Jenny is EXCELLENT! I highly recommend her. Always one of the best massages in all of Orange County. Only one problem, she is hard to book.

Ultimate mask nazis. Ive gone to other massage places where they dont mind if the mask is off on the client. As soon as I walked in the door, I was approached with cover your whole face yeah ok girl...better way to approach this and then you need a doctors referral? Really? Support local massage people hurting for business and do not go to chains especially ones that will not allow you to relax 100%!

Reopened my Account to go back for massages after the pandemic

My daughter gave me a gift card for Christmas to this spa and I was happy to redeem it today. I went in for a facial, and was very pleased. Angela was the best, very professional and pleasant. I was able to relax and really enjoy the process. I highly recommend this spa and Angela. Definitely going back.

I found the most awesome Massage Envy therapist ever! Cassandra, does such an amazing job. Every time I see her, I walk out relaxed but energized. Also, I must add that the Lake Forest front desk crew are friendly, courteous and alot of fun!

David is amazing. I need deep tissue massages because I had double knee replacement surgery and my muscles are super tight. He has helped me so much. I always come away feeling better.

Went in and asked when they had an open spot. The girl at the front desk said 530 and said come back then. Did not say anything about me having to book that time, just said come back. So I waited 2 hours and came back and she told me that time was booked. She then tried sending me to the mission Viejo location and forgot they closed at 6. I didnt even make it to the back. 1 star bad front desk staff.

Priscilla who answered the phone was most unhelpful, it felt like I was really burdening her with my questions, and the whole booking experience was very unpleasant. Asked for the manager to call me to actually book a facial. We will see what happens next. Updated info: the Manager called me and was most accommodating and helpful. She offered to have me try their facial on them to give their location another chance. This was very generous and high touch customer service. I will update the review once I actually try their facial, however I was most impressed by the way they tried to resolve the issue and make sure I was happy with the experience.

Pleasant and efficient receptionists.Massage was great. Girl covered general areas and focused on areas that I stressed. Ex. Shoulders and circulation in toes. No time wasted.

Peter is an experienced massage therapist who offers specialized as well as individualized massages. I have learned that he also has experience in sports therapy. From deep tissue to pure relaxation, he performs unbelievable massages. I prefer the longer 90 minute to 2 hour massages where he provides stretching of my muscles. I feel great and energized after the stretching! I highly recommend Peter if youre looking for an incredible massage experience!!

Therapist is so gentle and sensitiveness to my pain and muscle. Deep tissue massage really helps. Love their oil scent. Price is reasonable this time.

I think I accidentally posted this review to the wrong location, but meant this one!I have always visited this location because my favorite therapist moved from North to here years ago. Sadly, the therapist left but I was able to find another one. Now I like to bounce around and try everyone because they are all so unique. Trying different styles for my different needs has really added value to my experience. I cant imagine how I would feel without my monthly massage!

I got a membership because I really enjoyed the massages. However, I always have scheduling inconveniences. Theyre always booked up or dont have anything available when I want the massage. Its Not very convenient when you need a massage but always have to take what you can get set up... cancelling my membership due to lack of availabilities, Other places will usually take me within a quick notice. Not worth the Monthly fee, my Opinion.

Amazing experience! Steven had the experience and skills to take care of some pernicious aches and pains. While their therapists have a wide range of skills the front desk staff are expert at matching patrons to the right therapist. Ill be back!

Clinic manager is hilariously rude! Its almost to the point where you feel like you are being punkd. Massage Envys are usually great but I would avoid this location strictly due to the clinic manager being an absolute nightmare. Zero compassion or empathy. Which is ironic because I dont understand how someone cant be a happy person when they get discounts on massages!

I was a bit apprehensive to have a masseur vs a masseuse. However, Jess came highly recommended. He practiced my request of minimal to moderate pressure and I received an excellent massage. I would request him again.

Do yourself a favor ...ASK FOR PETER! I saw him last night. First good night sleep in months!! Slightly sore the next day. But TOTALLY worth it!! He new exactly where my problem spots were. Definitely going back to him!

The front counter greeters are great, helpful, and friendly. Any masseuse I have had over the years have been great. My latest one ivanka if I remember correctly, is so intuned to my needs, and pressures. She really cares about us.

The worse Massage Envy in Southern California. Some therapist dont speak English and cannot give you a proper massage. Appointments are constantly being rescheduled and messages are never returned. The manager Alisa is awful when it comes to customer service and the staff has poor follow through. Drive the next salon as this one is a waste of time!!!!!Would have given them 0 stars but that wasnt an option. This salon take away from the spa experience. Also makes me feel like Im wasting monthly money on my membership.

I am a member and this is my local location the people here are pretty good and worthwhile check out different providers to find the one you like they have a lot of good people.

All I can say is Gissel is awsome! She has strong hands and knows exactly how to treat my back problem. I am always looking forward for my next treatment.

Saw Ed today, after dismounting a motorcycle at 50mph yesterday, I was hurting. I limped in, but walked out, at least 50% of the pain was gone, well worth the $50

I would say just okay bc both times I went to this place there werent people there that could give me a deep tissue massage. they should have more staff that can do that.

I love how I can just walk in and get a massage that day.
