I changed from a Dr. and office that made my appointments and responded to prescription refills in a timely manner. Came to this place because it was close to work, first and only visit was ok but after that never received a phone call or email any kind of an attempt of communication for a follow up visit. Now my medications are not filled because of this. Prior to this refills are always delayed. The pharmacy is always waiting on Dr approval

This facility is open to Dow employees and Dow retirees. Ive only been here once, but so far it seems as pleasant as the Dermatology department on Greys Anatomy. (Look up the clips on YouTube.) The staff are pleasant, relaxed, and very helpful. The facility is very attractive and modern. The atmosphere is quiet and peaceful. If youre a Dow employee or Dow retiree you should try the Dow Family Health Center at least once.

Nice clean atmosphere. Never a wait. Wish they MD’s stayed longer. Large turnover :(
