I struggled for years with unhealthy life style and disordered eating habits, i new i needed to make a change but it wasnt till i met Season did i finally realize i had the power within to change for the better. Ms. Gorny help my husband and myself with building our confidence is choosing the right foods. Once we learned how to choose the right foods she taught us to how to incorporate those choices daily. Ms Gorny has also guided us in incorporating working out into our diet. Food has become somewhat of an adventure for us now. We understand what we eat, why we eat, and when to eat.
