I recommend Tropical Medical to any student who wishes to pursue a career in the medical field. The reason is that the training I am getting (I’m a student here), CANNOT be found in any of the other schools out there that is rushing students to graduation with no substance. Tropical Medical is not only teaching me what I need to know now to be a well-trained Medical Assistant, but is doing this with compassion and convenience the way that I need it to learn. My teacher really wants us to succeed in what we do. I used to go to a couple of places before but all I have to show for it is a massive student loan :(That is why I highly, highly recommend Tropical Medical over anywhere else because I am actually learning, learning a lot!!

I was told by the owner that the place was closing down and I went to pick up my certificate of completion to take my Medical Assistant exam and I found out when applying for licensure that the Department of Education doesnt recognize this school as accredited and this happened to me last year. Please careful that this is not a papermill.He was a great instructor but this was something odd that took place and now I see reviews from 6 months ago. Weird!

Tropical Medical Training Institute is a facility that provides training in many different areas such as Phlebotomy, CNA, HHA, Medical Assistant, Medical Billing and Coding, EKG and Patient Care Tech. The instructors teach one on one or in a small group setting. You are given the opportunity to work on your time in a timely manner that is beneficial to you.One of the things that I like about this school is that my Professor in particular is amazing! He explains in very good detail what you need to learn. You are allowed flexibility to complete your clinical and assignments. I am currently completing my clinical hours which are amazing. I am able to practice on patients.I am originally from New York and it was important for me to find a school that I can afford and one that gave me value for my money. I am really happy I made this choice and I hope you make the right decision to come here also.
