I walked in, and no one seemed to want to help me. I asked if anyone could do my hair. The lady told me no, and gave me a card to call someone else. She said they were all independent workers and the owner was not there. I dont understand, I thought all beauty shops welcomed walk ins. Guess I was wrong. This place is not friendly at all! I do not recommend it!

I took my wife here to get her hair done when we were here for work and it was amazing! Love the salon and how happy the wife was with her cut.

Great place to get hair services. Has multiple individual hairstylist. I have used Transitions by Lisa Grayson since 2005 and would not go anywhere else, but have heard great things about the other stylist there.

Who ever was working late on Saturday September 16th after 2 p.m. was very rude and should learn a few things on customer service. I only went in there to ask a question on about the lady in the Chic room but was treated with a smug look on her face an was treated as if I was being an inconvenient to her while she was doing her clients hair. I can honestly say that Ive never been treated so rudely while at a hair salon. I may not have been her client but Ive enjoy having my hair done by Christy. Very unfortunate to have a business with unprofessional staff.
