Great experience! I did not have any type of wait when scheduling my appointment. The office was prompt, courteous and helpful. The doctor was terrific. Very thorough and I left feeling they had addressed every issue.

My experience has been positive from the beginning. I came in with a fractured wrist. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was seen quickly and scheduled for out patient surgery to secure my radius. The procedure went well and I felt well cared for throughout. My wrist is mending nicely and with advice from the physical therapist I am regaining motion and strength daily. I feel very thankful to have been referred to Go To Ortho by Oregon City Legacy Urgent Care.

Went for horrible shoulder pain... no appointment needed, walked right in, waited maybe 10 minutes, took me straight to xray and then in to be examined by the doctor, got a cortisone shot, pain was gone in about an hour. In and out in less than 30 minutes. A refreshing experience. Great place for quick, professional treatment!

I was very pleased with my first time going here. The Check In staff were very welcoming, professional, and in a timely manner, got my initial visit paper work processed.Dr Madey was spot on diagnosing my injury and made me feel comfortable in regards to the best course of action to relieve my pain, and I was quickly on my way feeling 100 times better than when Id walked in.I was very impressed with the entire team there and would highly recommend seeing them for any Ortho needs or concerns..

Excellent, professional care! I dropped in after I injured my knee. I was treated with kindness and compassion. They took x-rays and the Dr saw me promptly. I will definitely go back and would give Go to Ortho 10 stars if it was an option!

Knee injury... went to GOTO and was seen right away. Staff is super friendly and very professional. Dr. Vande Zandschulps exam was so caring and methodical. Wish I could give GOTO 100 stars!

Dr was helpful in xray and my options .surgury no help several times and be of no help,only worse or take a cortisone shot and bite the bullet.very friendly and to the point

My visit for x-ray/check up went well and quick. The staffs are helpful and even push your wheelchair for you. The wait time was ok considering it was a bit busy on my appointment day.

I sustained an injury to my foot and thought I had a fracture. The team there got me right in, had the x-ray completed and read, and I was in and out with my treatment plan in less than 30 minutes. The team here was so great! I came in for a second opinion on an ankle/foot injury they corrected my diagnosis and treatment. I was back in action in 6 weeks, good as new. The team was very friendly and made the process as seamless as possible.

My son feel on the monkey bars at school on Friday, by the time we got home it was too late for clinics I knew of. Talking to a friend she suggested we visit Go To Ortho. I didnt have an appointment on Monday morning but I drove there anyway. Wow I was so glad I did, the visit was amazing from the moment we walked in the door. After filling out standard paperwork, we didnt wait more than 2 minutes to be seen by the very attentive nurse. After getting some X-Rays a very nice Doctor came in, and said my son had a buckle fracture nothing to series just needed a splint for a few weeks. Nurses made sure we knew how to put on the splint, and take care of it for the next 3-4 weeks. It took us longer to make the drive to the clinic than the whole visit took, let me move on with my day, and my son only missed 1 hour of school. Amazing staff, great doctors, clean, and new equipment, and super fast what more can you want from an Orthopedic Clinic. Thanks Go To Ortho, you have a customer for life.

I had slammed my thumb in my car door, and it ended up cutting the area that the nail grows from completely open. A friend of mine had recommended Go To Ortho, since they specialize in trauma, over going to a non-specialized urgent care or expensive ER visit. I called and was able to get in immediately. They are not only super compassionate about any pain I was in (I am a HUGE baby about injuries, and they were totally understanding), and they explained a few options for best course of action. Their hand therapist was on-site to custom make a thumb splint for me, so the cut would heal properly, and it did, without stitches! It was also not crazy expensive, even with my okay-at-best health benefits.Go to Ortho has a specialized group to get you the care you need with trauma, quickly. Highly reccomend.

Amazing practice! Very courteous, efficient and professional. I had radiology testing, evaluation by a surgeon and my work FMLA paperwork completed and sent to my employer in less than 2 hours!

Met with Dr. Mirza in 2018, scheduled surgery for husband for March 2019. Arranged family to fly in and moved my cancer treatments around for this surgery. Day and 1/2 before scheduled surgery we get the Doctor is rescheduling my husband’s surgery for the following week. The reason provided on the voicemail made no sense, so we call the surgical center contact we have been working with and she says this is news to her.We stop in the next morning to Dr. Mirza’s office where Kayla proceeded to blantantly lie to us. She continued to alter her story based on the facts, voicemails, and emails we had. She also threw the surgical center under the bus, blaming them. We called the surgical center back again and shared what we were told. Our rep was shocked and said she had just left her 4th message for that office and no one is calling her back. Which is odd because the office had about 15 people there when we arrived. Though we still had to wait almost 15 minutes for someone to speak with. There was one man in the lobby filling out paperwork.We opted to cancel and not do business with Dr. Mirza - if he can not be prepared for surgery how can one have confidence he will perform a successful surgery? There are many more Orthopedic surgeons out there and we will be going back to ours... Dr. Ballard.
