Excellent service, I liked the way they treated me. The procedures were explained to me at all times. They were interested in my general health. It looks to the good work environment. The office was very clean. There are not many patients at the same time. The front desk clerk is super friendly.

Very professional and very helpful from the technicians to the doctor. The facility looks very clean and well kept form the waiting room to the patient rooms. But the main thing that I love was the easy online new patient application, because I completed it two days before my appointment and the only thing I did was sign in and that was it. I say that because before I went with Certified Foot and Ankle specialist, I called another facility who told me that someone will call me back on a Monday in which was a Friday, and they never called back. So Monday rolled around and I called them back and they didn’t have no idea who I was nor did they remember me or my issue in which we were on the phone for 20 minutes before. But whatever I got the attention and medical treatment that I needed and that’s all that matters.

I had a very pleasant experience at CF&AS. I was certain that I had stepped on a splinter, but the doctor was so patient and explained to me what my problem was. I did not have to wait to be seen and the staff who took care of me was very efficient and professional. I highly recommend them.

Dr Cruz and staff knowledgeable, friendly, organized, modern and competent. Would not go any other place without Dr Cruz. Shes the best!

I last visited this facility in the beginning of March. I just want to say that Dr.Cruz is great. She said someone would reach out to me to coordinate a surgery. There must be some sort of HUGE miscommunication with the surgery coordinator and the DR. I waited a week and no one contacted me. I went into week two, no one contacted me. I’ve been leaving voice mails, there’s a voice mail set up that states they will return my call within 24 hours. It’s been weeks! Terrible expectation to set. I am in extreme pain and it’s becoming difficult to walk, I’m extremely upset with the lack of communication. Will be looking for a new office and DR to properly care for my injury that shouldn’t be taken lightly.

Dr. Cruz was great on explaining everything to me. The staff are very nice and helpful. The was clean and organized.

This office is truly the worst medical care I have ever received. I have never written a poor review for a doctors office before, but I plan to place a complain with the Better Business Bureau.I had an appointment with Dr. Cruz on 1/18. She took a biopsy and told me that Id receive my results within two weeks. Two weeks later, I had not heard back from the office and followed up multiple times and could not seem to get a response. I spoke with someone from the answering service (warning: they are outsourced, not on site!) who told me that my biopsy results would be faxed to me (they werent) and agreed multiple times to relay my messages. Finally, I gave up, and went into the Lake Worth office while still on the phone with the answering service, who told me they were still open. When I got there, they were closed. Two of the staff people came out to explain that only the Doctor can relay biopsy results.I emailed the doctor directly, and she was great about getting back to me via email and agreed to start a treatment plan. Unfortunately, the office is so disorganized and incapable of responding, that they never responded to my insurance companys request for information and I couldnt pick up the medication. The office told me they sold it in their office and I could pick it up, but they are only open Tuesday/Thursday AM (I work regular business hours), so they are never available at a time that works. They offered to mail me the prescription, but never did and left me a message explaining that they did not have time to send it out.It has now been SIX WEEKS since my original appointment. I have still not received treatment, and will take my medical needs elsewhere. I will have to have an initial appointment somewhere else which means Ill have to pay my copay again because this office wasted both my time and money. I will absolutely be filing a complaint against them.

Dr. Jasmine Cruz did an amazing job with my sister! She is knowledgeable and very patient (especially with someone who needs that extra attention).Great place!

Very happy with the service, everyone was cordial and efficient. It was clear Dr. Cruz was very knowledable and experienced and effortlessly performed the necessary procedure on my foot. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing a podiatrist.

I have very high anxiety and everybody in that office was really great and helpful and got me through with ease. After going there I dont think I will ever go to another podiatrist other than dr. Cruz she was great no she was better than great
