I must agree with Jerrys post. The office staff cant be trusted. They will tell you bold face lies and they will back each other up as though its the gospel truth. Id strongly advise staying away from these people.

There office staff is horrible they never reschedule a nurse to come to my 95 year old father in law when his nurse takes a day off even though as soon as I find out shes going to be off I call them

No call no shows. No communications from office. Was told mother would have services Thursday and Fridays 130 to 630. Here we are again Friday at 330. No call no show. No answer at office. The people they send are great when they do come.

Ive been a Utopia client off and on for several years and the CNAs in the field vary from poor to great. The majority are acceptable and will finally get the routine right but the office staff is a different story.Ive interacted with Monica, Jessica and Stephanie. I think Monica is the office manager and shes the only one of the three I havent caught in a lie at some point.

They couldnt find anyone to help me bathe regularly for a week or more. I was blamed for cancelling once because I had the flu, and twice over two months because I had an appointment in Tampa. I was supposed to have an aide around 5 finally, no one showed. Ive been bathed once in a week and I have a doctor appointment tomorrow. Horrible communication from their office and I get blamed when I call them.

My wife worked for this company great staff she enjoyed working from them.
