Overall my experience with Midtown Dental was great! From the ease of scheduling a next day appointment to having the necessary procedure done, everything was done professionally and with care. They even did their best to ease my anxiety and reminded me to breathe! I also appreciate the follow-up call made by Dr. Toussaint personally.

Growing up Ive always not only thought of going to the dentist has a place I feared but bedside manners of a dentist was business only. My experience with Midtown Dental changed my my thought process being in a friendly professional environment makes the difference. That helps you understand every step of the process of making you feel better thanks for helping me feel comfortable and free to ask questions.

I have had really bad experience with dentists in the past. They were so bad I avoided the dentist for 6 years. I went here and wow, all that fear is gone. They are so polite and non-judgmental, they explained everything to me and made me feel so comfortable. I felt like I could ask any questions but they explained it all so well I didnt have questions! TERRIBLE DENTIST – BEWARE! – MUST READ – My daughter went in for the initial extensive initial consultation with several x-rays before the cleaning appointment. They said everything looked good. Clean bill of dental health. Within just a couple weeks my daughter ended up in excruciating pain from a molar. Midtown Dental would not help us and said she would have to wait three days. Three days when my daughter is in excruciating pain really?!? We ended up at a different dentist for help the very next day. Long story short, her clean bill of health has evolved from possibly needing a filling or at most a crown if they had done their job, to a full blown two stage root canal with a crown costing us thousands of dollars even after insurance. We have made attempts to discuss this with Midtown and with the owner Dr. William Nerestant. Instead of working with us they have retained an attorney! We’re now in the position to file in small claims or hire an attorney. Beware!

I hadnt been to a dentist in over 5 years and was very nervous about trying out a new doctor. All my fears were alleviated as soon as I walked in the door. Dr. Nerestant and his team made me feel right at ease and made sure I didnt leave the office with any worries or questions. The next day after having 2 extractions I felt ZERO pain. Highly recommend giving these guys a shot to make your smile right! 😁

****EditWhen I went back, Dr. Neserant he was very nice, and explained why my crowns had come off. I am satisfied with my work, and I hope I don’t have to return for the same issue 🤞🏽Had two implants and crowns put in. Not even 8 weeks after, one of the crowns fell out and now about 10 weeks after, the second one fell out. They were able to put the first one back on, and I suspect the same for the second, but I find it unacceptable how this can happen, twice! I paid a lot of money, and the work done is obviously subpar.

Dr. Toussaint and Austin are a fabulous team!! I’ve never had a cavity before in my life, much less having my mouth numbed. They told me what was happening throughout and made sure I was as comfortable as I could be. I have found my new dentist! (:

Dr. T provided such care and world class service ! She was very transparent but also empathetic to my situation and provided A thorough solution to help me reach my dental goals! They don’t listen to what you want to do at all only what’s more convenient and more of a money maker for them. Went in to get work done and had the one side of my mouth feeling worse then before. I’m moving and have paid for crowns and because I can’t get an appointment with them in time they won’t even ship the crowns or give them to me? Like I said they’re paid for and they’re just going to throw them away. They just want you money go some where else for better work, customer service, and value.

Every staff member at Midtown Dental is very polite and helpful. Theyre on time with appointments and its a very clean place. Kim is one of the hygienists there she was wonderful and her room is decorated so beautiful. If you want to feel comfortable and relaxed make a appointment with her cause shes the best.

Every staff member at Midtown was courteous and went out of their way to calm my nerves and make me feel comfortable! Kim, one of the hygienists, made sure to explain everything she was doing to me step by step throughout my entire appointment. She also mentioned that she decorates her room and plays calming music like a dental spa in order to put her patients at ease! :)

The office staff was incredibly helpful in making sure my issues with insurance claims was resolved. Dr. Klein was very nice & made sure I was comfortable the entire time. If I was solely basing this review on standard dental care, I would have rated it higher, however when we look at dental care, we need to think about not just having a procedure done and how its going to look on the outside but how did this serve us in our lives going forward and how is it affecting the Systems of our Body? As a patient who is now apx 3 years out, just finishing paying off the $7K out of pocket that I spent with this office, I have some thoughts I think are important to consider.As a patient, we sometimes need to ask questions that we dont even know we need to ask. For example….what type of material will my crowns be made of? Should I be adding any supplements to help my body heal or detox from this procedure? Are there risks associated with having a root canal?My concern is with standard dentistry in general. 3 years ago this office gave me my first root canal which is already absessed. They also removed mercury fillings and then replaced those with crowns which I assumed were ceramic bc they are white...but learned they are actually different metals mixed together and coated in a ceramic layer. Our bodies do not naturally want metals in our mouths. I have no idea why if I am coming to you to ask you to remove metal from my mouth, you would find it suitable to go ahead and install more metal…. patients dont even know they need to be asking these questions.So 3 years, $7K later and a lot of frustration, second opinions and time spent doing research and informing myself, I now feel somewhat empowered as an informed patient (trust me, its a process).Did you know that in a study where 5,000 root canals were observed, 100% of them contained some sort of bacteria, molds, parasites, or other pathogens. Root canals are toxic and lead to a host of other very serious health issues and most of the time the body is not alarming us outwardly so people never make the connection. Dont believe me? Look into this for yourself. This procedure should be a thing of the past….I would have gladly paid to have this tooth pulled and had an implant or a bridge put in 3 years ago than to pay all of that money just to have to find another dentist to go back and clean this all up for thousands or more dollars, time, hassle and anxiety.People are already weary and mistrusting of the medical industry and as much money as we pay you to help us, you sometimes leave us worse off than when you found us.I pray at least someone reads this and empowers themself enough to look things up and research them before trusting ANY medical professional. First oath is to Do No Harm and while the people at this office treated me kindly and gave me standard dental care, harm has been done. And as long as some of these archaic procedures continue, harm will continue. What will you do with this information? Will you stay contributing to the problem or will you open your eyes and be the solution?Side note: anyone seeing this and not knowing where to go, please research Holistic Biological Dentistry...but dont go to the first one you meet, do your research, read their reviews, get an exam done first before you let anyone touch your mouth. You have options, be empowered!

The staff was polite and accommodating. However I found wearing plastic foot coverings “to prevent Covid” cumbersome and dangerous. And a photo with the file I thought was intrusive, especially when I didn’t agree to be a patient. Estimate for 2 teeth of $10K was ridiculous. If you don’t want me as a patient, just say so. Not having insurance I feel contributed to the ridiculously high estimate.

I chose this dental office after many great reports from other clients and checking their reviews online. I have been more than pleased with their professionalism and genuine concern for their clients. The staff is always friendly and always put the safety and comfort of the patients first. Even more so with the COVID-19 concerns. They check temperatures, sanitize each persons hands and provide shoe covers for all patients before entering the building. And it’s those extra safety steps that confirm I chose the right dentist. I couldn’t be more happier.

The building is very nice. You have the options to walk up the stairs or the rail. I was greeted nicely with the staff and well taken care of. I felt very comfortable around Dr. Klein she was very informative which is a plus. I have had no adjustments or refitting of my teeth as they were comfortable from the time they were placed into my mouth. I was really excited to go to this dental office! The fliers they mail out are always so well put together and they took my insurance so it was highly appealing.I arrived 15 minutes prior to my appt, and was greeted by a pleasant man who took my temperature and asked me screening questions. All good. I had my mask, I thought I was all set!Nope. They made me put on shoe covers, but I have really sensitive skin and I was wearing sandals. I didn’t complain though as my feet began to itch from whatever the shoe covers were made of. I laughed to myself thinking,”this is laughable. I’m literally standing in the same spot now with the shoe covers on as I was without the covers on and the covers are now contaminated!”I proceed to walk in and I said to the receptionist,”do I really have to wear these? They are very itchy.” She said, “yes it’s office policy.” Another woman there went outside and got paper towels and told me to take the covers off and had me put them in the paper towels. She then threw them away. Now my regular, uncovered shoes are standing inside the office contaminating the floor when she tells me to turn around and pick my foot up. She then proceeds to spray the bottoms of my shoes with a disinfectant spray that isn’t made to kill COVID. She got it all over my legs and my legs started to burn.I said to her, “is this really necessary?” She said, “yes ma’am it’s CDC guidelines.” Now, I’m an ER nurse and we have the CDC guidelines MEMORIZED. They are shoved down our throats all day every day by hospital admin. So I said, “no it’s not! I’m an ER nurse and we don’t do any of this!” She then says, “ok well...it’s office policy.”At this point the first receptionist says to me, “do you have a photo ID?” At that, I just laughed and said, “this is ridiculous.” And I left.Now I have a chemical burn on my legs from whatever they sprayed on my legs and feet and I will be sending them my PCP bill. 0/10 will go here again.

I enjoyed my experiences at Midtown Dental so far. Everyone has been so nice and they made me feel so comfortable. Yesterday I went in for a consultation and had X-rays done. Today I went in for a cleaning and a fluoride treatment, Kim was my hygienist she did an awesome good cleaning my teeth. She was gentle and very informative. This was hands down, the best dental experience I have ever had. From the moment I walked in and was greeted by the receptionist it was a warm environment. First, I never thought I would be giving a dental office review, its not exactly the place everyone wants to go into. Five stars so far. I had a consult with Dr. V., simple enough. Had a issue she thought should be addressed, when and if the tooth becomes a bother to me.Next visit with Mel for the dreaded deep cleaning - it wasnt so dreadful, in fact, I learned something new about my teeth, about cleaning products and how to better clean the pearly whites!Next visit (lucky me) was the following day with Kim, the whole mouth cleaning. Kim explained everything she was doing, was gentle with her touch, had relaxing music on, heck - if I didnt have someone poking around in my mouth (gently of course), I could have taken a very long nap!Check this place out for your dental needs - I for one am happy I found them - it was nice to see these folks could make their working space personal to them, it felt comfortable to be in their rooms, not your typical sterile dental visit!

The associate Raquel was extremely helpful on the phone! She was fast and efficient and knew every single detail that I asked about. I was thoroughly impressed with Midtown Dental. My husband had an emergency that had to be taken care of within a week. I called Midtown Dental on a whim, I had their flyer that I received in the mail the day before. I call, and Im asked if we could be there in 45 minutes. I was shocked! An appointment in the same day! Dr. T evaluated my husband and came up with a treatment plan. However, they couldnt do so much in such a small time frame. We talked with Kelly (Amazing), and she said she couldnt promise but shed do everything in her power to get my husbands work done as soon as possible. We get a call from Kelly the next day telling me we had an appointment Tuesday, mind you, we were there the Thursday before. So, within 5 days my husband had all the dental work he needed, complete. I cant sing enough praises to Midtown Dental. I encourage anyone that wants a great dental experience, give Midtown Dental a try. I cant say enough good about these caring people. This office provides as close to a spa-like experience as one might imagine from a dental hygiene appointment. Kimberly is a delightful hygienist with a passion for perfection; she explains what she is doing as she methodically cleans and polished your teeth. At the conclusion she applies hot towels to your face and neck—makes going to the dentist a pleasant experience.

My tooth has been killing me for the past 5 days. Of course it would start on Thursday night and I wasnt able to be seen until Monday. Midtown was the only dentist I called that said they could see me same day. They took x-rays and said we can do the extraction in 2 days so the antibiotics kick in or we can do it now. I asked for it to be done asap. They extracted my tooth and I feel a ton better. I went from having excruciating pain to feeling nothing. Dr. V was gentle and nice. Will definitely make them my primary dentist. Her assistants and other staff were nice too.

My experience today was great. I was with Kim for a cleaning and as always, it was painless and I was totally relaxed. I have really enjoyed getting to know her because, not only is she very professional, shes very friendly without going overboard. She tells me what shes going to do before doing it and I appreciate that. My son highly recommended her when I moved here last year and now I understand why.Thank you.

I attended Midtown Dental when they offered free treatment to 200 local citizens. From the time I arrived all staff were very warm and welcoming. I did appreciate that the staff treated each individual with care and not as a number. They performed a standard tooth extraction and it was a breeze. I greatly appreciate Midtown Dental!

If you set an appointment here ask to see Kim. She’s the best here, she will treat you so well. I didn’t even want to tell anyone about her cause I don’t want her to be so booked when I need to see her lol but she’s truly awesome

I have just recently visited Midtown Dental and they did a wonderful job. The dental assistant is awesome, very funny and he helped calm my nerves. I had Dr. D do my dental work and she was great, Very attentive to my needs and made me feel like I was her only patient. They play music during the procedures and really help to calm how nerve racking a dentist office can be.

Had my first deep cleaning which I have always heard horror stories about but my experience was quite pleasant. Kim the hygienist was super great I definitely recommend her, I dont feel that anxiety of going to a dentist when I come here.

This dental office is the very professional and they all know what they are doing. All of the doctors are highly skilled and each staff member makes sure you have a wonderful experience. Laura is one of the hygienist here and she is the best! I recommend her. Also Dr.Klein is very sweet and always does a great job.tambien tienen trabajadoras españolas :)

This location is AMAZING. The staff is extremely pleasant to be around. They get you in right away and every single person treats you like a loving family member. When they are working on your teeth they accept nothing less then perfection. I have officially found my forever dentist. Dr. Klein is a happy bubby person that truly cares about her patients. Going here was the best choice I have ever made. Now I look forward to going to the dentist.
