Its a nice community, but its not near anything. Stores, restaurants, nothing.

Too much traffic. Children playing in the streets, loud music at night...

Went to a baby shower and was suppose to be in the building. Didnt happen.The park looked decent.The baby shower was at the residents place. Very nice home.

Glanced as we went through the area. Looked nice from the street.

Smells horrible inside the rental room, full of cat spray! But my first impression was bad when I pulled in and the entrance was tagged up and an employee, I assume, was cleaning it off. 😒UPDATED JAN 25 2019I was there for a party recently and they have really updated the club house since I was there last year. Hopefully this review helped with that. Im glad to see improvements being made, shows they actually care.

Was a nice place to live when I moved in there in 1996. Moved out 2016, the place went down hill. A lot of riffraff living there.

I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY ITS SO SO EXPENSIVE TO LIVE HERE. I THINK THAT THIS PARK SHOULD CUT DOWN THERE OWN TREES AFTER ALL WE PAY LOT RENT, WE DONT OWN THE LOT AND THEY NEED TO PUT CONCRETE SLABS UNDER THE TRAILERS
