I was seen promptly at my appointment time.My exams were done thoroughly, efficiently, and professionally.Dr. McCauley and her staff were friendly and cordial without wasting any time.My questions were elicited and answered in a clear manner without undue jargon.

Absolutely hands down the best experience Ive had getting my vision fixed. The staff is both friendly and knowledgeable. I was very impressed with no wait time! Cant remember the last time I walked in to an appointment and didnt have to wait 30 min to an hour to be seen. Thank you ladies!!!

My husband is color blind and our son wanted to get him glasses for fathers day on Thursday. I called this morning and they got us in by 230p. Everyone was sooo friendly and nice. They understood the delicacy of someone that is color blind and they took their time with us by allowing us to go outside to see colors. It was an Amazing day for my husband. They were very thorough. Thank you so much for your kindness and understanding. Highly Recommended!!!

My visit totally was truly great. The nurse attending me made me feel like a family member. She was very polite courteous and kind. My doctor was great. I love how she patiently talks through each exam and explains to you her findings.

I was at work the day prior to my visit and got some rusty metal in my eye. After a sleepless night I called the number provided and left a msg. At 5am To see if they could help me. I’m from out of town. They opened at 7:30am and at 7:34 am my phone rigs. Of coarse they can help me staff says. I was treated amazingly by all staff. Great place. I’ll be going back for a follow up. With n/c. If I lived in town I’d bring my entire family here for there vision neeeds 👍🏼Need more stars for business like this !!!!

Absolutely wonderful experience!When you consider what everyone is dealing with right now and everything we are going through as a community (and society in general) you come to expect a certain level of service - and I say that with understanding and the utmost compassion and care, being someone who has been less than one hundred percent during the course of the last few years of pandemics and record breaking natural disasters ... but the customer service at 20/20 was above and beyond top of the line, from paperwork to picking my frames, outstanding!As a customer/reviewer I didnt do my due diligence, I forgot to get the names of the individuals that took care of me - for that, I apologize.When I entered the office I was greeted by a friendly lady who was both accommodating, and informative about my visit. After I completed the paperwork (which was a painless process for once LOL) I waited about ten minutes before another lady called my name and walked me to the exam room to perform some test - she was friendly as well and informative, very personable, she talked me through each test and process. Next I was brought into the Doctors office and after a short wait I was met, yet again, by another friendly lady ... plus she laughed at my stupid jokes, so that didnt hurt - anyway, very professional and super informative when going over my results, she took the time to explain (in detail) everything that was going on with my eyes and helped me understand what her findings meant. Lastly, I was sent back to the front to pick out my frames, and once again I was met by a friendly lady - she was personable, humorous, and knowledgeable. When helping me pick out frames that matched me; she was patient, wasnt pushy, and didnt rush me when going over my options - something I truly appreciate when making any kind of purchase.Overall: super friendly staff, kind hearted people, patient, funny, knowledgeable, and all smiles! They took me in on short notice, processed me in a short amount of time, AND my glasses will be ready on Monday - all this for a really good and fair price!Thank yall for the outstanding service and keep doing the wonderful works that you ladies do, and keep on smilin!

I really liked the eye exam. People were very nice I felt most comfortable and relaxed. Probably the best eye experience I ever had. I will probably buy the glasses elsewhere because of cost but I would recommend 20/20 to any one who needs eye examinations. 😊

Amazing!!! They got my son in immediately when I called late in the day with an eye issue, and asked if they could see him.My son was a new patient and they took him straight back, as soon as we walked in the door. Treated him proactively with the best of care. We are new to the area and had not found eye doctors here yet. We are certainly have one now!

My first visit I was nervous as always going to a doctors office. I shouldnt have been. The staff was amazing and took great care of me. Dr. McCauley was awesome and took her time. I never felt rushed. I would recommend her and her staff to anyone looking for quality eye care.

I went to them because my glasses broke this morning and I needed a new prescription like today and it was flawless..I was a new customer and the staff was super friendly from start to finish. This has to be one of the most comprehensive exams you can expect from your vision doctor, and my wife and I visit at least annually for our care from Dr. McGuirt and his staff. From the moment you enter the Vision Clinic, you get the sense of family and that seems to flow all of the way through the visit, especially when it comes to needing (or in my wifes case, wanting) new frames and lenses. Good selection of frames, the best in lenses, and opportunities to take home multiple frames when you cant choose, but often at discounted rates. No doubt, we must be near the top of the frame purchasing ladder and I can say if you need to repair a lens, I had no problem getting my lens replaced... quickly. Highly recommended for any age group and dont forget to ask questions and have fun; youre treated like family!

I went in to buy new glasses. The Optician was very helpful. Explained very well the benefits of the different pairs of glasses. Pointed out the glasses that were in style and the glasses that looked very good on me. Very grateful for all the help at 20/20. Will definitely go there again and again!

Purchased my 500 dollar glasses from there, but still have not received them because they have broken them three times.

Ive been using 20/20 for over 20 years! I live in Texas over an hour away but its worth the trip. All of the 20/20 staff are professional and courteous and Ive always been pleased with my contacts and glasses!

Ripoff. Doesnt accept ANY insurance. Charged us $250 for an appointment and refused to provide a copy of the contact prescription afterward unless my husband came back for follow up. Falsely claimed this is the law. Current doctor IS NEW, and not the one reviewed by others. AVOID THIS CLINIC. They held our prescription hostage to try to force us to buy from them, when our insurance would cover us buying elsewhere. No wonder there was no wait for appointments.

Wonderful Doctor and staff. I cant say enough about Dr. McGuirt, my daughters both have anxiety about visiting doctors and his demeanor is disarming. He so good with children and adults. Great selection of eyewear. Keep up the great work.

I will never be back. Ordered wrong lense for me and when they came in they had experienced a fire. While waiting for repair we passed deadline to replace lenses and wouldnt cover. This after a terrible experience getting contacts. I really dont think the new Dr. Is very good and apparently there are other people that feel the same. Parking lot is always empty. I had gone to Dr. McGuirt for over 30 years and had never had a problem.My advice is to find another Dr.

The staff and the doctor of this clinic are very nice and professional. They have very fashionable lenses and good prices. I was delighted. Another advantage for us Hispanics is that they have a person who speaks Spanish. I recommend it!
