The staff were all so friendly. Yessica was very helpful explaining the bill. Derrick - who was so patient with me, Dr. Tong explained everything so well on what I needed to have done and Ellie was AWESOME on cleaning my teeth and NO PAIN…says a lot for me. I highly recommend Aspen.

The services themselves were great. Happy with the work itself.But that’s not why I’m leaving two stars. After coming to an appointment I made 6 months ago, and after paying for the visit, I was told they can’t take me, I would have to wait several hours because they are with another patient. They took someone else because I was 5 minutes late. I live an hour away.From when I walked in and sat for 20 minutes in the waiting room, I never saw anybody taken back. Therefore that person was taken in less than 5 minutes of my being late.If you know, that you don’t have any openings for 3+ hours, don’t you think, that maybe you can wait ever so slightly more than >5 minutes to start taking other people?And is the five minutes really going to make a difference in the next person’s appointment? You’d rather push mine out three hours than the next person by the 5 minutes I was late by?Absurd.I will be looking for another dentist.

My visit was exceptional, the sweetest person I encountered was the dental assistant I believe, she’s the one who took my x-rays and also assisted the doctor in my tooth extraction. Although this is not my primary facility, I was referred out to this place just for a tooth extraction, but beforehand I was only supposed to go there today to get a full spectrum of what my teeth needed including x-rays, and upon the ending of my visit they gladly gave me a time to come back later that day to get my tooth extracted. The dentist and the assistant was swift and very thorough. When I came back to the facility they called me back very fast and extracted my tooth with the upmost efficiency. I just want to thank the doctor for hearing me out and pulling my tooth weeks earlier than expected. I would say the oral surgeon and the assistant or the MVPs in my eyes today.

Bought full set of dentures August 2020 this is the 3 rd time I have had a tooth fall off in less than a year. Pryer to these dentures I had some for over 20 years. Teeth NEVER fell off. Aspen Dental is charging me $125 to repair tooth. It should have been done right the first time.

I had a great experience! I was in tooth pain that would not let me sleep so I scheduled an appt at 2am via their online scheduling system, the appointment was for the same day. Throughout my visit, ALL staff was amazing! They answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable and understood what was going on!

This office is the worse place for service. It is all about money. I was refused service for a balance of $47. I advised the horrible manager, Brandy, that I wanted to dispute that balance. She promptly told me that she will not provide service until I pay the balance. That is after I had paid over $1000 for a previous service. She stated she would call the police because I became upset and raised my voice. I have never had to deal with anything like this my entire life.

Horrible hygienist. Finally spoke to office manager after leaving several messages and noone returned the calls. The office manager told me that since I didnt go to school to clean teeth that I didnt know what I was talking about. She is very rude and didnt even TRY to hear me. I received an email saying call if I have concerns...I do and she doesnt want to be bothered. Ive never had any cavities, and even the dentist told me Im very in tune with my dental health. The office manager is THE WORST. The ladies in front are nice. The dentist was nice, but nice isnt necessarily the service I needed.

I would like to say from the time I contacted aspen for dental work for my daughter and I, I have been nothing but elated. The level of service provided was impeccable from start to finish. I am not going to lie I was very apprehensive and thought how its so expensive based on the last dentist office I was going to ie Dental Associates what a total rip off. They accept my insurance and oh my what a relief that was. But I am happy that we visited this office in Lake Wales from start to finish. Everyone was very nice. Danielle, Brandi and Dr. B and the entire staff honestly was very kind and helpful. I am elated with New Dentist Aspen Dental Lake Wales.

Daughter needs extensive dental work done, including oral surgery and dentures. All staff members were pleasant and walked us through the step by step process. A final staff member went over our options from a financial standpoint and answered the many questions we had. This is our first step in what will be a multiple visit process but were feeling comfortable in moving forward.

The staff is friendly and nice, very professional. However the last four times I have been there they have screwed up my appointment. This most recent time I was scheduled for a cleaning, no dental hygienist was there, and they had me scheduled for dentures. Only problem, I have all my own teeth. Time before that they over booked and I waited 90 min before being seen. I have yet had an appointment with them that they have not screwed up the appointment time, or my insurance. I have been to other Aspen Dentals and they were great, I would not recommend the one in Lake Wales.

My wife lost a cap on a Thursday and able to get an appointment on the following Monday. But even though she had been there before (last time was in 2018) she had to get an exam, x-rays and cleaning when all she needed was to have her crown be put back on.

I had a great experience. I think the staff is super friendly! I was able to feel comfortable talking to everyone who was around me. The only reason it is not 5 stars is because of the wait time between x rays and the actual doctor coming in and then waiting to schedule my next appointment.

Dr. Danielle Williams is absolutely amazing. The wait took longer than I had hoped but it was to be expected because I didnt make the right appointment. But definitely worth the wait. She is kind, patient, understanding, and her bedside manner is stellar. 10/10 would recommend her and her assistants any day.

My experience was GREAT it was a 10!!. The staff was very friendly and VERY helpful especially Brandy. She went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me with my payments. I would also like to recognize Melissa she’s the X-RAY technician. At first we had problems with me getting my X-rays but we found a solution. So we worked together and solved the problem I was able to get All of my X-rays. I will be back on the 20th for my cleaning.

I think its a rip off because they charge me $40 just for the mouthwash. My cleaning its covered by my insurance to times a year, Any other dentist they never charge me for mouthwash and they give up toothpaste and toothbrush...😒

When I arrived they were very courteous n helpful..I didnt have to wait long to b seen...I was in a lot of pain, n the lady doing X-rays was very gentle...then Josh came in, again a very gentle fellow n very pleasant...the Dr then came in n showed me the x-rays n explained everything to me n came up with a solution to halo with the pain...everyone I was in contact with was very considerate and gentle...I would recommend Aspen Dental Lake Wales to anyone...

With me being a nervous wreck about my teeth each person at aspen dental of Lake Wales have absolutely been the best. For lack of a better comparison like kindergarten teachers lol. Theyve kept me at ease, they educate you without a judgemental tone and they answer all of your questions. Ive just started seeing them and theyve already made this experience less of a headache

I contacted them about a broken tooth on my plate and they informed me that it would be anywhere from $49 on up to repair it.When I got there I had to complete a questionnaire, which I did with the help of one of their assistants.Concern #1. An attendant came in and took my blood pressure. It was 125/111. She didnt tell me what it was or take another reading.Concern #2They took X rays, why? I was having a tooth repaired.Concern #3 The doctor comes and says nothing about my blood pressure nor did she attempt to take it again.She immediately picks up my denture and says it was old, yeah, I know that and that they would have to completely repair that took.Concern #3 The words new denture comes out of her mouth. How much???? Dont know you can check up front. StrangeConcern#4 New denture because mine is too old?Concern #5 We have a payment plan, Told that three times.Concern #6 The cost of making a new denture???CONCERN? 7 $3,000.00. Thats what I paid in the first place which included oral surgery and anesthesia. Anyone want to guess why I walked out???

Went there for a painful tooth, came out of the office with a 15 thousand dollar dental work up plan. The main thing needed is to extract 2 bad molars. Im in pain, my cheek is swollen and Im even throwing up due to the infection in my mouth. Ive been taking my antibiotics as directed with no relief....called to see if I can get a stronger antibiotic but was told by the dentist to go to the er... terrible way of taking care of their patients, I will never go back or recommend

The manager Danielle in some of the employees at Asphen dental is very unprofessional the lake wales fl in winter haven fl . I was a Asphen dental patient for over 3 years, I have had the worst experience of my life . Where some employee would no wash they hands and they would over charge my account hundreds of dollars , in very rude to me list goes on . The manger Danielle at the lake wales fl office Banned me from the office because I expressed I had somewhere to be at a current time. They had me there for a very long time after my teeth cleaning . They didn’t even know the code for the system for my dental work. She sent me a letter saying I am banned. I call in ask for what reason .the manager Danielle said because I be calling corporate in other issues. I can request whoever I want to help me when I come she didn’t like that . I never owe them money it was the other way around her and some employees have attitude problems . To manager Danielle you really need to learn how to treat patients when they come . A lot of the former good employees quit on them . Because they don’t know how to treat peoples write . List goes on in on but to cut it short I repeat do not come to the dentist office Danielle will cheat you out of your money And will banned you if u say you will call corporate god see everything.

Not made comfortable at this location. I dont go to dentists unless absolutely needed. I have to have 3 teeth removed, 2 wisdom and a third that just broke.But I will not be going to this location.Made an appointment online last night. They called at 8am to cancel and reschedule my 8:15 appointment.But once they found out it was for an extraction, I was told to come in and they would focus on my tooth.The website advertised free exam, x-rays, and 20 percent off procedure. I was charged $120 when I walked in the door.The only thing on my medical history checklist that was checked, is that I am a smoker. The front desk receptionist went on and on about how she hates smokers. And that she could like never do that. Then talking about some I assume x-rays, and how this fang boy needs to come in for some invisiline.Then goes on talking about how she hates this new online scheduling appointment system, because she like, needs her coffee before they get busy,and people can just schedule whatever whenever.I was taken to xray. Took 4 or 5 x-rays. Was taken back and the Dr looked at my tooth, said, its broken. Looked again, said it couldnt be repaired. I informed her that I knew this and was coming in for an extraction. She looked at it again, and said there is plaque buildup, and that I need to come back for a full comprehensive exam, and x-rays. And walked away. The nurse came back and said I was done. I need to schedule x-rays. I told her I was not ok with that, that the website said free exam, x-rays and 20 percent off, and that I was charged $120 when I walked in the door. She left and came back, told me that they could extract the tooth today,, but it would be $260 on top of a full comprehensive exam fee. I told her no,, Im done, keep my x-rays, and if they cant refund me the 120, I will be disputing the charge to my credit card. I am now disputing the charge. I need 3 teeth removed, and wanted to look into a few implants, but that wont be happening with this company. They just lost a bunch of money from a potential customer.

Easy to schedule online. Staff did an excellent job with evaluation and quick progression to necessary treatment. Very affordable also.

I made an appointment a week earlier, called and confirmed, and they cancelled my appointment on the spot when I got there. They said they called me to confirm and there is no record with my phone company of this even occurring. They said that their system automatically canceled me because I had rescheduled once due to a family medical emergency and didnt confirm. The manager tried to have me give a name to write the woman up I spoke with, and Im not doing that in this economy. I think they overbooked and bumped me. I dont suggest taking any time off of work to go here.

I went to this dentist office based on a list provided by my insurance company. I filled out the new patient forms online and clearly stated i was going in for a checkup. I just moved here and I just needed my six month check up. When I got there I had to go through the forms again, even though they were already filled out. Then they gave me extensive x-rays. I saw the dentist and she immediately suggested visaline and two crowns. She said there was no rush on the crowns. Then the office manager came to check me out. I never had my dental cleaning. The office manager wanted to set me up for crowns. I said no. I want my dental cleaning. She said it was their short day and they hygenist went home at noon on Fridays so she would have to reschedule me for a dental cleaning. So now i have to go back. I have never been to a dentist where they dont clean your teeth. I disliked that they totally ignored what i was requesting, a dental cleaning, and they pushed their own agenda. I will get the crowns done eventually, but that is not what i went in for. The staff was very polite and professional, but i felt they did not listen to me. Their communications are poor. It was not on the website that Fridays are their short day. They did not tell me that the hygenist left early on Fridays till I went to check out. Why is this not up front?

They took care of our whole family and got us onto a flexible payment schedule for everything we all needed. Marie, Josh and everyone from start to finish were amazing. Marie listened to our conversations about our up coming vacations and was able to schedule to make sure it was all done before we leave. My mother had went her and so I felt comfortable getting seen but never again. We made appointments and was seen. The hygienist lied about how bad my teeth/gums were when he measured them. He said a bunch of “3” “4” “5” to boost up the cost of my cleaning, and the financial lady is just rude especially when you tell her that you can’t afford a $3000 bill!! Amazingly my husband and I both had $3000 bills with insurance!! We found a traditional dentist and the hygienist was only calling out “1” “2” and a couple “3”. When I explained what happened at Aspen she was shocked. I received my cleaning and the additional work will only total $1100, and my husband $600...big difference. Aspen dental is not an honest company in my opinion.

With the health issues I have, any fears I had with upper extractions and dentures was erased by a most excellent and health knowledgable oral surgeon I have ever met. Between her and the supporting team, the removal of the upper 10 went above anything I could have hoped for. Same with her recovery plan. My experience with everyone I encountered was most kind and understanding.

I am Happy with the treatment i receive from ASPEN IN LAKE WALES. we just moved to Lake Wales in September of 2019 i broke a tooth and needed immediate attention. No one could get me in. They did. I had heard bad tings about ASPEN however i had no choice. THE REPORTS I GOT WHERE TOTALLY UNFOUNDED. I have gone back now for my second visit and they are TOTALLY PROFESSIONAL AND ATTENTIVE TO ALL MY NEEDS. THIS OFFICE IS EXCELLENT!!!!!!!!!!! THANK YOU FOR BEING THERE WHEN I NEEDED YOU.....

Most of Aspens workers are rude, verrrry harsh & cold.I went in to get a tooth extracted. They couldnt & wouldnt do it until I agreed to their plan. They decided to walk me out the door with a folder of pure future debt.Months later I go for an emergency extraction (same tooth) & the Dr couldnt be any harsher sticking the damn injection into my gums- so rough & not even remotely concerned about the patient.& NOOO IM NOT CALLING THE PATIENT SATISFACTION TEAM!!!

Josh, the hygienist, and everyone else at the Lake Wales office are all absolutely wonderful! He is very thorough and even made sure I had a polishing flavor I would love.

I went in for a simple cleaning and was paraded around from tech to dentist to sales reps etc. They asked questions as if they were concerned but in the end the estimated charges for my future dental work was over $4,000 and I have perfectly healthy teeth. I guess they want everyone to have a perfect smile regardless of how many cosmetic surgeries you need. I thought it was about health not looking perfect. I just wanted a simple cleaning and a few fillings but I was told I had to start a program costing thousands before I could receive basic care. Hopefully this helps others

I went in there to get one tooth taken care of but they wanted to do all this other stuff before I could get my tooth taken care of I didnt appreciate that I thought it would have been a lot easier

Be careful when you go in with your insurance like mine it covers X-rays no problem so I went back let them do there thing I look left next thing I know Im getting a bill for my X-rays I called them it was taken care of I thought now its been over a grand it went to collections and on my credit report I disputed it and it was found to have been paid by my insurance and I have since found out Im not the only one

This is a great dental practice. My wife got her semi-annual cleaning and was very pleased. Would recommend these dentists and hygienists as I’ve also had great experiences every time I go. The ONLY reason for the three(3) stars is strictly for the checkout process. The last few times we were there, we had to wait as long as 15 minutes in order to be checked out. I can see five minutes or so but not fifteen. Hopefully they can rework this process.

Aspen dental is horrible,do not go there..I went two years ago they pulled a tooth said I needed and that I needed a bridge.After that needed 3 root canals.Had to go some where for that in LakelandThey have no clue what they are doing. 2 years later found out by a reputable dentist that the bridge work was wrong and that I was having decay where bridge work was done. had to have it pulled and have bone graft done and implant work and new crown with a new bridge. Aspen dental should not be in business today and should be ashamed of what they have done. How dare them

Please let me start off saying that the staff deserves at least 10 stars. From the 1st hello to the last goodbye they were world class. Unfortunately i dont have insurance and I dont have good credit. So theres absolutely no way i would ever be able to pay or make payments for an $8700 bill. Not to mention its the 1st time I left a dentist office and nothing was done to stop my pain, and thank you for seeing me.

My husband when to the Lake Wales office and had a good experience with all staff members that he came in contact with. The thing he complained about how long the appointment was, but being a new patient he understood.

I had some pretty bad tooth pain & decided to choose Aspen for dentistry needs. Even with COVID-19, I was able to call as a new patient & get in within 2 hours. I had an emergency procedure done all in the same day & I feel much better! They addressed my needs quickly and efficiently.

My partner had an infection and went to have the tooth number 30 extracted. They removed the tooth and placed gauze and showed him out the door. They did not stitch the wound, nor provide prescription for antibiotics nor even provide pain medication. He has been in pain all night! When we reached out about our concerns we were brushed of a treated rudely. Its not right at all! Jessica the phone rep for that location was condescending nevermind I was polite despite the treatment my partner received.

Dr. Maryam is very sweet .I like her a lot. But the girl that goes over your dental work and give you the print out and prices. She’s very sweet but doesn’t understand, my insurance is top shelf. I had to do the research myself and then get back to her. They’re very sweet, maybe she needs to learn more about the insurances that they do except.I am a stickler for research and finding out the truth. I always do my own research. This is an ongoing situation. Needing a biopsy of my mouth, has held up my dental work that I need. I am hoping that they keep their word and that the figures jive.I will come back in once I have my whole bottom done. From my understanding I don’t understand why I should rip out my crowns and caps to put in a partial. But I will come back and let you know how it goes

I recommend Aspen Dental to anyone who needs help with their teeth. The people in the front are very sweet and caring. Marie the assistant office manage does a great job with breaking down all your payments to you. Liz one of the dental assistants there has a good personality and is a very sweet person, she does a great job with helping. Dr.Bangash is very good at breaking down the things you will need to have the smile you have always wanted.

I used the online offer for free exam & x-rays. I was very pleased to have the dental assistant, Ari do my x-rays and walk me through the process as I have been avoiding the office due to traumatic circumstances.. But Ari was kind and gentle during the screenings. Josh, the Hygienist was straightforward with letting me know what I needed to have done as well as Dr. Arora. Everyone was very professional. Alycia at the front desk walked me through the transcript of my procedure and I was on my way. My experience was quite well with them.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at a dental office. Due to an error in their system I had to wait 1.5 hours to get my teeth cleaned. When it was finally time for me to get them cleaned they said I had gingivitis and refused to clean my teeth. They had treated me for gingivitis a few months prior. I followed their treatment regimen, bought the expensive toothbrush and floss everyday as instructed. Every time I go they tell me I have gingivitis and I can never simply get my teeth cleaned. The gingivitis treatment takes two visits plus a third for a regular cleaning. Avoid Aspen dental at all costs unless you like throwing money away.

From the we walked in we were greeted by friendly, very professional staff, from the reception area to checkout, and all area in-between.Dental Assistant Martica, Hygienist Tony Marie, Doctor Nguyen and Consultant Marie all went out of their way to make me feel comfortable, they answered all my questions and laughed at all my jokes as well. Nice and friendly. Took me in on an as needed basis. Did everything properly and I liked my dentist. She was very thorough and showed me the -rays. Front office checked with my insurance carrier to ensure I was covered and what the payment would be for my visit on that day. Very pleased and would return again.

I had taken my daughter to the one in sebring fl. An i would NOT recommend anyone to go there. They gave my daughters appointment to a man who was late for his but we were ontime. An did it right in our faces. I was disgusted then lied to my daughter stating the dentist isnt here. I said we will not reschedulle. We went to Dr. Chen in sebring fl. They were AWESOME! ANYWAYS ASPEN IN LAKE WALES WERE AWESOME TO ME. THEY WERE SO CARING AND NICE. MADE YOU FEEL COMFORTABLE AND WASNT LOOKED DOWN UPON. MY EXPERIENCE HERE WAS 10 TIMES BETTER THAN ONE IN SEBRING. THIS WILL BE MY PLACE OF DENTAL WORK FOR NOW ON. THE SEBRING ASPEN DENTAL NEEDS TO BE SHUTDOWN.

From the dental hygienists to Dr. B everyone is very nice and professional. I’ve had so many bad experiences in the past that I’ve shied away from the dentist for many years. My procedures were pain free and the fees were broken down and insurance was gone over thoroughly before I started. I can’t remember all my dental assistants names, but they were all very sweet and knowledgeable.

I have nothing but pure fear when the word Dentist and my name are in the same sentence. I put my big girl pants on and actually went through the door. I have to admit the office manager did come out to the car a week earlier to make me feel more comfortable about coming to this Dentistry. Every person in there makes you feel comfortable and talks to you the whole time. They dont rush you. I completed what needed done that day without an anxiety attack.

Very poor experience I made an appointment a week before and received a confirmation and everything confirming my appointment. I tried to call a few hours to make sure they take my insurance and was put on hold for half an hour and was never answered. When I did get there 5 minutes before my appointment time there was a note on the door due to corona virus saying to stay outside and call a number when i was then put on hold for another 30minutes i then decided just to walk in i told them i have been on hold they said ok sit down no apology. I then sat there for about 40minutes wating them answer phone calls on their personal cell phones and talk to eachother before they called me to the desk just to find out they cant see me because they double booked I showed them my email with my confirmed appointment and told them I have been waiting so long and they said they still cannot see me. Then they also tell me they dont even take my insurance which all could have been answered when I called hours before my appointment if they would have answered the freakin phone. Do not go to this place they are rude and not at all helpful.

This office is amazingly thorough, informative & professional. Its obvious that the staff cares about meeting the needs & care of their patients. Thank You!

They quote you one price for your wisdom teeth then charge you something else. On my way out they told me I owe more money?I think the front of the office is unorganized. I still have no heard back with an update on my account. I call but no one answers:no voicemail . There is also no email to try and get in contact with someone.

Today should be a ZERO. I have been coming to this office for almost a year now. My appointments have been fine. My sons however, was moved 3 times and within 24 hours. Not only that, he had his wisdom teeth out today. My daughter took him and waited. She was handed gauze and some paperwork then told the prescription would be ready at such and such location.She waited a little while before going to pick up the medication. They have no record of anything for my son. She drives back to Aspen, they said Oh, the doctor hadnt approved it yet. Really? 2-hours after surgery and you have not approved medication yet? So they had him approve it, told my daughter, its good to go.She waits about 15 minutes, proceeds to call the location of the prescription, and guess what....NOTHING HAS BEEN CALLED IN.SO, i must now leave from work, drive an hour to Aspen to figure out what kind of mess they have created not only for my daughter, but you cannot give someone ibuprofen after their wisdom teeth are pulled to help with pain. My son should get a credit to his account for this inconvenience for both himself and my daughter driving all over town.So please, when leaving this location, do not pull out of the parking lot until you have confirmed that your medication has been called in.UPDATE: 3 hours and 20 minutes after being released his medication was called in.

Very professional. Everyone was superb. I wont go anywhere else. This staff is very caring and friendly. Highly impressed.

The personnel at this location are so pleasantI needed mynew dentures as soon as possible had some place to go. They had them done in 3 days.I especially would like to thank Derick. Very pleasant and helpful. He deserves to be employee of the week or month.

Very professional and quick. X-ray took no time at all thanks to Derrick. Dr. Bangash was attentive and really listened to my needs and issues. The star of the whole experience HAS to be Marie!!! So helpful! So polite! Gave me discounts, made me feel at home and took away all of my worry! Thanks so much!!!

Staff were all very friendly. Explained everything they needed and always asked if I had any questions.

I had wonderful care at Aspen this week. Courteous staff. They also have different financial options. I have a unique situation that people don’t deal with everyday. I have cancer and receiving monthly treatments which require a certain criteria before , during and after dental work. The doctor and staff were very understanding to my concerns and following oncologist guidelines. I have several more trips to Aspen to complete my present dental work. I will continue to use Aspen for regular checkups.

I really had a great experience. They got me in quickly and they did a great job cleaning my teeth.

After a year I still dont have dentures that are made right and they are rude about it. There mistake and they dont want to correct it
