Her salon is the size of a closet. This was my second time with her cutting my hair. The first time was fine. I told Vicki that my hair was too heavy on top and needed to be thinned. Instead she cut it really short which made it even worse. Then after she quickly cut my hair she said you don’t need it blown dry do you? Because I guess they didn’t leave enough time for my appointment. I will not be back. There are plenty of salons in Lake Wales and Winter Haven. Very bad experience. I rarely leave poor reviews but my hair is just awful. Worst cut ever.
