What s lovely place to get pampered and feel energized! Was given a gift card and loved this place from the get go. Very clean and relaxing waiting area. Jane was the masseuse that gave me a deep tissue massage and her technique was superb. Her space was relaxing and loved getting pampered.

Had a facial for the first time in a long time and it was great! Anna was the esthetician and she did a wonderful job. It was so relaxing and my face felt so soft and smooth afterwards! I will be back!

Planned a spa date for my self, mom and sister; went seamless. At arrival we felt welcomed, the staff was very kind and check-in was swift. We felt safe visiting during COVID, were required to wear our masks during our session and the venue was clean.Ask for Diana! She knew the right amount of pressure to apply and I was in heaven. I tried the Himalayan Salt Rock add-in and it took my experience to a whole new level!10/10 highly recommend!

I was gifted a massage for Christmas. I did the Swedish and it was just what I needed. I had Julie and she did such a great job. She was very knowledgeable and even had some helpful tips for stretching. I would definitely recommend to everyone!

My husband and I have been to a few Hand & Stone locations in California and on the east coast and bar none, the Tustin and Lake Forest locations are two of our favorites! Wed been Massage Envy members for years, but the quality (and cleanliness) was lacking at ME. Hand & Stone has been a much more professional, tranquil and therapeutic experience overall - but the Tustin and Lake Forest locations are truly exceptional - attentive staff, very clean rooms, and truly knowledgeable therapists. Well worth a membership!

I had the best massage here from James. I requested firm pressure and for him to work on my back and shoulders and he did just that. I could tell within the first 5 minutes that he was knowledgeable, experienced, and professional. By the time I left I felt like I was floating! The front desk staff here is also great and the spa is very clean and inviting. Highly recommend!!!

Pure Bliss! I had a massage with Jane. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the hour. Her pressure was perfect for me. The owner greeted me at the door and the staff answered all of my questions about membership and product. I am so excited to have them in Lake Forest! I’ve booked my next massage already.

What a great experience from the time you walk through the front door until the effects of the service are fully absorbed hours after leaving. I had the pleasure of getting a Himalayan stone massage, it was extremely relaxing and made my skin feel revitalized after the service. During the massage I was very relaxed and had an outstanding overall experience. I will be returning for more services as often as I can.

I had received an email to get a free facial or massage and to call between 12 and 3 on 4/28. I called at 12:40 and left a message. I did not hear anything back from them. I called to follow up the next day, and because my call was not answered when I originally called, I do not qualify for a free massage. Had they answered my call, I may have gotten a space. If they were already booked by 12:40, why did the recording not indicate that the promotion was closed because they were booked? And why had no one called me back? Im sorry, but this screams that they are unprofessional and do not care about potential clients. No thanks.

I normally would give a 5 star review... I had 2 services yesterday, the first 90 minute massage, that I will give 5 stars. The therapist was amazing. Johns massage techniques were spot on. He is so friendly, knowledgeable and professional.The second service was a 60 minute facial. The esthetician was very nice, and knowledgeable, but the service for me lacked. Normally when you pay to get a facial you get the full service. Everything was great up to the point when she put the mask on, normally they would follow with a hand, arm and neck massage. She didnt. I felt like she was taking a break on my dime. At the end of the session, the esthetician would normally apply lip treatment, I didnt get that. And when she left the room, she didnt remove the bolster, making it difficult to get up. When I left I felt I paid for a 60 minute facial, but received a 30 minute service. Disappointing.....

Went into the Lake Forest location and the customer service is fabulous!!! the front desk staff is very knowledgeable and even gave me a bottle of water. I was just asking about the membership!!..Its only month to month which is great for me since I travel a lot!!

Lovely facial with Lily. She is very experienced in skin care and gave an excellent facial, cannot wait to go back. My skin was clear, toned and glowing for weeks afterwards. Highly recommend

The esthetician was very helpful with getting me on a skin cate routine and recommending services for my next visit. To start, I was very happy with my experience at Hand and Stone. My esthetician was Lili and she was great!I appreciate how my esthetician explained the process and steps of my facial and treatments before we got started. She also educated me about the products she was using on my skin and about the benefits of the product’s active ingredients. I am also thankful to Lili for the helpful tips she gave me to incorporate into my at home skin regimen. Also, I never felt heavily pressured to buy any of the hand and stone products. Other salons I’ve been to in the past have taken away from my relaxing experience by being very pushy about making their sales. Receiving the facial from my esthetician was great, I was very comfortable and relaxed. I nearly dozed off numerous times.Additionally, I was very happy with how my skin looked after my facial. It looked healthy and beautiful! I signed up for the bi monthly plan and am looking forward to my next appointment with Lili!
