The Orlando Health Imaging Center has a very caring staff. Ive had several procedures here... From MRIs to ultrasounds looking for blood clots in my calves. Sometimes it takes a few days to get in for an appointment. But the quality of care is incredible.I always fall asleep during an MRI of my cervical spine or brain...i think the MRI Machine is comfortable (the way they cradle your head) the ear plugs and 80s music...the sound of the machine.. Perfect for dozing. But more importantly,the facility is always clean. The staff was kind and professional.

I had an appointment for 3 different tests yesterday. I can honestly say that I had the best, most pleasant experience in a medical facility IN MY LIFE! The facility is beautiful and clean, the staff was equally pleasant, and incredibly conscious of my time! Literally 5 star service!! Bravo!!

Excited with my last appointment for a Kidneys and Bladder Sonogram at the Lake Mary Orlando Healthcare Imaging Center. Was on point, very attentive personnel from the Front Desk to the Study Technician. Was in and out in a 30 minutes procedure! Witnessed all patients were treated fast, as we were scheduled and came in, in a personal warmed and courteous based way. It felt good, safe and positive environment. Was a blessed day for all as we chit-chat in the lobby area! Thankful to my Orlando Healthcare Team Providers!

I had a breast MRI at this facility. Ive had one at another organization previously. I highly recommend the Orlando Health Lake Mary Imaging Center. The MRI technologist, Amelia, at this location was fantastic! She made the usual painful experience, less painful and as comfortable as possible. The ladies at the front office were very courteous and helpful. I live in Ocoee and was referred to this location to have my diagnostic studies, as they offer Mammography, Ultrasound and Breast MRI.Ladies, get your mammograms!

I am mostly familiar with Advent Health. This was my first real experience with Orlando Health. Mostly everything went smoothly. If I needed to be hospitalized, I’m not sure which one I would choose though. I liked the digital photos of the staff and inside of different parts of hospital. That made me feel like they really wanted to connect with the public. Mostly positive feelings about experience.

The staff at the OH Imagining in Lake Mary, are very caring a nd knowledgeable. I recently had a mammogram done and it was the most comfortable.One that Ive ever had. The technician Preety was very nice.

I was dissatisfied with the level of care I received during my MRI. I hadnt even been warned blood would be drawn; otherwise I would have consumed enough water so I wouldnt have had to be pricked twice.During the procedure itself, I was told to keep my arm in an uncomfortable position, which resulted in painful cramps. After the procedure, I learned that that position was unnecessary.Their staff needs significant training in responsible patient care.

Orlando Health Imaging Center in Lake Mary, FL is a place I find to be very pleasant when having a imaging test of sorts. The staff are courteous, compassionate, and professional.I’ve been to quite a few imaging centers over the years and I find Orlando Health to be the very best so far!

I had previously gone to Sand Lake Imaging, but the trip to Maitland from Lake Mary was getting annoying. This facility is very convenient, and the staff is excellent. The nurse that did my mammogram was very good, and it was painless. Very nice changing rooms, and the waiting room had a coffee maker, which was cool.

Went for scans and was not told during the scheduling call, booking call, billing call, second billing call, or at check in how long to expect. This, plus a 45 minute delay in front of me at the appt prevented me from having both scans done and now I have to take time and return. No acknowledgement from staff about the inconvenience, even when I expressed how this could have been prevented. After scan I was not escorted back to lobby and was left after changing to find my way. Seems they could benefit from some empathy, awareness, and communication improvements.

I would recommend NOT using this facility for a mammogram and use South Seminole or another facility.

If I could give the imaging centers a zero I would. The communication at the Dr Phillips and Lake Mary locations are horrible. My son’s MRI was approved on Friday yet I never received a call from the center. I had to call repeatedly the day of the procedure to make sure that everything was set up. The tech also performed the wrong procedure. He was supposed to have a contrast MRI and instead had a non contrast one.

The lady MRI tech at Orlando Health Imaging was amazing!! She was so kind, caring, and reassuring.

My x-ray technician, Preeti, was very patient & I felt extremely relaxed during my appointment. I can honestly say that this was the first mammogram I have ever had that was not painful. There’s always the slight discomfort, and in the past they have just hurt. This was a very different and more pleasant experience, if I could say that. Thank you, Preeti and Orlando Health Imaging Center!

When I came to get my MRI they were so nice talked to me while in the tube getting the MRI and played my favorite music with the headphones they gave me Christian music to help me relax. Thats the only thing that helps me to relax while in the closed up tube.

Preeti was amazing doing my mammogram. I highly recommend this place. From the staff at the desk to my tech they went above and beyond

Went in for one tests and had another test in a different center that day and the young lady at the front desk ask if I wanted to do it there and if I had the referral with me I did and she made it so I didnt have to go anywhere else. Thank you 😊 💓

We went for chest radiology and they charge us $101 for the service. We just got the bill from our insurance and it says that we dont owe anything and they charged our insurance as well. Stay away !!!
