I was concerned about the procedure, but from staff to the doctor, ALL went over and above to make it the best experience possible. I will go NO WHERE else. I highly recommend Dr. Tarsa and her team. You will not be disappointed. They are a very well oiled machine. They are friendly and will make you feel as you are their only patient. Honestly, I have never seen a team work so well together.....to make sure that it is as pain free and the best experience you can have under the circumstances.

Yikes, I had to have a root canal and was referred to Oregon Endodontic Group.They fit me into their schedule as it was an all of a sudden issue.I was informed of what all the paperwork meant which was nice because I had to sign a lot of forms.From the second I was lead into the back I was at ease and felt very comfortable even though its not something I looked forward to.Dr Tarsa was incredibly nice, kind & patient with me especially when I had a weird reaction to one of the numbing shots- I got really shaky, she told me it was normal & gave me a minute to settle, they even brought me some apple juice.All thorough the procedure Dr Tarsa checked on me and the interaction between the Dr & her assistant was really refreshing, no personal talking which as a patient is so awkward when they talk between themselves about their own stuff. They always said please, thank-you, yes, etc. to each other.I would give 10+ stars if I could!

This team worked me in for a next-day appointment but warned me it may mean a longer appointment overall. Totally worth it! Dr Tarsa and her entire team provide top notch customer service. Everyone took the time to make sure all my questions were answered and I was comfortable with every decision and procedure. They are all committed providing a quality patient experience.

I got a root canal from Dr. Tarsa and it went very well. They are all very nice up front, and Leila tTarsa is obviously very good at what she does.

Dr Tarsa is amazing. She and her entire team take the time to really listen to their patients and are very patient when they have to repeat instructions. I’ve never had to wait in the waiting room for more than 2-3 minutes. In addition, Dr. Tarsa makes sure she explains everything she is doing during the procedures and does an excellent job of scheduling follow-up appointments just to make sure there are no residual concerns. The entire staff is friendly, polite, and professional.

It is my pleasure to write a glowing review. I was referred by my dentist who is a great guy as well. I had a mystery pain that could only be discovered by an orbital CTC scan of my head. They found it and then a two hour procedure took place. Lots of management of pain. Lots of communication. What a wonderful job. I left in pain, but, by 6pm, it was as though it never happened. Total elimination of the pain and Ihave these great, skillful people to thank. Also, let me just say, they shoe horned me into the schedule because of the condition I had been in. After all of that, the price was so very fair as well.

All the ladies in the office are so sweet and accommodating. I had an important event a few hours after my appointment and they all worked quickly and carefully to make sure I was out on time and that my face wasn’t too numb to function later. They call after every appointment to check in on you after and just overall the team is fantastic. The staff and Dr. Tarsa are very through and extremely kind. Cannot say enough good things about the team!

When I called the doctor’s office they gave me an appointment for the next day. Upon entering, the receptionist as well as all the staff were very friendly.The doctor is very professional, after examinig me she confirmed that I needed a root canal and she was able to do it the same day. At all times she was asking me if I was feeling ok. I really appreciate the care she took with me during the process.

Dr. Tarsa and all her staff are wonderful. Amy at the front desk is great too. They were able to see me on short notice because I was going to be having oral surgery (with a different provider) the next day. They are knowledgeable, relatable, friendly and professional. I came to Dr Tarsa with pain in my lower jaw and back molar. Dr Tarsa has a very easy way about her in tandem with encyclopedic knowledge of her specialty. I felt I was in the right place immediately. She had some pictures taken by her capable assistant and soon enough we were talking about my situation and the best therapy for me. She showed me the exact place where my pain was coming from and exactly why it was paining me. She asked for my input and the questions that I had. We spoke for good 10 minutes. During the earlier months of COVID19 I had a horrible accident that resulted in me needing services of an endodontrist. This was before the medical offices were allowed to be open for regular service. When office were barely going to start to open. Care was limited. Dr. Tarsa was willing to squeeze me in because it was urgent to be able to save my teeth. She got me in and had to do an emergency root canal. What is amazing is that her and her staff stayed after hours. She could have turned me away - others did. She did not. She knew how important it was to complete the emergency procedure within as specific time period. I was amazed that she and her staff were willing to stay after hours to get the job done. At no time did I feel she was rushing to get the job done. On the contrary she was going slow to get it done right! I was very thankful for her and her staff to be willing do to this. I have continued to see her and will for about one year. I know I am in good hands. She is an amazing doctor that likes to do a great job. I appreciate the professionalism and respect that they provide to all patients. I only wish more doctors were like her.

Dr Tarsa has built an awesome practice and hired a strong team. Highly recommended. Caring, professional, verbal, modern, calm, thorough, check check recheck. Recently I had my second root canal. Its hard to imagine procedures more unpleasant than a root canal or an abscess, and yet I left Dr. Tarsas office feeling that she had not only resolved my dental issues, but also that I had been in the care of a sincere professional concerned deeply about the condition of my teeth, and for whom time is determined by careful and considerate consultation rather than by a rigid and packed schedule. Despite a very full found of patients, she made time for an emergency consultation with me. I never felt for a moment that our time was rushed. This is very rare indeed. Her solicitude for patients extends well beyond the office. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

I saw Dr.Tarsa for some tooth pain a month ago. She fit me right into her schedule. She was great about explaining what to expect. Overall my experience was great and I would highly reccommend to anyone.

Dr. Leila Tarsa is a gem. An esteemed professional, she is also the warmest and most caring person I have met while working to solve my dental problems. She gets to know her patients, explains complex procedures carefully and completely, and is highly recommended by my own dentist. Amy is an accomplished receptionist and it is clear that Dr. Tarsa depends on her. All of the office staff are wonderful and clearly follow Dr. Tarsas lead in making her patients comfortable. If you have to see her, you probably have a complex dental problem for her to solve, but you can know you will be in good hands.

Those all star reviews puzzle me. They might be great but for now I cannot even get an appointment. Ive been referred to this place by Dr. Van Gordon. Ive filled their appointment request form twice (Fri Feb 8 and Tue Feb 11) but received no response whatsoever. Going to ask for another referral...UPDATE: after communication with Dr. Van Gordon theyve emailed me and mentioned that [they] contacted our PBHS website host and confirmed that we had an issue and the website inquiries were not reaching out email mailbox. Weve discussed the appointment and everything was going well until I received the following email:In response to the email communication you had with Dr. Van Gordon, I wanted to let you know that there is no proper way for direct communication via our website; however, we will consider adding that in the future. Dr. Tarsa said that the relationship is not spoiled and she would be happy to see you provided that you retract your review and submit a proper one once you have the opportunity to judge her care. As long as you are okay complying with this request, I will confirm your appointment for Monday 3/2/2020 at 7:45am.This is too heavy handed for my taste so Ive rejected any conditions and going to seek service elsewhere once again.

Dr. Tarsa was awesome and so were all of her staff. She got me in on the same day for an emergency, and I was treated with the utmost care and concern by her staff. The root canal was quick, and not a painful procedure. I was pretty sore afterwards, and they made sure to address this when they called to check in on me.

If having root canal surgery could ever qualify as a pleasant experience, Dr. Tarsas practice would be that place. Every aspect of the procedure, including follow-up care was excellent and everyone who works at the Oregon Endodontic Group knows exactly how to do things.
