I brought my 9yo daughter in for an injury to her foot. We were greeted upon arrival and after a quick check-in, Becky grabbed a wheel chair so I didnt have to carry my child to a room. My daughter appreciated the TV in the room because it kept her entertained while waiting on x-ray, splinting & discharge. I appreciate the electronic message board in the room because it keeps you up to date on orders, wait times, who everyone is etc. We were in / out within 1.5 hours - the staff was steady in / out checking in on us. Before leaving Gary took some time to show my daughter how to use her new crutches. Becky, Gary & Dr. Jones were great with my daughter and took every step to make sure she was comfortable. I highly recommend this facility and would definitely return.

I had a terrible experience here! The front desk tried to turn me away for not wearing a mask. They did not seem to care that my face was leaking blood due to a big gash on my cheek bone from a dog bite which is why I could not wear one. After finally putting me in a room they made me wait forever and nobody else was there but me. I got 4 stitches and they told me I could leave after I sat for another hour and they never gave me any bill or told me anything. I talked to the iPad person more than anyone else. I got way unnecessary bills from this visit and it was ridiculous! I’m never going here again.

From the moment I walked in with my sick mom, everyone was such an angel, compassionate, and very skilled at taking care of her . My mom was immediately brought back in. Thank you to Lee for putting us at ease, and thank you Dr Hill for taking time to listen and follow up with me about my mom’s condition. Thank you to all I didn’t name as well. I’m also a health professional and it can still be stressful when someone you Iove gets sick. They made it easier by providing top care. My mom is doing better now.

The one that is located on south Florida Ave in Lakeland. Wow what a find …. The best ER that I have every been to… from the front end to nurses and amazing Doctor that treated me and referred me to the Brandon Regional Hospital… thank you for the great care and time to treat me like a human being…. It wasn’t about how you pay it was the patient was number one like you should be…. 💯 percent give this ER a try even on the weekends they where spectacular…1️⃣ the best!!!!!!!!!

Went in for complaints of an unbearable sore throat, ear ache, head aches, chills, etc. they looked at my ear and did not check my throat at all and sent me away with OTC meds. Went back two days later because nothing changed and got worse. They actually looked at my throat and did a strep test and it was positive.They charged my insurance $2500 for the first visit and $6,000 for the second!I actually laughed when I got the bill.

I decided to go to this location because my local ER has been swamped due to covid. I am very happy that i made this decision I could barely walk when I went through the front doors they got me in immediately and started treating me right away. The staff was all pleasant to work with. The are not a fully equipped hospital but the treatment level they gave me was top notch until they were able to transfer me Brandon hospital. I would highly recommend this location in Lakeland.

I needed IV fluids for dehydration while suffering a stomach virus (for which I had been seen at another ER 36 hours prior and encouraged to return for more fluids as needed as my case was so severe). Rather than wait hours at the original hospital ER, I went to ER 24/7. They had me in a room with an IV in within 10 minutes of arriving. They were very thorough in checking my labs to assess my overall condition. All the staff were exceptionally kind and friendly. I found the facility very clean as well. I will not hesitate to use ER 24/7 again if needed in the future.

Sitting here for 2 hours with a friend. I have seen faster service at a regular doctors office. Nobody is being admitted or told anything. Definitely NOT an EMERGENCY ROOM.

This was my first visit at this ER. The nurses, doctors and staff were all amazing, they even brought me a blanket. I got in very quickly, they triaged me and immediately started running test. The only part was waiting for the blood tests, but other than that I highly recommend this ER.

This was possibly the worst ER experience ever. My fiancé has a terrible ear infection and all they did was look in her ear and the man said ouch and prescribed her allergy medicine and some antibiotics. They did not clean her ears with was so painful that she was crying as we drove to lakeland regional and they did not provide her ear drops. That was not only a waste of time, but it was a waste of money. Will never go there again and I advise anyone needing care to go to a better ER!

Unquestionably the worst care ever received. Potentially, negligent.If your emergency doesnt suit their medical expertise, they fake it, and skirt your questions. Again... if your emergency does not suit their expertise, understand you will not get appropriate care. No compassion. No communication.Even the security guard (Carlton S.) was rude.As an example... I enter the lobby, the guard is the only one present. He doesnt greet me. I stand by, at the counter. He looks up and says, Are you checking in? (Somewhat intelligibly, with no sense of urgency, nor care.) I say, No, but my son is in the car, and I need some advice. He grabs the ID on his shirt and says, Im security, not a doctor. While looking at me like I was in the wrong place. I responded, Understood, but I need some advice... Cutting me off, he repeated the same, Im security, not a doctor. Seriously. It got worse.My intentions are to take my experience further. The care was potentially negligent. Remember, if your emergency does not suit their expertise...Think about it.

Terrible customer service. I have never received an itemized bill for our visit. My son suffered a sprained knee in a High School soccer match late in the evening and this was the closest open place After receiving a second opinion from an outstanding Sports Orthopedist at Watson Clinic we were advised that he had a low grade sprain but the Doctor at Brandon Regional Emergency Clinic had placed the absolute incorrect brace on my sons knee! Finally had a conversation with their customer service folks.2 X-rays and a incorrect brace and a bill for $4700 after 90 minutes of treatment! If you have an option, there are many other fine health/urgent care facilities available in Lakeland--Seek them out or go to Lakeland Regional. We learned our lesson.6/16/2001 as a follow up to my first review above, it has been over a week since I spoke to customer service and was promised that a complete itemized statement would be mailed to me. GUESS WHAT --NO STATEMENT YET! This is the same billing department that placed me on a 5 minute hold then disconnected my call--truly professional.My next call will be to the new CEO of Brandon Regional Hospital- Mr.Bland EngCheers!

Ive never met more unprofessional doctors in my life. We made two trips to this dump and both were awful to say the least. My dad went in with chest pains and the supposed to be doctor didnt do anything but prescribe medicine for inflammation? The second doctor seemed to be abit out of it and downplayed the entire situation, keep in mind that this was our second trip to this place in less than 3 days for the same reason. We told her the symptoms and her response was whats the real reason youre here because theres no way were covering all of that tonight. To make a super long story long, we left not knowing anything and feeling the same as when we went in. If youre looking for real healthcare professionals that are actually willing to do their jobs dont give this place a second look.

Lakeland Regional sent me home when I had covid and couldnt breathe.. I felt like I was dying. Turns out I was ... I came to 24/7 Lakeland the very next day and they immediately rushed me to Brandon where I was admitted in the ICU to fight for my life . Im here today because of the great crew who thoroughly checked me out and when they didnt expect me to make it here I am . Amazing staff . I am blessed

Been here twice. Both times had good and not so great, but mostly good.First time around, security was really nice and patient with me and I got a room right away. Nurses were very kind and listened to me. The doc made me feel rushed and cut me off a few times. Not rude or anything tho. Just kinda felt like she had other stuff to get to.Second time, security guy was a bit intimidating and not exactly warm. Again, not rude, just not welcoming. Nurses were great. The one I had that night (I cant remember his name) was absolutely fantastic. I was in for chest pain and by myself, scary enough but he kept me very, very calm and came by often to update me, made sure I was comfortable the whole time. This doc was also more attentive, asked lots of questions, and told me everything that was going on.I see plenty of crummy reviews here so your mileage may vary but I would come here over Lakeland Regional 100% of the time.

The worst experience I have ever had with an ER. They were rude from the start and so unprofessional. Felt like they just put a bandaid on my husband instead of actually treating him. Now have to pay again and go to Lakeland regional to actually get him treated. WORST experience ever! NEVER GO THERE IF YOU WANT GOOD CARE! Horrid!!! If I could give 0 stars I would—UPDATE —-took my husband to Lakeland regional ER and they found many blood clots in his lungs right away. Had I not taken him to a 2nd ER since this Brandon regional hospital ER didn’t do anything he could have died. WOW NEVER GO HERE!!!

Nurses Ashlee and Heather were absolutely amazing. Fast, courteous and very kind and sympathetic. Danielle who took me to xray and ct scan was very sweet. Dr. Ghuman was great. Explained what was going on with me in great detail. Was very impressed with visit. Made me feel at ease and comfortable. Will definitely return if I need ER services in the future.

Tried to go here to go here to get tested for covid. Woman at the front desk said I didnt have enough symptoms to be test. Went to a different place, tested positive! Colvid affects everyone differently. Please stop turning people away because they dont have enough symptoms.

Worst place ever ,I didnt even get my chance check in properly we wait a hour for to be ask for birthday, and was told my old age address on record, I tried to tell them my new info they didnt wont it at the moment, I done got a whole new life in 17years , they didnt even ask about insurance what kind of place is this,I walkout others was ahead of us and wasnt checked in, they waited longer, so I went to lakeland ER. You need the hiring a check-in person , not just a guard at the front desk just sitting just taking temperature, doing nothing.

My first nurse Ashlee really stood out, such an amazing and caring nurse she was!This is my preferred ER and I will recommend them to all my friends .

This is a new, clean, & efficient facility. The nurses & doctors were caring & listened to me. They gave me appropriate medication & I will definitely go back if I ever need an ER in the future.*ONE STAR:I am editing my review because after presenting to this ER several times within a week with increased pain & concern, instead of admitting me, the doctor told me if I came back, the police would issue a trespass notice against me.

Update 7/19/21- Im very sorry I have to change my 5 star review to a one star but this last experience crossed the line. Our family Dr felt a family member needed to be seen and treated by ER, from the time we we walked in the door until the time we left was under an hour. The Dr pressed on his face, gave him a Tylenol and called in some over the counter medicine and told him to go see an ENT, after I pressed they grudgingly called in an antibiotic as well. The entire visit was infuriating. They completely ignored the deep red eye, facial swelling and new headaches. As a family weve been here 4 times, with the last two experiences being awful. I dont know what has changed in the past six months but it hasnt been for the better. My second visit there I was also told to go to ER by my Dr due to my heart rate being erratic and fast. When I arrived both were closer to normal and they asked me what I wanted them to do about it. I had no idea what to do and assumed it was an anxiety attack and shared that with them, they gave me an anxiety pill and sent me home without an EKG or anything other than taking my blood pressure a few times. My Dr ended up doing the EKG which turned out to be abnormal.The moral to my story is be very careful going here. Some of the staff are outstanding and others dont seem to care.Great care, wonderful staff! My family has been here twice in the last week and both times they were thorough, attentive and caring. They kept us informed the whole time which was wonderful.

I Had gone here a couple of nights ago due to arm pains. They were very calm and made sure all my questions were answered. The staff was very kind quick and efficient. I was in and out in 45 minutes or less. Would 10/10 Recommend this place to anyone.

WOW!!! I had to go in there to get stitches due to a drill falling from the top of the ladder and splitting my eye open!! When I walked in I was greeted right away by the ladies up front and with in literally 5 minutes I was in the back waiting on the doctor!! With the total care time of 1 hour and about 10 minutes Dr. Legall had me put through the scan to make sure my head was okay and numbed the area that would be sutured I’m really good with needles and stuff but I was in so much pain from the injury I guess I got a bad case of anxiety, she calmed me down with just a pleasant conversation and I literally, when I say literally didn’t feel any extra pain after the numbing meds ( that kinda stings) I felt nothing not the stitches not her pulling them tight to a knot nothing!! She is literally the best thank you so much Dr. Legall for making my visit so much better!!!!

They had a man behind the desk, who Im assuming was a security guard, ask me medical questions as soon as I walked in the door. He was very rude. He was asking me questions in a rapid fire fashion and was getting impatient when I didnt answer quickly or clearly enough. Not how I expect to be treated when I come to a facility feeling unwell and seeking medical treatment. They also called me multiple times in the morning a few days later, not to give me my test results, but to ask me to do some sort of survey? This walk-in has no human element and is very mechanical. Ill either wait to see a primary or go to an actual ER next time.

Took my father-in-law to the facility because he was having some concerning issues. The staff was extremely professional and took care of us. The facility was spotless and well kept.

BEWARE! I showed up here after I was involved in a rear-end collision. They looked me over, took a few scans, and sent me on my way.. Few weeks later I find out that they billed me nearly TWENTY THOUSAND DOLLARS!!! Nearly DOUBLE my MAXIMUM PIP coverage benefits, and they did absolutely NOTHING to me, just looked me over!! Absolutely outrageous.This facility is the embodiment of everything that is wrong with American healthcare, horribly, dreadfully overpriced, for mediocre care. For shame.

I have been to the ER twice in 2 weeks both times I was treated unbelievably special the nurses Tanya & Ashley were amazing both times and the doctor Dr Williams she was the BEST if I could switch my primary doctor to her I would in a””NEW YORK MINUTE”” professional and gave me the upmost newest technology examination I was d sad o impressed I actually Brent out after my ER visit and bought flowers for all of them . I went in to get my hand checked out I had a BB in my finger. Long story short they told me they could not do anything for me I was in there less then 45 minutes.i have now received 3 bills a total of 1300 bucks for them to do nothing this place is horrible customer service on the phone was a nightmare never will I go back to this place!!

They didnt help me & the nurse did something wrong to my arm cuz where she put the needle at its now green. My arm still hurts & they arent need they just want your money. Never will go back there again & I dont think they actually care about the people that come there.

Accidentally cut my finger with a box cutter and they glued it back together as it kept opening back up. Fast and was happy with my experience.

What a GREAT group of people. Developed a eye problem and couldnt take the pain went and tried this new place walked in the door was seen with in 2 minutes by the doctor eyerything completed and walking out the door 38 minutes later. Very professional place.

I went today on 9/22/20 due to severe tooth pain and from when I first walked in, nobody was there to greet me. Finally security comes out of the bathroom after 10 mins and as soon as he does this lady out of the back appears to act like she was doing something important. The nurse didnt care about anything as well, when the doctor came in he asked the same questions I answered to the lady in front and the nurse who came in.Dr. Mursi spent all of 2 seconds with me and walked out, as if I was just another dollar sign for his check. This place is the worst ER Ive been to.

The WORST hospital visit Ive ever had. I have had severe Crohns disease for 20 years. I am on disability for my Crohns. I told the doctor Im from out of town, she could easily get my charts from Louisiana. Dr Alexendra Craine, refused to accept anything I told her. They failed to administer a pain medicine, which I was told by my doctors to go to the ER for. They didnt flush my IV, after receiving different or any medications. They didnt bandage my IV site, after three sticks. The nurse, Ashlee, also, left my charts on the computer for over an hour, while she left the room. I also, was accompanied by a visitor. I have already contacted the medical board. Go to Wesley Chapel ER clinic. Alexendra Craine, also tried to schedule a cat scan, to milk my insurance, for an appendicitis. Knowing, it was DEFINITELY not an appendicitis,having Crohns disease for 20 years, Im well aware of when Im in a flare up. This place treats people like theyre crackheads. Unfortunately, not everyone is out to just get drugs. I attended a COMPLETELY different hospital, where I was admitted.

Just based off the fact that I came in for acid reflux and nausea and they gave me oral lidocaine with no antacid should have been a red flag for me. As someone who has previously been deemed presumptive positive for covid after having pneumonia and a fever, I felt the same syntoms and feeling coming up again. To insinuate that much of what Im going through might be anxiety is the biggest slap to the face Ive had. If I have had a fever recently, there is something underlying. After taking the Phenargin they prescribed to me that I told them wouldnt work, my health has deteriorated to the point where I cant even drink anything without vomiting at the moment. Bonus points for the nurse who claimed, (while the doctor was in the room) that You have nothing to worry about at 100.2, because you dont have a fever until 101. (mind you I had my temp checked at the door 30 mins prior at 97.7, so something seemed off)

Doctors have snarky attitudes and don’t take things seriously. Waste of time.
