I have been a patient of Dr. Lamberts for over 5 years and am disappointed with the path the practice has taken. Heathrow OBGYN is now a womens center and conducts themselves as such. I had to fill out new patient paperwork online that was very invasive that had very little to do with my OB health. The paperwork wasnt in their system so I had to answer all these questions again at the time of my visit. To top it off, Dr. Lambert treated me as a new patient and didnt recall my prior history or visits. It seemed as if she didnt even read my file as I was treated as a brand new patient and she said, It was nice to meet me! I dont expect her to remember every patient, but at least look at the file of the patient you are examining before entering the room. I miss the days of a cloth gown and a warm washcloth at the end of my visit. Be prepared for a paper half top with a paper blanket to cover yourself. I will be looking for a new OB, as I deserve better treatment for myself other than just being another number or patient that is not recognized.

Dr. Lambert is amazing and I can’t even get an appointment to see her. They are under new ownership and I was never informed. I’ve been calling for over six months. They did call back but she said I am now considered a new patient. She said I needed to call my insurance and verify my insurance is excepted. I need led to give them a reference number. Why do I need to do all the calling to make sure they take my insurance. It takes two seconds to verify. And why am I considered a new patient now. I have been going there for over 3.5 years

Avoid this office!!! I have had the worst experience with them out of any medical practice ever!!! Their phone reps are rude and condensing! You can’t even get through in a phone call to make or change an appointment. Then when you’re finally talking to a live person their customer service skills are remorseful!Supposedly this location has switched over to a new name or ownership! I was not informed by any letters or anything! My prescription has run out and it has been a nightmare to get it resolved due to them changing names without any notice!

I’ve been going here for over five years and I always thought it was only me who felt like I had to make numerous calls to get someone on the phone, had appointments cancelled because the doctor was away or on vacation when I booked at least three months in advance, and sat around the waiting room for an hour each time.I have had it happen three times where they called me to tell me they had to reschedule my appointment.I have had to leave a handful of messages for people to call me back.Whenever my prescription needed to be refilled, there was always some sort of issue that it wasn’t approved or “we didn’t see it” and it was non-stop back and forth calls to the doctor and pharmacy who should have called each other, not involved me as an intermediary.I had the same doctor or nurse practitioner twice ever. I was always given an appointment with a nurse practioner and each one I was sent to each year, I received a letter in the mail that they were leaving the practice some time afterwards. I have never seen such a high turnaround at a doctor’s office and it makes me wonder why.I’m now not going back there after reading all of these similar reviews and because the last doctor that saw me had to make a snarky comment about me not wanting children as if there was something wrong with me. I cant believe I never took the time to find another place. This place is a mess.

I absolutely adore Carla. I’ve been seeing her since I was 13 years old and I couldn’t imagine seeing anyone else. She’s honest and doesn’t sugar coat anything. She just always listens and she’s always so sweet and compassionate. Highly recommend her ❤️❤️

This is the absolute worst doctors office ever. They recently switched managing companies and this is a medical mal practice suit waiting to happen! So far this staff has cost me over 500 dollars in out of pocket fees simply because they will not return voicemails. Often it takes 3 weeks plus of continued calling to get a hold of them. Because of their lack of returning calls I did end up in the ER one time, and I have ran out of my medicine twice because they keep calling in the wrong medicine even though I tell them multiple times which one worked. Dr. Lambert has told me in the back she would like a test run only to get up front and the staff have no idea and there be no notes of what she told me! They do not know how to look at their notes at all! Every time I visit it is the same drill and I have to go through all of my medical history as if I were a new patient! Each time Dr. Lambert sees me she knows nothing of what is going on with my pregnancy and I have to keep reminding her. Detailed notes would solve these problems. I left this office before they killed me and or my baby with their incompetency

No one likes to go to the gynecologist. And I’m no different. I saw Carla, the nurse practitioner. Carla was very professional and very nice. The exam was fast and over before I knew it. I have read the other reviews but my experience was very pleasant. I also felt very comfortable talking to Carla about some pretty private stuff. I’ll be back.

Since I can’t seem to get ahold of anyone for two straight months via phone call, voice mail, and letter mail, this review is my last resort. I have requested my medical records 30 days ago and have received no contact back from the office, refusing to grant my request after 30 days or refusing to provide a letter of delay is a violation of the HIPAA act and legal action in small claims will be initiated against this office if no response is received by 6/4/21. My appointment was @9am today no one shows up I have been waiting here sense 8:30 this very unprofessional you guys need to get together.

Worst experience ever! I would never recommend this place. Not only was my visit horrific, as the staff was completely insensitive and refused to make accommodations for my legitimate health exemption to the mask-wearing mandate, but Ive been fighting for months about a billing mistake made by their office. Absolutely incompetent. All of this and my condition for which I required the office visit has not been adequately diagnosed or remedied. Waste of time and money for NOTHING. DO NOT patron this office.

This is the WORST obgyn office I have ever stepped into, they were the most disrespectful unhelpful unprofessional staff I’ve ever came in contact with the ultrasound “manager” was by the far the worst .

I had my pap smear on March 09 and I was told I would recieve my results in a few days. 2 weeks later I had still not recieved my results so I called, left voicemails, even sent messages through the portal, and nobody would ever get back to me. I went to the office and they said oh I dont know give it another 2 weeks. Now its been 6 weeks and I still have no test results. They will not answer my messages through the portal or return voicemails. Ive had abnormal cell results in the past so it is very important that I get these results and they dont seem to care.

Receptionist are very nice and made me feel very welcomed. Usually, Shulman is who I always make my appointments with, however for my most recent visit today, she wasn’t available so I made the appointment with Dr. Lambert. Let’s start off that the Medical Assistant appeared to try to send me home. Telling me that there was nothing that the doctor might do since I already got treated at a Urgent Care. She would cut me off in the middle of my sentences. I tried to give her some results and she never even bothered to look at my papers and she seemed to be in a hurry and not really pay too much attention. Once Dr. Lambert came in she looked as if she was in a hurry too. She was also cutting off my sentences and when I asked her if the practice was gonna be closed for a week (they’re changing managers I think according to the medical assistant) she gave me a sarcastic answer “Oh, really? I didn’t even know that?” Very unprofessional and inattentive.

As a new patient I was very impressed. They have procedures to ensure the safety of patients and staff amidst the pandemic. I was literally in the office for 45 minutes and that included completing new patient paperwork and my healthy woman exam. The staff was super nice and professional as well as the nurse and the doctor. The doctor contacted me within a couple of days with my exam results. I am super pleased with the experience and will continue my OBGYN care with them.

THIS IS LITERALLY THE WORST DOCTORS OFFICE EVER. THEY N E V E R ANSWER OR GET BACK TO YOU. THEY BILLED ME FOR SOMETHING THEY TOLD ME I WAS NOT GOING TO BE BILLED FOR AND THEN WOULD NOT ANSWER. I COULD NOT GET INTO THE PORTAL TO PAY IT AND THEN THEY SENT ME TO COLLECTIONS. I WILL BE FILING A LAWSUIT IF THEY DO NOT RESPOND IN THE NEXT WEEK. YOU HAVE MY NAME, MY NUMBER, AND AN UNGODLY AMOUNT OF VOICEMAILS.

I went to this office from a referral service, for a routine check. I was pleased with the experience.A couple of weeks later, I had to make an emergency appointment and was taken as soon as it was possible, the same day. There was not much waiting, even though I know I was squeezed in between regular appointments. Same with the follow up appointment, I did not have to wait even though she was triple booked.Dr. Sensor has a no-nonsense approach. Shes not the overly coddling type, but she comes off as in your corner.Very friendly staff and nurses.

My first and last time visiting this location. When the practice was in Orange City, they barely had their stuff together, no idea why I trusted them again. 4 times, FOUR times now my appointments have needed to be rescheduled because the doctor had a scheduling conflict. As a nurse myself, I get it.... emergencies happen but I arrived yesterday to what I thought was my third attempt and after waiting an hour, was told my appointment was for tomorrow. I left and upon coming home guess what? The doctor needs to reschedule again!! Just dont waste any of your time...

Very disappointed in the new management. Such a shame, really like Dr. Lambert but it’s kind of important to be able to get ahold of your obgyn. Starting the search for new doctors :( they are losing a lot of patients due to their unprofessionalism and lack of organization. I hope they figure it out or they will be closing their doors sooner rather than later.

I am truly disappointed of this place, if you’re seeking prenatal care go to another location. I have been seeing Dr. Lambert for my pregnancy and decided to leave. She is not detailed with explaining or looking into my concerns. The office is very disorganized, and take a long time to answer the calls. And to get your records transferred, don’t even get me started. I’m already 35 weeks and got my appointment cancelled due to not receiving the records that were requested about a month ago. 😡

I would give this place 0 stars if i could. This place has gone downhill after Dr. Cofield left. Dr. Sensor talks, ridicules about her patients and judges them which ive heard for myself. She once gave me her opinion on a 16 yr old pregnant patient. I felt judged because she was talking about me to the staff outside which is when i also heard her talk about another patient with a snaggletooth. The receptionists are quick to argue with patients. The nurse practitioner isnt any better shes just as rude and forced me to change my birth control when i told her i didnt want to. I have bad stories for days about this office.

At first I was very comfortable and happy with Dr. Sensor and her diagnosis. Enough to trust her with a necessary surgery. After 5 weeks of healing, I discovered that the surgery didnt work to fix the issue. At the follow up appointment, she gave no reasoning behind why it didnt work, just an Oh well, youre a zebra I guess. She was not empathetic, understanding, kind or helpful with future solutions. She was defensive and dismissive when she saw proof that the surgery wasnt successful. She told me that I would have to live with it, or get another expensive surgery...while Im still paying off the first. I will NEVER go back here again.

3 years ago I would’ve given these people 5 stars ALL THE WAY. But not now. The new dr and nurses are cold rude and don’t care about their patients. As someone else said they do not pick up the phones. I’ve called and called after not getting called back regarding a miscarriage 3 appointments in and the medicine they prescribed me did not work. It’s been 2 weeks still no call back. I’ve called multiple times since and been on hold for 15+ minutes and no answer. I have no idea what to do. But I will not be giving them another dime of my money. What a shame.

The ladies at the desk are very nice and helpful. Also the app the facility uses is awesome, as you can keep track of everything there. My experience with the nurse practitioner Carla has been great. She corrects prescription errors made by the doctor promptly and is a great communicator. Unfortunately, every experience I’ve had with the doctor (Dr Lambert) has been unsatisfactory. She is not very attentive and has poor bedside manner. At my last appointment, she didn’t even review my chart before coming in or speak with me about my past procedure (colposcopy) or any issues I’ve had since seeing her which is why I was there for a follow up. I waited 30 mins for her to come to the room, she didn’t have the time for questions, and left abruptly after completing the Pap smear. Because of this I have chosen to find another doctor. Do not trust this place with your reproductive health!

Disappointed with the way they handled my 18 y/o daughters first GYN visit. I set appointment a month in advance when we arrived they took her paperwork and called her to the back. 1 minute later she comes back out and says they wont do exam or pap smear unless you are 21 years old. I never heard of this before. I asked the front desk people who looked clueless then they called the nurse practitioner to talk to me but she didnt know why they didnt either. Wouldve been nice if someone in the office could have explained why they dont accept women under 21 instead of awkwardly looking at me like a deer in headlights.

Ref sent over to this office 2-3wks ago. I have not heard anything regarding an apt. I have also been calling the office all day no answer. I am on hold now for more than 20mins and still no answer. I have not had an appt yet but I am not pleased with the services.

What an awful experience for any woman to go through.Still calling as of 10/13 and still nothing....I read another review where a womans baby died due to the care in this office. I would avoid at all costs and will be looking through legal channels to have them shut down.

New to this area, new patient process was easy, I was seen in just under 20 minutes. I saw Courtney for women’s health, she was very professional and knowledgeable. She made me feel comfortable and discussed everything I had concerns about. The staff in the office were professional and friendly as well. Happy to have gone and will continue.

Dr. Sensor is an extremely caring and competent provider. She is extremely knowledgeable, she took right decision at the right time and saved my baby. I would recommend her to anyone looking for an OB/GYN in the Lake Mary area!

Absolutely the WORST OBGYN I got labs done back in July and no one ever reached out so I called them instead nobody picks up the phone. I went elsewhere to get my answers and switched obgyns now 3 months later I get a call telling me my lab results from July . Horrible horrible experience in this office . Should not be in practice and other thing Ive experienced with these doctors have been reported. I would give then no stars if had the option.

I do not usually post negative reviews but I am now currently on hold 10 minutes in after being on hold for 20 minutes prior to this call with no answer. I am a current patient and it is pretty ridiculous when you cannot even get through on the phone to schedule an appointment. I work in an medical office and can say there is no excuse for having to wait this long and not even get a live person on the phone. I will be finding another office for my medical care.

Heathrow Ob/gyn is a clean and friendly environment, all of the staff are great and Carla Shulman I would recommend to any woman! She makes you feel comfortable and treats you not only as a patient, but an equal/friend. She explains things thoroughly and answers any questions/concerns. I have went to her since I was 16 and absolutely adore her, she’s kind and patient and makes the experience totally comfortable rather than awkward/weird given the circumstances.

Everyone was extremely professional and kind. I was taken to the exam room at my appointment time and saw the doctor right away. A great visit!

The front desk provided very poor service. I think they were tired and ready to go at 4:15pm but I was already anxious and they made matters worse by not acknowledging me at all. Very cold. Nurse and practitioner Carla is always very nice.

I don’t know what’s going on with this office but I took my daughter to see Dr. Sensor in February. We were given a list of labs to be completed but when we showed up to the lab for her appointment @7:00am they couldn’t do them because there was a lab code that wasn’t clarified. The lady at the lab was kind enough to say she’d call the doctors office for me to get the lab code. Later in the day the lab called me and said they couldn’t reach the office and had been calling all day. It just rings and rings. I called also many many times and no one answers. I call today and same thing. Rings and rings, no answer and can’t get the labs done until the code is clarified. This happened last week as well when I called to schedule a follow up appointment. No answer, just rings. I also saw other reviews after the fact that this has been an issue in the past. Nothing against Dr. Sensor but my daughter was a new patient and we won’t be back.

Let me begin by saying that Dr. Sensor is a compassionate, down-to-earth, wonderful doctor, but this Review is not of Dr. Sensor - it is of the practice itself. The staff at this practice is incompetent. Speaking with 3 different people, I got 3 different stories. When an order needed to be written, it was written incorrectly. Luckily, the imaging facility caught the mistake, but then when trying to get the office to correct the mistake, it was nearly impossible to reach anyone at the office, and, in fact, the person at the imaging facility was hung up on. It caused a very long delay as the order/prescription had to be rewritten. I then received a call several days later from someone at this office who attempted to defend their incompetence and blatantly lied about what was supposed to be done. Thank goodness I have experience with medical records and reading them. A person not experienced would not have known that they had been lied to on more than one occasion. I strongly recommend steering clear of this practice, as dealing with the staff is absolutely infuriating, and they have demonstrated that they will flat out lie to defend themselves.

I love Dr. Lambert and nurse practitioner Carla Shulman. Of course my appointment gets rescheduled sometimes but thats because I have it with Dr. Lambert and she gets called away to delver babies, they usually reschedule me with Carla on the same day. Dr. Lambert was amazing when I wanted permanent birth control in the form of sterilization. She never tried to talk me out of it, even though I was 31 and had no children. I had been her patient for years at this point so it was nice that she respected me enough to make my own decisions, some doctors do not about this procedure. She answer my 100s of questions and even did the surgery on a Friday, which she usually does not, because it was the only day I could take off work. She is the best.

I love it here, from the receptionist with being welcoming and extra sanitized with this Covid19 going around and my Doctor Carla, super sweet and always nice to answer all my questions, and awesome advice! Definitely recommend this place and also request for Dr. Carla Shulman

I always have problems with my appointment. As having a depo shot, I always schedule 3 months on advance, but I always have to wait 30 mins to an hour, despite having an appointment. The staff doesnt seem to care, and its quite disrespectful to waste my time and not get an apology, or any care to solve then issue. Its quite frustrating. Apparently, the doctor I was supposed to see today hasnt been on the office, and I never got a call. I also work, and have to be on time, but that doesnt matter either, Im always kept waiting, and some patients that arrive at the office after me, get seen right away.If you request respect and punctuality from your patients we also need to get the same care right back. I understand that you may be double booked or whatever the case may be, but its time you are responsible for your issues. On top of all that, when I do politely let them know what is happening, the staff gets mad for simply requesting to be seen on time due to needing to be at work on time. Someone called me right when I left, and at this point I was frustrated cause I cant get the care I need and pay for- your Doctors dont work for free, I pay for what I need. I never hear any apologies, and the person that called me responded in such a defensive manner regarding my complaint of service. That kind of attitude is not necessary.Im not, and cant afford, to be late to my job just because you cant keep up with your commitment to the scheduled appointment, and again, get defensive responses when voicing my issue. This is completely unprofessional. Maybe get the staff trained to get better customer service instead of a cold shoulder, or get mad at your patients when I ask that you see me on time. Its not a crazy request. I make an appointment, and expect to bee seen on time. It is not my fault that your office is understaffed and overbooked. So again, dont take it out on your patients if you are the ones that cant deliver.

This office is extremely shady. All the doctors and staff are rude, careless, and ridicule people. Dr. Sensor talks about her patients which is against hippa, the nurse practitioner forced a change of treatment on me, and the 3 receptionists don’t pick up the phone. I will never be going back and I absolutely don’t trust them for medical advice or treatment either. Awful place, save yourself and go somewhere else unless you wanna be a guinea pig. This place also removes patients bad reviews, be careful.

I have been a patient here for many years and have always felt comfortable and had great experiences, that is until recently. I feel as a patient that I should be able to discuss any issues openly. That has not been the case for me. In fact I left feeling unheard and honestly was handled quite rudely. I highly suggest finding another ob/gyn because this office now lacks in many areas. It’s unfortunate because at one point in time I would drive 45 minutes out of the way because the quality of care here was exceptional.

I recently started being treated by Dr. Sensor and am really glad I sought care from her. My visits have all been pleasant, efficient and informative. Her bedside manner is excellent and she communicates well with her patients. I feel as though she cares about my issues and concerns and is very knowledgeable about them. I highly recommend Dr. Sensor.

The staff at Heathrow Ob/Gyn is great. Everyone is friendly and professional and I didnt have to wait long for my appointment. Carla Shulman is so personable and she really spends time with each of her patients catching up and making sure all their needs & questions are being addressed. I would highly recommend Carla if youre looking for someone who truly loves her job and cares for her patients.

My visit was for my yearly women’s exam and was very pleased with my visit as always.

The receptionist Millie, the nurse Claudia, and Dr. Sensor are incredible. They took care of my mind, body and soul. I had a very stressful surgery and they made me comfortable every step of the way. Dr. Sensor is an amazing surgeon. I had a total hysterectomy and in only two weeks I was almost myself again.

My Obgyn is awesome. She makes me feel very comfortable and the office staff is also very nice to deal with. They are all many steps above most doctors offices.

To be honest as I see the staff there are nice, but they are not responsible. They reject your application while they believe they cannot afford any risk that may happen. As a medical service they should be considerate and put the patient as the top priority, apparently they are not aware of that. Please try to be considerate!!!

I’m so thankful I found these doctors, because they are wonderful!I primarily deal with Dr. Guerrero and she truly has gone above and beyond for me and my babies. I don’t know what I would have done without her throughout my pregnancies.I’ve also had the pleasure of dealing with Dr. Cofield and Dr. Lambert and it’s obvious all three of these ladies are talented and caring!Their front desk staff can be frustrating at times to deal with, but the doctors definitely get 5 stars for everything.

Dr. Stacey Sensor has been my healthcare provider for years, and I cannot speak highly enough of her! She listens to me, is honest, compassionate, and responsive. She’s an expert in her field, and I recommend her to all of my friends and family. I’m not one to usually write reviews, but I had to because she is phenomenal!!

It took a while, but I finally found a Doctor who I feel I can trust, and who is so easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and patient enough to explain everything in detail and answer all my questions. Dr. Larissa Guerrero, is gentle and kind, soft-spoken, very clear and communicative. Absolutely grateful to have found her and highly recommend to anyone.

Heathrow Obgyn has some of the best doctors. Everyone is the office is sweet and full of energy. Dr. Guerrero is an amazing physician and has such a great personality. She makes sure that you understand everything and walks you through things step by step. One of my all time favorite physicians. Definitely recommend!

I have mixed feeling abut writing a review here. I never want to dissuade someone from seeing a doctor, but I just had a very bad experience here.First, I had been to this clinic several years pryer but when I called for an appointment they set it up as a new patient. Which I can understand because things may have changed. However, that appointment was two months in the future. This was just preventative, so that was ok. However, if you need to get in right away its not going to happen.When my appointment came around I went in and filled out all the new info including my new pharmacy (last insurance used a mail order one) and even marked on the sign in sheet that I had new info. This was never actually updated in the system and I later found out that my prescription was sent to the wrong pharmacy and never processed. Thats been fun.The actual exam did not go well. But that I will not go into.I was told to make an appointment for three months by the doctor, but when I went to reception to do so they told me to call back next month to make the appointment because they were so full. To be honest this kind of dumbfounded me...if youre full dont you want me to schedule now?After the exam I called back because I had some concerns and discomfort. The receptionist was pretty condescending but said she would inform the doctor. I never heard back from them and I ended up consulting a doctor on demand app because I was so concerned and needed some kind of reassurance.I will not be going back. This kind of appointment is already nerve racking enough to make and go to. It should not be made harder.

I was a patient here for my 1st pregnancy. They switched up Obs on me at the last minute when I was ready to deliver. Dr. Lambert was very rough with helping me deliver. Then I call this year to try and get back in for my 2nd pregnancy; they tell me they need to look over my medical records that will take 48hrs; never got a call back. Called them back today and they tell me unfortunately we are not accepting new patients. Which Im not a new patient!!! They are so unprofessional and cant keep their stories straight. Will recommend to all my friends not to go here!😡

Worst “business place”! I love Dr. Sensor, but the office is terrible she deserves a better place. They never know how to answer the phone and take weeks to send medical documents!!!

I was a new patient as of yesterday at Heathrow OB/GYN and I have nothing but good things to say. The nurse practitioner Lisa Cara was wonderful! I’m always nervous about doctor’s appointments and she made me feel very comfortable and welcome! She was very easy to talk to and answered all my questions! I’m very happy to have found this place!

I have been canceled on three times by them in the past six months. every time I make an appointment they call me a day in advance telling me they’re canceling it because there’s no doctors in. I explained that it was very important for me to get in because I have a severe ovarian mass and that I really needed this appointment because my insurance would only let me go to them and they still completely ignored that and kept canceling my appointments. It’s very upsetting because they would assure me that I had an appointment knowing how serious it was but then would turn around and cancel me a day before I’m supposed to go there. My advice to anybody going here if you have something serious going on don’t rely on them to take care of you.

I am extremely disappointed with this place. I came to get my yearly exam in here and they said that they would upload my results to my customer portal. Well there was an issue and my customer portal was not working and I have called this place about seven times without a response! I also ordered my IUD from here about 3 and a half weeks ago and have not been able To get through to anyone about that status. I’m starting to get worried. And this is extremely irritating, and it should not take this many tries to get a hold of somebody there. Extremely bad customer service!

Dr Cofield is the best doctor I have ever had. She was the first one to genuinely listen to my concerns and discovered why I was ill for so long. She is caring, funny, and takes the time to explain everything clearly to ensure that you understand everything. All questions are answered thoroughly!

The office was very professional, made me feel very comfortable for an uncomfortable exam. Ms Courtney gave me additional information about my health concerns before I ask !

My first visit was fantastic everyone was helpful.After that it went down hill!I scheduled an appointment for an birth control arm implant removal. That has expired.So have I have been rescheduled 4 times. All which were 30-45 minutes before me actual appointment.Every time I get rescheduled I have to wait anywhere between 7-10 days for my new appointment.There is no concern coming from the people rescheduling. They make it seem like its your fault they have to reschedule you because the doctor isnt in.I work in customer service, and if I have to reschedule an appointment I will do everything in my power to reschedule within the next day or two.Lets see if I get rescheduled again!

I wish Id seen these horrible reviews before Id ever scheduled an appointment with this office. Worst experience Ive ever had with a doctor. Had my initial appointment on April 19th, for care that needed follow up (I was expecting a call for follow up appointment regarding this). A month went by with no call from anyone there. I had to finally reach out to them only to be told they never received requested test results from the hospital (and never bothered to follow up with that hospital on behalf of their patient). Was told on the phone this will get resolved and I should expect a call back that day. That was three weeks ago. I requested access to the patient portal, again, was told to expect an email; Im still waiting on that.Im sorely disappointed in how I was treated - really quite stunned by it; for someone charged with a patients care to be this dismissive is grossly irresponsible. And in reading these reviews, apparently nothing new - every other posting is basically about how poor their service is. And there is no sense of ownership in the clinics responses - you are putting the responsibility on the poster to contact the office...maybe you should be reaching out to the patients in a show of good faith accountability. In the meantime, Im without any medical resolve and having to go back to the drawing board to find a new doctor. My hope is that your office truly, truly takes the negative feedback youre receiving seriously, and do your best to make significant changes in how you care for people who are entrusting their lives to you.

Staff is all very knowledgeable and accommodating.... But the wait times are ridiculous. Be prepared to hurry up and wait.

I always feel totally at ease during my appointments with Lisa Cara. She is gentle, and doesnt rush me. She answers all my questions, and I leave feeling Ive been well taken care of.

Dr. Mathis was awesome, they were short help and she did all my vitals!

Dr. Cofield is amazing. Her bed-side manner was wonderful. I felt as though she cared for me and my baby as if we were family. All of the doctors and nurses in this facility always treated me great.

Dr. Guererro is one of the best doctors I have ever been to see. Shes very knowledgeable and kind. The office is clean and Im comfortable in the waiting room... if I could ever get in it on time.Every. Single. Time. I schedule an appointment, usually a month or more out, I get a call maybe 2 days before saying they need to CANCEL the appointment. If I stay on top of it I can usually get rescheduled within a week... I get appointments now knowing they will be cancelled or rescheduled... or just not even put in the system at all... Everyone is very nice but I feel like they could stand to be more organized and it can be extremely frustrating. From now on when I schedule an appointment Ill call the next day to ensure that it is scheduled correctly.

Dr. Guerrero is a wonderful doctor. But I called to ask about payment plans, to make an appointment, was no longer to be seen as a patient. The receptionist I spoke to had THE WORST attitude. couldnt explain to me why they no longer could see me, never gave me the number to true health, just hung up. The office staff was really no help the day I had my appointment and needed to fill out paper work. no one could even tell me specifically if my doctor takes Medicaid because all it says on the website is Accepts most forms of insurance.I ended up calling the location in orange city and asked if it was possible to be seen there, and the woman was kind and very helpful, gave me all the information I needed and told me to call true health.I also got a bill in the mail, for a new outpatient visit, the pregnancy test, and the ULTRASOUND, which I was told would be included in the cost the day of my appointment; was told over the phone and the day of.Was also in my room 10 minutes after closing because someone was on a phone call and I was waiting to revive the gift bag and fill out more paperwork.Either go somewhere else or the location in Orange City.

My doctor is great. The receptionists not so much. I have never had an appointment stay at its set time. Nor have I ever waited less than half an hour when getting to my appointment on time.They will inevitably change your apt then leave you a voice mail. A lady waited next to me for an hour before they told her that her insurance policy wasnt active.

Waited over a month for my appointment today due to serious pains I was having. My appointment was at 9:45am, 10:30am rolls around and 5 people who had later appointments than me were being seen. I walk up to the front desk and all she says is The doctor is on the phone shell be with you in a minute. No apology for my wait. A few minutes later the nurse finally calls me in and I continue to wait. I wait butt naked for 10 more minutes, I finally get dressed and walk out. By that time my appointment was over an hour ago and I NEVER saw the doctor. They ever called to see why I walked out or if they could make another appointment with me. Not to mention they never notified me when Dr. Lisa Cara left or assigned me a new doctor up until I really needed to see someone. Most inconsiderate, unprofessional place Ive ever been to. They are always short staffed and obviously only care about appointments if you are pregnant. I do not recommend this place unless you like wasting your time and like being treated like garbage. Currently looking to see where Dr. Lisa Cara went, she was the best.

I chose Heathrow Ob/Gyn because of the reviews. I am painfully regretting it. I went in for a follow up and Dr Pierre-Lambert insisted I had to do a biopsy right there and then. 11/25/19.I have been bleeding and in pain since then. Not to mention she was suppose to call in a prescription for me and never did. I went to CVS 3 times and nothing. I called on 12/3/19 because I had to change pads every 30 minutes. The front desk told me they were busy, so go to the ER. I did. The Er told me to follow up with her because they didnt understand why a biopsy was done without numbing stuff or anesthesia. It got worse and I was in the emergency on 12/4/19. They tried reaching Dr Pierre-Lambertand couldnt get her. They gave me birth control to stop the bleeding. Guess what? I am still bleeding . The worse part is, shes also the head doctor of the ER. I went to another Gyn and I am about to have surgery to clean up her mess.Run from this place!!!

0 stars from me drove from Deltona was not even 10 mins late and was told to come back, which by the way is not included in their email. I had been calling the office all week different times no answer had to go online to book appointment and staff is less than friendly. Never again!!!!

My doctor at Heathrow OB/GYN is Dr. Guerrero and she is amazing. I first went to see her last year with some concerns and she took the time to explain to me in detail what was going on with me. I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes in the waiting area or in the room to see her. It turned out that i needed surgery and Dr. Guerrero was incredible throughout the entire process. She explained the surgery in detail and was really concerned about my well being. I would recommend Dr. Guerrero.

12 weeks pregnant and still haven’t met my doctor because every time I have an appointment she has an “emergency” and they have to reschedule. Best part is they don’t tell me until I come into the office instead of calling ahead of time. Very inconvenient and unprofessional. I drive 30 minutes every time to see my doctor and it’s a complete waste of time.

The staff was very welcoming and informative, not to mention everyone had stellar personalities and very easy to talk to. I believed I picked the perfect doctor office for me. However I did book my appointment two months ahead of time due to no availability for new patients , only for them to call a week before and reschedule me.

Dr Stacey Sensor is amazing, caring, compassionate physician. You would be the Lucky one if you can get her as your OB/GYN!

ATTENTION NEW PATIENTS!! Be careful when making an appointment because your appointment will more than likely change 3 times before seeing anyone. I made an appointment months ago and still havent seen a physician because they keep canceling and rescheduling me. Ive taken off of work for my appointment so Im losing money every time they cancel on me and its very upsetting. Every time my appointment gets rescheduled its at least 3 weeks later. They rescheduled me for the end of this month but Im not getting my hopes up. Im giving them 2 stars instead of 1 because they actually have the decency to have their automated system call me and tell my appointment was canceled. Happy New Year!

Dr. Sensor is an extremely caring and competent provider. I would recommend her to anyone looking for an OB/GYN in the Lake Mary area!

I waited 6 weeks for my appointment. When I finally had my appointment I was sent away because the doctor wasn’t at the office. I had to leave unseen.They gave me a new appointment for a week later. Came back a week later. Guess what?The doctor wasn’t here again.Both times I was not notified. And got that message when I was already at the office.Wasted my time and my gas.Really?Update: I talked to the office manager and she took care of my problem and I saw a different doctor. I hope things are going to be better from now on- after we had a bad start. 😊

I waited a month for this appointment to be treated as if I was a bother. I went to the Er in pain they foun . Few things that needed a specialist which is why I was referred to her in the first place my Dr was in agreement. I go in the first nurse was super nice friendly then the Dr comes in to basically tell me there was NOTHING she can do for me REALLY?? How she needs to go to the hospital her self and show them how to do their job. She then says well seeing how your here lets do a pap to.see if there is anything going on while I change she is in the hallway telling the other nurses how they really sent me here for a itty bitty cyst and she needs to go in to show then how to do their job to tell them what to look for.. I decided at this point I wasnt taking it as a bad day she is in the wrong profession she has no bed side manner basically she told me I was a waste of time. Never ever have I been treated like this I would not recommend them for anything 😭 worst experience

I would highly recommend this office. The office staff have always been very pleasant.I also have been completely satisfied with Lisas care and concern for my health and wellness. She answers all questions and treats me as a whole person; listening well to any and all concern; working with you to solve any difficulties you may have.Im thankful to have finally found a Dr & staffI really trust and believe truly cares about their patients.DK

I would give this place a one star. After dr Cofield left I went to see dr Lambert. The issue I had was left as it is and was given false and strong antibiotics which led me to visit ER . Even after that when I went for a follow up and told her my situation got worst she said she would do major surgery which scared me more because it was a minor thing and she left my as it is . Today My situation got worst because of her if she had treated me right on the same day Of my visit I wouldn’t have been facing this issue today. I contacted another OBGYN for my issue and she was surprised that why I was not treated at the clinic at the time of my visit and said I don’t need any major surgery and will be taken care at her clinic , plus the medicine dr Lambert gave me wasn’t the right one for that particular situation ..I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I scheduled an appointment in January for MARCH and I arrived only to find out they cancelled my appointment without notifying me. The lady at the desk was completely dismissive and claimed they left a message on my mothers phone— despite the fact that I’m an adult who’s mother lives in Alabama. When I called the other office, since they claimed it was that office that made the change, they said they left a message on my phone TWO days before the scheduled appointment, despite the fact that the timing is STILL inconsiderate no message was left in my voicemail. Completely inconsiderate, since I took time off from my schedule for this specifically.

Absolutely love this office. Michele Cofield has a great sense of humor and makes every appointment fun. The rest of the ladies on staff are amazing. So glad these ladies are the ones handling all my OB appointments. They are all amazing.

AVOID THIS PLACE THE BEST YOU CAN!!!!!!! I have had nothing but bad experiences dealing with this place of business! The customer service is HORRIBLE to say the least!! They turn away patients for no justifiable reason!I called to get information about prenatal self patient care and Sarah (receptionist) treated me as if I had killed her dog! Her unprofessionalism and condescending tone was OVER THE TOP! She was in search for ANY reason to turn me away... maybe because I am a self pay patient, maybe not. Regardless of how I handle MY bill should not determine how I am handled on the phone or in person for that matter! The insults continued the next day with Liz where after a 15 minute hold where she said she was talking to Mandy comes back to the phone with a complete overnight rule change! Sarah made no mention of a required $4000 payment prior to treatment. But I guess this applies to ME today!I am left in total shock of how these girls handled calls that should be professional and maybe a little compassionate. I have NEVER experienced this before in any setting and trust me, I deal A LOT with people in professional businesses and positions.These girls answering the phones are the first representation of the business. How they handle customers over the phone and in person leaves you expecting this from everyone you come in contact with within the business. I think they need a little training class is customer service!

I see alot of people that had issues but I can say mine were far from that!Found out I was preg and sadly before 12 weeks I lost my baby. Dr Lambert took me on as a patient even tho they only see you if your pregnant or have insurance threw your work. Ran tests and figured out issues I was having carrying. She to me on meds and 6 mo that later Im happy to say with her help Im pregnant again and helthy at that! She never gave up on me and Im so grateful 🙏 I am still a patient to this day and Id never dream of going to anyone else she gave me a chance to be a mother successfully and there really no better gift than the gift of motherhood. After suffering multiple miscarriages in the past it was nice for a doctor to track the pattern and within 6 months not only find the issue but treated me and helped me get pregnant. 😊 Thank you Dr Lambert theres no way to fully thank you for your efforts.

I am 30 weeks pregnant with my 2nd child and I have had the worst care possible here. They outsource all of the Ultrasounds making scheduling miserable and give me the run around on information. I was admitted to the hospital for high blood pressure and severe anemia. They should’ve never let me get that sick. So i requested my medical records to be transferred 4 weeks ago and still have not sent them over to the new dr.DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
