Walked in with my daughter. We were welcomed the minute we walked. We both had hair washed, cut and dried. The service was incredible and will definitely come back to get my hair done here more often.

I had a 10am appointment a month ago got there the shop isnt open and a line is out side, when someone came to open the shop, she didnt apologize for being late, we were about 12 women waiting with one stylish after a while 2 other stylish came I left. Yesterday I went back to the shop and asked the owner what was the best time to come today, she told me around 12, I got there a little after, she greeted me and I sat down for 45 minutes than she came and told me her daughter was having a baby, my hair was wet because I washed it at home, I understand it was a emergency, but she could have said when I walk in that her daughter might be having a baby and there are possibilities she might not do my hair, I would have left. And while they are doing your hair, they are texting and taking their time and shopping to talk to each other. I will never go there again.

Been looking for a new salon since moving to Lakeland and decided to take a chance with this place and very happy I did. Although I was a walk in, they were able to get me started within 15 min after arriving and I was done 90 min. later. For a Friday and I did not get there until noon, that was awesome. I will definitely use them again.

Amazing Great Service and Friendly Place Clean and Neat.

ALL the staff was not only knowledgeable but they made sure to attend to our comfort. They were kind and gentle with my little girls. It was their first professional salon haircut. I also appreciated that they spoke English, did not have blaring music, nor were they speaking Spanish loudly across salon to one another. These are personal pet peeves. I would highly recommend them. We plan on returning.

Scheduled an appointment for a simple wash, set and trim. Services that are normally done in about an hour and a half. I waited 2 hours just to be called back to get washed. Then another hour and 45 was spent doing the actual hair. The end result was beautiful and has lasted several days. However, the wait itself was more than I ever anticipated or normally allow. I only stayed the near 4 hours because of an event the next day that I needed to look presentable for.

The only thing that concerned me was that my appointment was for 10 but they weren’t in the shop at all and they had also booked a few other ladies the same time we waited 45 minutes outside and it was very hot.. the time of business was not posted neither they do an amazing job but someone should be in the shop ready for clients before we get there and I heard from the ladies that they do this a lot which concerns me we make appointments for a reason we may have other things to do I just wish they changeThank you for your serviceAnd u hope this will help out to make your business better 🙏🙏🙏

Went there with my daughter and sister. I was going to be a bridesmaid and my daughter a flower girl. They worked so hard to make us look beautiful and the hair looked amazing all day. I had my hair dyed, trimmed and styled. I am very happy with the result. They get busy on a Saturday so it is best to turn up before they open. Thanks again ladies.

Went in to dye my hair red with Juana and she did a spectacular job with my hair color. As well As blow drying my daughters hair, looked beautiful. I recommend this place 100%.

When called they told me I didnt need an appointment. So I go at 930am waiting to hopefully be first and no one showed up. I waited until 1030. Called several times after I left until around 12 noon and no one answered. So disappointed.

I am natural and I go here every couple of months to straighten my hair and they do a great job. I have also gotten my hair colored and cut here. No complaints they are certainly experts and keep me coming back.

My hair was nice. The customer service was bad. I went on a Thursday. I waited 2 hours for service. And then they helped someone they knew that came AFTER me before me. And I signed in. I informed the stylist that I was there first. The workers began to speak Spanish amongst eachother. They eventually did my hair before the other person. I will return because I liked my hair. However, in searching for a hair salon with better customer service.

I went to this beauty salon after 10:30 am today and it was closed. I went to another business and was told they are open at different times. I called the number and the business is closed.

DONT EVEN GO They Will Ruin You’re HAIR !!! If i can give these people ZERO stars i would they don’t know how to blow dry hair . The burned my hair and didn’t even know the type of shampoo they used on my hair . I had to cut 4 inches of my long hair because they used cheap shampoo and burned my ends . They basically don’t care about no ones hair. And They Will Call you a lier .

I was told the stylist could mimic a pixie cut and she proceeded to simply blow dry my hair with a mini hair brush and left me with a baby Afro. Never again.

Nice blowout for good price!

Two weeks ago I went there to get my hair blown out and straightened. I even bought my own products shampoo conditioner and deep conditioner. I washed my hair today and my hair smelled like it had a perm. I have had a blown our plenty of times before and have gone 6 years chemical free. My hairdresser said that they put a texturizer in it. My hair texture went from 4c to 3a. Im so heartbroken and upset. My hair is fine and it can not handle any chemical. My ends are damaged. I do not recommend anyone with natural to go there. If you have to use a texturizer to blow out hair than you can not do natural hair.

I was not satisfied with my hair at all wanted a blowout thought it would be a bit more straighten than what it was. Maybe if she would have focused more on my hair than talking with her friends all over my head it might have turned out better, but that was my first time and last time there. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
