This review is not about the services of Age Well. Their services are quite good...if you can get them. I submitted an application for transportation services on behalf of my mother nearly a month ago. She requires regular transport to dialysis. No live human being seems to pick up the phone, and the one time I was able to speak to a human, she promised to call me back with a status update, and proceeded to never call me back. I would strongly recommend that Age Well hires better, more responsive staff.Update: Thank you for responding to this review. If your explanation is true, then someone on staff ought to call and provide that explanation. I completely understand why you would suspend new applications, but not helpful if you dont inform people. Also, the single staff person I managed to speak to claimed that lots of applications were recently reviewed, hence the call back. But the call never happened, leaving me to believe that she forgot or didnt know what she was talking about.

I Have been attending their senior center lunches for 3 years and they are the highlight of my week. I have met new friends, tried Singing, and made crafts with my grandkids. Their employees and volunteers take tbe time to get to know you and are so helpful.

A caring, informative and essential part of South Orange County. They provide more than meals on wheels, transporation and senior center activities, they are providing resources that empower a (generalised) forgotten group of people, who are so essential to the community. So much I could say, but thank you for helping South OC seniors maintain an independent lifestyle.
