DO NOT SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT!!!! I scheduled an appointment -- first availability a month after scheduling. I received a text regarding my appointment so assumed it was still on track. When I called in, I received a voicemail. I tried several times later and still no answer. I even emailed them with no response. Poor customer service!

What an emotional and thrilling experience! I was definitely a skeptic and only tried it because my friend kept raving about it and I was actually surprised.
