Doctor Sarwar is an excellent Doctor, very professional & passionate in everything he do in the medical field. Listens to all your concerns and very patient.I appreciate your kindness and help Dr. Sarwar you give to us patients, my only concern is, I wish i could get my own prescriptions from the doctor himself like before to give to my pharmacist because the fax ideal is not working fast enough to get patients meds on time .Other than that the Staff is wonderful. Thank you kindly.

Humana sent in paperwork for the doctor to sign and no one answers the phone, neither do the nurses return phone calls. She is in need of physical therapy and we could not get him to give supportive information. On tomorrow I will call and report this. I will take this a little further because this is terrible. I will also call a lawyer to see what our rights are.
