Georgiana is very compassionate for seniors and is knowledgeable about senior care services in our community.

I had 4 different girls come here to help me bath, and very little around the house, 3 of them were great, but one of them, she brings up things and when I answer them, and ask questions, she does answer them and tells her company that I made feel uncomfortable, she should acted like a grown woman, I did nothing wrong, now I have to wait until the V.A. hires another company, they she of just let one of the other 3 women come here. Thanks Jessica. For making your company believe something that is not true They do not come or call at times, they will say that they will try to find someone, so they come late in the next day .

I cant tell you how poor the service is. The girl called out sick Sunday, I had to wait 2hrs more for them to send someone. I had already been the 12 hrs. Today the caregiver is a no call no show. UNFORTUNATELY this isnt the first time. I guess I need to find a more dependable service to care for my loved one.

Very well trained and professional services

When my mom had sezeires, Senior Helpers sat with her all day until I could arrive at her assisted living facilty. They also sent a companion to stay overnight at the hospital with mom so I could go home to rest. They were a huge comfort to her as well as to myself. I am forever grateful for the help and support they have given to our family. All of the staff is more caring than can be expected from most other companies.

I have called Senior Helpers for a caregiver for my grandmother its been a month since her last caregiver and no replacement was found and the scheduler has not contacted me as she stated she would,they are getting paid but for what are they saying a caregiver is here just to get the checks are what?Im very disappointed with Senior Helpers and the fact that I myself is in the health field understand that your word is your bond.
