Would give 0 stars if possible huge waste of time. Rudest service Ive ever had in a medical facility. Ive had to come back 3 times because they cant commit to what they tell me on the phone. Worst practice Ive ever seen. Fire everyone.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING STAFF!!!Just had my first visit today ...and I was so impressed by how pleasant the entire process was.#1 yes you do call the Medical sides phones to get in...I was told no they dont have their own phone, they transfer you... and that medical side is extremely busy so be patient to get scheduled or go in person and be patient again!!#2 paying out of pocket is understandable, even with insurance, because even if you floss and brush and use xylitol candy ...you still may have genetic predispositions you have to account for (everything from overbites to gingivitis to ...tooth decay). Your teeth are worth it!!! oral health is really important for overall health.Did I mention how amazing the staff are from the front desk, and back office? Kindest and most welcoming folks!!!They do check first for any cancellations and will fit you in, as soon as they can based on the urgency of your situation and their staffing needs.Listen, I cannot say enough good things, and I have been getting my teeth cleaned, had impacted wisdom teeth pulled, had cavities as child etc. These folks are even kinder than the Smileworks Childrens Dentistry in Tallahassee.They are amazing and for sliding scale, worth the drive and the wait.Best ever!!!

Appt at 2:15 it’s 3pm and I am still waiting three other people have gone in and left and I’m still waiting horrible should tell you come in an hour early just to get registered 🤦‍♀️

Doctor Lema and Samantha are awesome, they both make you feel very comfortable, they both do excellent work, they take real good care of the people they see. I highly recommend this dentist. Doctor Lema has fixed everyone of my teeth besides the ones I had to get surgically removed. Ive been going here for almost 2 years and can finally say after 10 years I can actually smile!

Dr. LINA and Macie and the whole team did an amazing job getting me in and extracting a back molar. I felt 0 pain from the exam anesthetic to the extraction. Their sterilization is on point. I highly recommend them to anyone who is nervous or in need of care!

Always trying to make ppl come outta pocket quick to try in get some money Id recommend anyone else to go to UF Florida dentist care I didnt have to come outta pocket for nun my tooth got pulled in got x-rays done no cost

I called the main number to schedule an appointment. Voicemail encouraged going to website to schedule. Website was not helpful. Encouraged to call a different 800 number. A lady answered, said she was transferring me to someone who could schedule, and then the phone went mute for about 40 minutes before someone picked up the line and continued to not answer. I’m currently 50 minutes into this call and have lost all faith in this practice.

Very friendly people. Staff is very helpful and willing to work with you. Dr Jones is really good, helpful, nice and explained things. He also makes sure that there is no pain and as little discomfort as possible. Had 20 teeth pulled out in 5 appointments. Thats the one downside. They cant pull all teeth at once. Had to come several times but is work it to me. Had a slight complication and had to come back in between appointments but they got me in and fixed the problem the next day. I highly recommend this place.

Love this dentist! The staff is Great! They are always so friendly and happy! The doctor does a wonderful job on your teeth! The lady cleaning your teeth does a great job also she knows her stuff! The only dentist I use and would highly recommend to everyone who needs a dentist!

They never answer the phone

My 4 year old son had an appointment to see dentist when he was called in they said no parents are allowed with child . I could not believe their policy .My child has been going to dentist since he was 1 year old and they always have welcomed parents in room. We just moved to lake city from Orlando FL . We asked if he started misbehaving what will happen . They said oh wee will take care of that ..how. I dont know . We did not let our child back alone ..we left. Also many adults were also there to see dentist . Who knows their background . I would not recommend this dentist to any children .

Great staff! This was my first visit to this dentist office and they were kind, listened to my questions and made sure I knew what work I needed and the cost.

I have been trying to get appt for daughter for month..Only place that takes Prestige..But now I been hearing I cant go back there with my daughter..Oh hell no. She is sixteen BUT last place she went was Coast dental..And they wouldnt let me back either and i could hear her screaming..That was the end of that. They are asking for a lawsuit by not being able to be with your child. Now Complete dental is the best but unfortunately doesnt take Prestige...

I had a great experience with Palms Dental. The staff was very friendly from the time I walked end to the end of my visit. My appointment time was at 10:00 and I was getting exrays at 10:15.

Great people and service. I love this place.

Terrible dental office. You call to schedule and appt and it sends you to a voicemail. The voicemail is pointless because no one calls you back. Regardless of whether youre a patient or not, if it’s an emergency, call every morning at 8:00a with same day scheduling. You ask me what the emergency is, I tell you and you tell me the first appt is the end of the next month? That is complete garbage. I recommend pulling your own teeth before recommending this place.

This place is LITERALLY a joke! Called all day to be told to call back at 1 because “they don’t have any openings right now” only to be sent to voicemail 9 more times! The people are rude and could care less what pain you’re in or what help you need! DONT GO HERE. They will treat you like you’re useless and speak to you like you’re stupid. This place... the staff in the back seem to be pretty nice. At least thats what my son says. I cancelled my appointment upon being told my 8 year old would have to remain in the lobby unattended by himself. Because NO ONE said he couldnt be back there with me, since hes a child, when I originally made our appts on the same day to save a 60 mile round trip. As well as close as possible together. (830, and 11 were my only choices) The ladies who work right up front, are just ridiculous. They cant give you answers, telling you instead can you call someone to sit with him. I legitimately was pissed, I admit. And I cussed her for it, again I admit this. Because my son is 8 years, my daughter who is 9 sees a different dentist, which is by referral only, and I have not once been told I could not go back with my daughter. Even at the dentist they had in El Paso. Yet this place refused to allow him to accompany me for his own safety, during my appointment. My son knows how to behave, I had ensured he would be occupied to get through my own appointment smoothly. Yet I cant take him, because why? I cant go back with him, because he may get scared? Because having some random person shove a pick in his teeth may not frighten him, but if I go back it will? The lady who gives Drs notes and such, just as rude. This was our second time, btw. I forgave the first appointment when they said I couldnt go back with my son and decided that was understandable. This time, nah. Ill find another dentist for he and I. The star, is for the ones who work in the back.

Just the phone call so far, horrible. I have called 4 times, twice it was busy. I can understand that. The other two times I sat on hold for so long that it started ringing again and went to voicemail.

My rating is one tip of the star. Why get an appointment and still wait 2 hours before youre seen. Front desk nasty and the girls in the back. What a shame. They need help and training, who do you contact?
