful and relaxing oasis, she lends a listening ear and words of such incredible wisdom. On my last visit I noticed a bulletin board on her wall with a take one if you love it or leave one if youd like. type sign on it. The board was full of great quotes and sweet inspirations.........an amazing facial and therapy rolled into one?? YES, PLEASE!! True MD and Kristy, keep it up....Your team ROCKS!!

Deep fried, frizzed, dried, badly broken: this was my hair wave by Cathy Meier. No refund on services rendered, she said. In fact when I finally got a refund check from her, she put a stop payment on it before I could get to the bank. Beware of Lois Burkett, salon manager and part owner. She phoned me twice, both times giving me notice that she had two other employees listening to our conversation. This was on speakerphone with very disconcerting reverb of my own voice playing back every word I spoke. She also said ‘no refunds on services rendered’ (and much more in that vein). The second call from Ms Burkett was also on speakerphone with other participants on her end. She said she had audio and video of me asking for a refund, and tugging at my poor mangled hair, and that I was on video/voice saying I would never come back to that place. I was flabbergasted. So beware! The whole studio is on surround sound and 360 degree video

Accident happend and understand. I went to this spa and they told me to get in the massage room but when I was getting ready to get on the table the table broke and fall on top on me.I was by myself and I managed to take the table away from me.Five minute later the lady came in and she told me that they herd a big BANG!! I was disoriented and confused.The next day I went to work but I had strong headache and I had problems reading the computer. NO!! I did ask for money but they pay for my emergency room vicit. The funny thing is that the Spa.staff told me that they have that table for more than 10 years.This telling me that its time to get updated. I like to do reviews but Im very honest..

I have been going to True MD for about 4 years now, mostly for microderm abrasions. I only have experience with their esthetician, Kristy as far as actual treatments go but I have spoken with a few of the other employees. The customer service has always been wonderful. The receptionists are very sweet. Kristy is the main esthetician and she has worked miracles for me. She was sweet when I first met her years ago and after getting to know her a little during my treatments, I just adore her. She is one of the nicest people I have met. The microderm/facials are Uh-Mazing. She is knowledgeable and was even willing to take my calls when I had questions about anything. I am personally a freak about only using natural products, which is why I cant review the other employees or procedures, but Kristy knows how I am and uses the products she knows I am ok with. I have literally recommended her to all of my friends. Overall, my experience, the spa, the office, staff, atmosphere and Kristy are all amazing.

BUYER BEWARE ...DOCTORS TELL YOU THEY CAN FIX AREAS AND YOU ASK THEM UR THEY SURE THEY CAN SWEAR UP AND DOWN AND CHARGED ME $1000 AND $650 OF ONE OF TREATMENTS DID NOT FIX AREAS OR EVRN DO NOTICABLE CHANGE ..NEVER GOT FIXED AND OUT MONEY ...THEN AS DISPUTE THEM THEY THREATEN ME TO SUE & MORE ACTIONS ...BUT FILE COMPLAINT TO BBB AND CIVIL COURTS MY SELF FOR UNFILLED SERVICES AND FALSE COMMITTMENT OF SERVICE THAT WAS NOT FIXED AS AGREED UPON.
