Hands down my favorite place to be after work or to start my Saturday. All of the instructors are great-they really know what they are doing and show a general interest in our well being, especially Anna. I’m completely new to yoga in general and she’s been welcoming. I like they way they structure the class giving special emphasis on total calming of the mind and relaxation. The heat isn’t too hot, although they do offer that. And I feel very comfortable when I’m there. It’s better wine therapy!

This is my first time trying yoga and I loved it! Ms. Rita was very knowledgeable and very professional. I explained to her my situation and she understood exactly what I needed. The studio is very clean and peaceful. Im very happy to be part of the SoFLo family.

Awesome yoga studio. I have taken a couple of the hot power yoga classes with Sarah and they were excellent! I live in Oviedo and its totally worth the quick trip to get to this nice yoga studio in a really mellow part of downtown Lake Marry.

This studio is awesome and very inclusive. It doesn’t matter if you’ve been practicing a lifetime or trying it out for the first time, the studio is accepting of everyone as they are. Definitely recommend their classes.

This is a great place. The classes here are really enjoyable. The Staff is very friendly the instructors are so wonderful and supportive, Great guided instruction. I have found a studio that is so welcoming and makes me feel happy and excited to go there every class

I loved going to SoFLo Hot Yoga! Anna and her team are such great instructors. Theyre all so diverse in their yoga flows and are so compassionate in trying to help others stay comfortable in their practice. Definitely recommend to all, perfect for people younger and older.

I have been going to SoFlo for 2 months now. I LOVE this place! All of the teachers are wonderful. I was nervous when I started because I was very new to yoga but everyone was very welcoming and I felt like there were options for yogis of all levels. Highly highly highly recommend this yoga studio!

Earlier this year I went through a procedure and was struggling with healing to the point of developing frozen shoulder. PT was not effective enough and I was looking for natural alternatives. In summer, SoFlo opened to the public and I decided to take a class knowing my left arm movements/flexibility were VERY limited. Since the first class I fell in love with the staff (the instructor was the owner!), the studio ambience, the flexibility and accommodating approach, the location, variety of classes/schedules. ... EVERYTHING is great. Oh! and almost forgot to mention that my doctors are impressed with how much my arm has improved in a short period of time (usually it could take up to a year). I am happy and becoming healthier one class at a time! 🌹🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I could rave all day about this studio and the caring, patient, welcoming staff. From day one, Anna has made me feel so comfortable and at ease. Her classes are truly great for all levels - theres nothing intimidating about them and I always leave feeling wonderful. Stella, who takes care of childcare, is absolute doll and treats my 4yo and 2yo with so much love and care - the kids have their own wonderful experience every time we come. If youre looking for a yoga studio then please come check this place out.

What a beautiful experience! I took the gentle flow with Rita and loved it. Everything was clean and brand new. They have online booking with the MINDBODY app and it was so easy. I really was wary with Covid but they made it a safe and enriching activity. Give them a try you won’t be sorry. If you forget your mat they have really nice ones for $25 and wow it’s a really nice mat for the money.Thank again soflo,Ari Hansen

Came for the first time since I found this studio that is extremely closer than the 45 min drive out I was taking. Ann was AMAZING very friendly and outgoing asked my preference as far as what I liked and didn’t (since we were the only two there) great workout, Definitely challenging and I loved every min of it. Will be getting the month to month membership.

Beautiful brand new studio in the heart of Lake Mary. Anna is an amazing instructor and was very mindful of my back injuries while guiding me through my practice. I found my new yoga studio! 10/10 would recommend!
