I was prescribed physical therapy for a serious back issue. I saw various therapists at PT Solutions twice per week for most of the summer. They were all awesome, and very good at their profession. I was pleasantly surprised at my progress and would recommend them to anyone!

It was a long recovery after my left foot surgery back in Nov 2020. As soon as I got the go from my doctor to start PT, I did my research and found PT solutions in Lake Ridge. Let me say that I have no regrets ever coming to this place. The awesome two friendly ladies at the front desk would always make you feel welcomed when you walked in. Each physical therapists who helped me to get back on my feet, literally, worked with me step by step and got me to the point where I can now start jogging, but S/O to Nate and Lisa who worked with me since day one. I barely take the time to write reviews for businesses, but you guys became family to me as time went on, but I am sad that my PT journey is slowly coming to an end. I had a lot of great memories, conversations, and made new friends along the way. With that said, I highly recommend PT solutions in Lake Ridge if you are looking for a physical therapist, even if your doctor tells you otherwise. Go with you gut feeling, and do whats best for you. I cant say enough about the staff and physical therapists at PT Solutions of Lake Ridge. Nate and Andrew are awesome and incredibly helpful and knowledgable. They worked tirelessly with me to and gave me top-notch therapy to ensure that I was able to continue doing the running that I love to do! You can tell that they truly care about their patients, which was evidenced by the way I observed them treat each with the care and respect deserved. They always had a good joke and made PT as fun as it could be. Monica at the front desk was always friendly and helpful with any of my many questions! I highly recommend them to any future patient.

The staff here is excellent. They are very courteous, professional and patient. I struggled with a back issue for months that required me to get surgery. Throughout the process Dr. Nate and his staff helped me to make a full recovery. My family and friends have been amazed at how quickly I have recovered and I give the credit to Dr. Nate and his hard working staff. Anyone in the Lake Ridge area looking for a physical therapist, you would be hard pressed to find a better one.

PT Solutions of Lake Ridge was great! Their therapist were very knowledgeable, and attentive. I truly appreciate the fact that I was able to spend a good amount of time with the therapist and not be thrown to a tech. I highly recommend them for rehab!

PT Solutions at Lake Ridge, Director and master Physical Therapists, Nathan (Nate) Rogers and the whole team has helped me heal physically in such a way to build my confidence believing all things are possible by utilizing very creative ways to rebuild, heal and strengthen. As a military retiree and life long athlete (striving to heal), I have had over 30 physical therapists in my life time and numerous injuries and surgeries. Although I am grateful to all my previous Physical Therapists, nothing compares to the success I have had at PT Solutions. Their mindset, physical methodology is truly focused on building strength at the foundation from the inside out. As a spiritual woman, I believe in the importance of a healthy mind, body and spirit. I view Nate as a Coach, Healer, amazing Physical Therapists and compassionate human being. And his team bring the same positive mindset (Lisa, Andrew) and even the girls at the front desk Monica and Alissa are always very kind and welcoming. Each physical therapists there continually ask how did that feel, take time to listen allowing their clients to rests, discuss and rediscover their abilities, encourage, inspire listening to their challenges while formulating techniques to expand their possibilities to improve. They use stretching techniques, physical excercises, and physical motions that truly work. And if they don’t work they modify, adjust and teach the meaning of recovery that is very individualized to each person. It truly feels like I am in the gym without judgment, with others all striving to get better using natural hollistic methodologies, positive mindset, excercises, stretches, and equipment with a Coach and team that inspires and encourages every person trying to heal and return to normalcy. Often at times above normalcy. Above and beyond levels I never imagined I could do. Although my healing is still happening) I am certain they have given me the tools to stay on the right path to recovery. PT Solutions is the only place I would go to for Physical Therapy if needed in the future. Actually wish they had a gym under this Director and his team I would be the first in line. My son is having PT at PT Solutions and the PT is awesome! He incorporates my other son and is so creative. Today they played foot air hockey with furniture sliders!!!

The office staff are kind, considerate and patient. The open plan for therapeutic equipment is easily accessible and effective. The therapists do a wonderful job of understanding what was needed to manage my concerns. I know I am improving because of the professionals at PT Solutions.

After my injury, I was not sure of how I was going to get better. Nate & Andrew (physical therapists) have helped me in my journey in restoring function and mobility to my back. Monica & Michelle (front desk) always seem to brighten your day with their smiles. The team’s hard work and dedication have made recovery seem possible. While highly knowledgeable and professional, everyone is so kind and caring. Thank you not just for being there, but for the laughs on the way.

The staff here are truly incredible! Monica, who works at the front desk truly makes an effort to help you, whether its with scheduling or dealing with insurance. The therapists are very kind, funny, flexible, professional and great at what they do. Highly recommend this place!

The Lakeridge PT Solutions team is an amazing group of doctors and staff with a true passion to help people live life to the fullest. They helped me recover from a bad ankle sprain in time to hike 14 miles in GNP with no pain and to regain feeling in my fingers after a 2 yr old neck injury. They care about each patient from the youngest to the oldest and celebrate the progress of their patients every step of the way!
