This is my favorite chiropractic office to date. I started with very serious and very frequent tension headaches that were debilitating. Dr. Potter gave me stretches and work outs in addition to the adjustments. I saw improvement very quickly and the headaches became less severe and less frequent. Dr. Potter has fixed my up much better than my previous chiropractor.

I’ve been coming to South OC for over 8 months now. I came in with severe imbalance in my shoulders and spine (there was a difference of 20+ mm in height between the two sides), which was causing quite a bit of pain. From the outset, Dr. Potter had a plan: the first visit he alleviated my pain and took some x-rays. From there on forward the goal was to minimize pain and permanently adjust my spine to within acceptable limits. At the 6 month mark, we took more x rays, and I’m much better! Still a bit to go, but I’m down to just 7mm in my shoulders, and I have little to no pain (depending on the day)! Dr. Potter has been amazing, and I’ve seen Dr. Hamilton and Dr. Eli too - they’re also quite good and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend South OC - they’re attentive, quite skilled, and they have great customer service too!

Going to the doctor is normally very complicated for me because I feel like they dont understand individual needs. They hurt you, or sometimes they just dont help as you are simply one more number. However, this place is different. The receptionists (especially Natalia) are very courteous, they give out appointments quickly and they also speak Spanish. Doctor Eli always explains every procedure in detail, he listens to me, he evaluates alternative, and he understands me and offers real solutions to my health problems. I wish all my doctors were like him. Honestly I highly recommend this office and those who work here.

I am so amazed with how all of my back pain is gone. I dont have any serious injuries, but sitting at a desk 40 hours a week has done a number on me. I was dealing with constant pain, muscle spasms, what felt like knots, etc. After the past couple of months I have no pain unless I skip an appointment. Dr. Eli is the absolute best!!!!

Ive been going to chiropractors off and on for the past 25 years. I can honestly say that Dr. Hamilton is one of the best that Ive seen. Just like in any profession, some just have it. Where it is where talent meets vocation. In my profession I see the difference between those that have it and those that dont. I feel a little bit sorry for those that dont get the good ones. Thats part of life though, not everyone has it and for the most part its ok. But when it comes to my back, I cant settle for mediocre. So Im a pretty tough judge. I give Dr. Hamilton the thumbs up and he has turned around 4 years of back pain after misses with 3 other chiropractors. Hes also very personable and caring, so thats a plus. Most importantly though, hes really good at what he does, and that is make pain go away!!!

I have been a client of Dr. Micah Hamilton for about three years now. I have always believed in regular adjustments and the benefits of knowing a good chiropractor. I like trying out new things like surfing, kickboxing, running marathons and golf. Im not the most outgoing guy out there, but Im not the youngest either. Its nice to know that if my back is ever feeling swore, Im but a trip to Dr. Micahs office away from being back to 100%. Furthermore, Dr. Hamilton is a great guy to go for advise regarding diet and proper exercise. The man possesses a wealth of knowledge on just about any athletic activity you might be involved in. Above all else, what has really kept me coming back is Dr. Micahs genuine interest in helping people get back to doing what they love most.

I try to stay active but with chronic back problems this is quite difficult majority of the time. I have seen numerous surgeons, doctors and chiropractors but the problem continued to return regardless of what I did. After feeling like I just wanted to give up a friend recommended Dr Hamilton. Initially one of the main reasons I went was because my friend told me that my insurance would cover massage.Thank God I went because since seeing Dr Hamilton I am pain free and able to return to mountain climbing. I have been to Yosemite and hiked half-dome twice without any pain. There is no way I would be able to accomplish everything I have, with my past condition, if it were not for Dr Hamilton. Thank goodness I didnt give up and I finally found someone who could provide me with more than just temporary relief. Truly the best doctor I have ever seen.

This was my very first time seeing a chiropractor. Ive had issues with my back for some time now but didnt think it was anything serious. I finally bit the bullet, and decided to give it a try. I was very nervous and didnt even believe that this would help cure any discomfort that I was experiencing. The staff here is incredible. Upon walking in, I was greeted by a couple of the most genuinely kind women I have ever met. They immediately made me feel at ease and a little less nervous. Shortly after, I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Hamilton, who just so happens to be extremely kind, educated, and patient. He made sure I was completely comfortable and well-informed before he began my adjustment. It was the quickest and most painless procedure. Not only that, but after only a few sessions with him, Ive hardly experienced any back pain. So for all you guys out there who think getting adjusted is a bunch of hocus pocus, think again. It was one of the best decisions I have ever made and I couldnt imagine any other staff than this one making me feel more welcome. Others were signing up, for a free massage and diagnostic visit. I signed up, and it changed the way I live.I didnt expect to meet a chiropractor and massage therapist, that could fix me. Ive always had pain from injuries, due to playing sports all my life. Id just been living day to day, with aches and spasms. Micah is the only solution Ive been able to find for my headaches. I walk in with a headache and walk at right as rain. He is practically my primary care physician and is ALWAYS willing to help with anything I have thrown at him. The staff is very nice and are practically like family to me now. My family and I were in a car accident while heading to my sons soccer game. After the accident I felt fine, but the next day I developed sharp neck pain that traveled into my right arm. As a doctor I saw one of my friends who is an orthopedic doctor in Irvine and he said I had whiplash. He recommended that I see a chiropractor in Lake Forest who has lots of experience in dealing with whiplash and people who are injured in car accidents. After my first visit I was feeling much better and in 6 weeks I was pain free. In the past I was hesitant about visiting a chiropractor especially with how much pain I was in after the accident but after this experience I continue to refer Dr Hamilton my patients who have neck and back pain.

Ive always heard that Chiropractors dont help, they only hurt you and they make sure that you always need them. I was in a car accident and this office was recommended to me, reluctantly I went. My treatment started with x-rays, a video explanation of the spine and a consulation with the doctor on my current injuries and the plan for recovery. In the first month I had a lot of pain and didnt think that I was making progress. I was just about to give up and try physical therapy. I decided to stick with my current treatment and slowly I began to see major improvement. I realized that if I had given up, I would have been one of those people that unfairly blamed the chiropractor for not fixing me (if you give up, its your faul, not the doctors). My suggestion,.stay for the length of your treatment plan and be amazed!!!!! Dr. Eli said my goal is to get you better so you dont have to come here anymore. I also get treated by Kaitlyn the massage therapist - the combo of adjustments and massage is magical :-) Every si gle person that I have been in contact with in that office is friendly... Ive enjoyed playing sports my whole life and soccer was my favorite interest. I played three times a week and after many years, i dislocated my knee during one of our games. I let it heal on its own and within two more months i was back in the field. Unfotunately for me, it happened again. I visited my regular doctor who advised me to get surgery. Ive been seeing Dr. Hamilton before, during, and after both of my pregnancies. Not only is he a great doctor (he helped rid me of my shoulder pain from computer work and coccyx/lumbar pain from pregnancy), but hes also very nice and easy to talk to! He gets an A+++ from me!

After being rear ended in a car accident I had severe neck and back pain that felt like someone hit me with a sledge hammer. I tried taking advil and putting heat on it but nothing seemed to help, the pain just continued to get worse and worse. Finally I decided that I needed help. After I was seen x-rays were taken and I was told I had whiplash and some other problem with my back, all I cared about was getting it fixed. I was adjusted and walked out of the office without pain for the first time since the accident. Finally some relief! I would recommend this place to anyone and since I was in a car accident my car insurance paid for everything, the chiropractic and massage, best part is it didnt cost me a penny.
