Yonty, I really enjoyed the class yesterday. That was one of the best CPR classes I’ve ever taken. You helped the attendee’s understand that it’s not a neat, pretty, or a calm moment when things happen in the real world. (This is coming from a former Air Force Medical Specialist.) The instructor expressed real world emotions and situational awareness to the material that most classes do not. Definitely continue using Heartbeat in the future!Mike BraunI thought that Yonty was awesome. I was worried that a four hour class would be very boring and slow moving, but Yonty is a great teacher. He used a combination of video training and hands-on training, and balanced them very well. We never set at the tables for longer than 30 minutes without getting up and trying something. The video was very informative and entertaining and he would intermittently pause the video and take questions, explain things, and then let us try things. He was very honest and realistic with us about CPR and how difficult, disgusting, and emotional that it can be, which I really appreciated. On top of that he also added in some of his own personnel experiences and advice on how to handle some situations that he came across.
