They need to update their website. Had to fight traffic and construction to get here to find out they are closed and relocated to Davenport. The website said nothing about this and the number is out of sevice.

Amazing visit. I am hard to extract blood from. The tech., Latisha, was amazing in every way. No pain and that was a FIRST for me!!!!! It took 9 weeks to get up the nerve to have my blood take (no joke). I will go any time now.

I got in and out quickly and both lab techs were very professional and nice. I am a bad stick and the tech got my vein on the first stick. I was a happy camper.

I went here to take my daughter to get her blood work done. I made an appointment the week previous. They made me wait for 30 mins before looking at my insurance. As soon as they called my daughters name they said Im out of network. That it would be full price. Thanks for wasting my time.

Small waiting room crowded with 21 people. They were also doing COVID testing there. Asked if I could wait in car. Receptionist said she had no way to call me and if I did I would have to come back in periodically to check if they were ready. Called my insurance company and was sent to Quest Diagnostics in the same shopping center. Was in and out in 5 min. Went back to LabCorp to remove my name from list. Receptionist said, I was just getting ready to call you. Waiting room was still full with people standing around wall.

Was early around 7:30am... got in line to check-in and there was a gentleman in front of me trying to check-in the sign in tablet. I thought it was him because he kept trying over and then proceeded to the receptionist, and she said she would send someone to help him. We waited but nobody came, so I had to intervene for him, meanwhile the line kept getting bigger. Finally she had to come out to help but had an attitude. She is a rude person which has no right to be working there. A gentlemen told me that the day before they had to close and send everybody home because some had an emergency. Freedom Health needs to go back to Quest diagnostics where they treat patients like people.

Took a pre employment drug screen here for a job offer. Over a week and still no results. I need to work to feed my family. Not sure if it was just this branch, or the company itself. Online, it says open only on wensdays. When you call, it rings twice, then no sound. Staff was ok her. Nice people.

Literally in and out within five minutes. My son is mentally disabled, and the tech Marlene handled him with care, a genuine feeling of love and gentleness. Couldnt be happier with the experience

Scheduled appt for 830am since it was a work day. Well, dont waste your time making an appt. I held off all morning for the drug screening I needed. After calling all 7 people in the lobby ahead of me that were already there, they even proceeded to call 2 additional people that checked in well after my check in at 824am. It was enough after the 2nd lady was called to the back when I threw my arms up in the air and the receptionist took notice and I politely stated that I had to GO and had been waiting about 35 minutes at that point when she stated the lady just called back was having a drug screen performed and I would be next. This place has no organization whatsoever. Simple drug screens should be asked if they are ready to go upon arrival or within a few minutes of arrival. Receptionist has been helpful in the past but the need to step out from the counter is a nuisance apparently when an elderly lady couldnt completely read the checkin kiosk and asked for help. After several minutes of waiting for help, the lady was finally able to get herself checked in. The staff in the back did not seem to be very personable or have any people skills.

Ladies were very very rude. It was 2:15 when i got there and when she was taking my blood she said not one more person is walking through this door because Im locking it. Very rough then left me sit in the chair when she was done and didnt inform me she was done so i got up and left.

I took my son in who is 13, we had an appointment at 7:15 am and left the facility at 8:05. There was ONE lady working. She directed patients to the kiosk to sign in, did the intake in the window AND did the labs. She was a bit stressed but I never thought of her as rude per other reviews. My son was very nervous, the lady was quick efficient and was sympathetic towards him. I strongly urge you to make an appointment on line a head of time. Yes, we had to wait, but it was understandable due to the amount of people there and only one person working.

This place is filthy and disgusting inside. I need my infant sons blood typed for surgery but their system was down so they couldn’t access his order since it was sent electronically. Staff not friendly. I decided to go to a different location.

The personnel in the back are great. But up front they have someone sitting in the desk, not checking in patients. Yes, I see her working but she can be of more assistance. Everyone now has to check in through a computer, appointment or not. So you can be in line anywhere from 10min (my last visit), to 17min (current visit). Front desk lady does not offer assistance to the people who have no idea what they are doing. Both times I’ve had to help someone figure it out. Last time (April 2019) there were spanish speaking elders who could not read English. They were offered no help from front desk! I do know how to run a front office medical facility as I have before. This is not customer service!

One of the worst experiences I have ever dealt with. The lady was so rude. Wanted my credit card after telling her multiple times my insurance company said it’s covered. She was more concerned about eating her lunch than getting my blood. She wanted my signature and refused service unless I gave her a credit card. She told me I could come back at 12:30. Don’t go here. Drive to Winter Haven.

Google maps will take you West on 60, far past where the place actually is. Labcorp is actually in the shopping center where tractor supply is. Head East on 60 and turn right next to CVS across the street from Lake Wales Hospital. Turn left into where Bank of America is. Labcorp will be on the far right side of the shopping plaza. Their sign is very noticeable.

I find it funny that so many people need workers to kiss their A22 when they visit an establishment. Ive got my blood drawn there 4-6 time a year for the last 3 years. Ive never seen them angry or unfriendly. They are busy and to the point. If you want someone to feel sorry for you bring your mom or spouse. They got a job to do, let them do it and go on with your day.

The receptionist was RUDE it’s crazy how she has a job there and upper management doesn’t see it. The phlebotomists in the back are great nice and friendly but the lady in the front was a nightmare she absolutely hates her job and one day someone is going to check her a$$!

Do not use google maps!! Type in tractor supply in lake wales (off 60) and youll find it in the shopping plaza. They got me in and out. Didnt spend more than 15 minutes here.

I need labs done every 3 months, because of the drugs I have to take. We are in Florida for the winter & its time for my labs.. I went to lab Corp in lake wales, didnt have appointment . I waited about 30 minutes & she called me back. She was nice, but didnt have alot to say. She ask which arm I preferred. She got my blood in one stick, and that is what matters to me. I am usually stuck twice, sometimes three times before they get my blood. I am pleased with my experience.. I read the other reviews before I went & expected the worse, but for me it turned out fine..

Worst lab ever never return no matter what if you are pregnant or have it an appt you have to wait and check in yourself the worst front desk ever no matter how many years you have they dont help you. Just sit there and watch. Waiting more than 1 hour

I went to labcorps Lake Wales, fl office for a blood drawn. I was there for about three minutes short of 90 minutes. I was told twice that I was next. There was also people who came in after me that where taken care of before me, the sign in book didnt show that they had a appointment. I left with out having my blood draw. The suggestion box didnt have any forms to fill out. I guess you dont like complaints. I was told by others that it is like this a lot. I will be calling my insurance company to complain about this type of service.

Had a hard time finding the place, receptionist said its between myself and google maps. Told the person before me too. When mentioned about the phone ringing and not picking up she picked the phone up to her said it works. Very rude lady.

Visited Lab Corp for blood work with my husband who passes out easily due to low blood pressure. Was asked for a credit card but when I asked for a price she said they will charge whatever our insurance doesnt pay. She couldnt tell me even an estimate. When the phlebotomy tech called us I mentioned that my husband passes out so she would be prepared and possibly ask him to look away. Her response, thats his problem. Her only attempt at aknowledging his problem was when she opened some alchol wipes and shoved them in his face. When she finished the draw she flipped up the arm rest and told him he could go immediately without giving him a moment to make sure he was not faint. So glad I went with him because they would have been picking him up off the floor. Never again!

Horrible place, they do not know how to work with children. I was shock with the service they provide, actually there is no service. Its like we the customers are bothering them. Every time they answer you its with an attitude. I have been trying to reach their corporate office today and no luck.

Not worth going .. Make an appointment for nothing. It does not have enough personnel and only a registration or check in machine for all the people who register.
