Worst Care facility that Ive ever been, they simply leave you waiting for more than an hour (average) and when you ask why that wait they say its not their fault, they should respect the patient and not treat us like animals. Do not recommend

3rd time visiting this clinic. 2nd seeing the family Dr and today’s appt was giving to me 3 months ago at 1pm I saved to my phone immediately since I work with clients by appointment. And the appt was moved to 2:40 without consulting with me. I came in and it’s now 4:07 and I haven’t seen a Dr yet. The front desk ladies do nothing but talk and chit chat. I approached them and I was told that I was next (that was about 20 mins ago) and still nothing. I think I’m a switching my Dr. this is very unprofessional.

From start to finish with my appointment, the whole entire staff was excellent.Thank you for your professionalism Dr. Casanova and staff.

Upon check in lady was very rude and unprofessional. Wanted to discuss my finances and my medical needs while people sat in the lobby and heard our conversation. She announced since I haven’t worked in a month she was interrogating me on how I pay my bills. Then proceeded to say I needed to pay $20 today to see the doctor. I’m broke, lost my job due to Covid what the hell lady... bills aren’t getting paid.

Worse PCP EVERits been 6 days trying to get a referral for my broken arm.this place JUST dont care.I filed a complained with humana already.

I don’t usually do any reviews but based on my experience and reading some of the reviews before I went to my first appointment, I’ll admit I was a little skeptical about this place. To my surprise I’m very happy to say my experience was nothing like the negative reviews!!! The staff was friendly, I was seen quickly and Dr Perez and his nurses were amazing!!! Listened carefully to everything I had to say and made sure he referred me to every specialist necessary!! I’m very happy and pleased with my visit!! Thank you sooo much

I have been a patient at this Clinic for about a year now and am very blessed to have found them. Despite the Obamacare initiative, I am one of the many who still cannot afford health insurance. CL Brumback has taken care of my every medical need and helped to stabilize my health and contribute to a better standard of living. I cannot recommend this location enough. As for having to wait hours on end, I have not experienced that since Ive always had an appointment. But I have noticed that walk-ins tend to have to wait because they are worked in between existing or cancelled appointments.

I was referred to doctor outside the clinic for my back and still havent gotten seen for it .. It has been almost 2months and half. Would appreciate if someone could help move it along.. Thanks

This is a great place for someone like me with situation and circumstances that have me in quite difficult conditions both living, employment n health.Thanks to low cost health of doctors being available to help assist with certain life issues that require a bit more attention than whati can give myself under my conditions placed upon me by my haters, enemies, and adversaries within my family.Im grateful for the Doctors whom make themselves available to those whom are less blessed. The best primaries Ive had in Florida ... when I have a scheduled appointment,Im seen on time.On occasion, Ive had to do walk in and did have to wait but at least they fit me in! Other offices told me to go to the ER if I didnt have appointments.Thank you PBC HD for providing such wonderful service!!

I have been trying unsuccesfully to make an apt for my husband and the option 1 takes you to an endless hold music and no one EVER gets to the phone - I believe I will need to use another PCP

I came to this clinic complaining of upper abdominal pain and swelling. I was placed on a sliding scale. When I saw the doctor, he asked me a few questions then gave me a prescription for omeprazol (antacid). I walked out of there thinking “man, that’s the awe full healthcare an American business owner can expect when unable to afford good health insurance. After that I received my bill, no longer on a sliding scale. When I called to complain, Kathy S. treated me like I was a nusiance to her day and made some really aweful suggestions about how I didn’t complain about the healthcare I received until I saw the bill. Just because I didn’t stand there and force the doctor to be thorough. Will file a complaint with the BBB next. Still waiting to hear back from the billing department. Avoid trusting people like this with your healthcare.

Parody care clinic calls you from numbers that don’t work when you call back, long hold times sometimes they don’t even pick up, I scheduled an appointment back in Feb, and canceled in March, it’s now April and I just received notice that my appointment was still confirmed. They don’t speak English, this place is a joke, the physicians have no idea what they’re doing. More often than not, they just place the stethoscope on your chest, conduct the patellar reflex test and they tell you to go about your way, with no regard to your health. Whites are often treated impartially and with hostility, especially if your doctor is black.

I waited 3 hours and just walked out. Other patients were there for the same amount of time and said they had no where else to go. Saw a medical assistant to which i had to repeat myself several times telling her why im there to see a doctor. (Dr. Warren) apparently, these types of events happen more often than none via the patients in the waiting room. Its dirty, smells like a clinic for zombies and the front staff have the slightest idea of professionalism. I will never go to this place again. Im surprised the office is actually still up and people actually go there. Smh. What a terrible experience.

Go to MD NOW Urgent Care on forest hill near jog. Youll actually be able to talk to someone and get serviced.

I was supposed to see Anna Hernandez I believe her name is. She didnt show up to work, their staff didnt even bother to call and reschedule my appointment so I showed up only to be told to reschedule.

Worse service ever.. you will wait 3-4 hours even with an appointment. I guess the doctors are lazy

They do not have priority or consideration with the elderly, my mother is 87 years old, they did not attend the appointment because they did not have a system and the third time I came back and took her with an appointment and everything, and they did not attend her because they were walking first,
