A truly perfect experience. We chose the couples massage. I wish I had planned more time for the spa (I did not know we could relax, go in the spas, sauna, showers, etc.) because we would have spent another relaxing hour there after our massages. The therapists were perfect, professional. The front desk was super friendly and helpful. Great experience--booked for right after check-in for our honeymoon--and this definitely started it on the right note!

Nicole is a great masseuse. With your fee, you get to lounge in the relaxation room, with an incredible view of blue sky, swaying palm trees, and the sound of crashing waves. Then a jacuzzi, sauna, full shower and makeup/blow drying area, with lotions. A great value! No rushing!

Visited twice during my stay. First, came with my husband for a couples massage which was awesome. I came back two days later for a facial and a manicure. It was my first facial ever, and it was lovely. Everything was explained well and I really enjoyed it. Really improved the texture of skin on my nose as well!Theyre pretty booked out, so plan to make reservations at least a week in advance if you have a specific time in mind.

I thought the service that was provided was amazing. That staff was super friendly and helpful. They also recommended several spots to visit while on the island and they were so right! So glad they told us.

Start was a bit late - for the price that adds up. I was still sitting in the waiting room at 2pm and I do NOT appreciate tardiness. We ended on time so I missed massage time that i was charged for. I also asked my therapist to not touch my hair multiple times yet she continued to do so. Lastly, the tip was auto 20% which I dont enjoy. A tip should reflect the service - not be required.

The massage was great, but I could spend a day or two with the spa management and really kick up that customer experience a notch. Awesome venue, but they could work a bit on the customer journey. For one, when giving the outdoor massage, put down the drapes for a moment and let the customer get disrobed and under the blanket like anywhere else. Very awkward the way it is now. Give the customers a minute before and after instead of rushing them into the bed and off as soon as its done. It feels like the management gave up on making it a high end spa and just wants to pump people through. You would just expect a bit nicer for that cost.

Ive had spa massages there many times and have been quite happy with their service. This last time I came in and had lower back pain plus severe stress in my upper shoulder and neck area which Leo, my massage therapist expert, worked on and I was relived with my hot stone treatment. It was one of the best massages I had!

We payed $700 for a couple massage done by untrained massage therapist. I worked at a massage school, spa and worked along side massage therapist for 10 years. Our first time in Maui. The front desk were very nice however they have never had a massage by the providers. So that’s shows the spa has no concept of what they are offering to their clients. There was nothing special about the massage expect it was setup outside. The ocean did make a beautiful background music. The spa is pretty and clean. We booked an 80 mins massage. We were late 20 mins. That’s fine, and understandable that our time was cut. Totally understandable. Wish I would read the reviews before I booked..Update the spa manager reached out to me and discuss the issues and was very nice to talk with. I’m very grateful that she reached out at all.

We received a voicemail from the spa (we were out swimming) 4 and a half hours prior to our visit explaining to us that the showers and a number of other amenities were closed due to Covid (totally understandable, though not mentioned anywhere on their website). You must cancel 4 hours prior to your appointment, so I immediately called the spa to cancel since we were heavily relying on using their showers to clean ourselves up from the beaches before our long series of flights back home. No one picked up AND they dont have a voicemail. Called 3 more times, no one picked up. Called the front desk of the hotel, was transferred to a different phone. Was on hold for 12 minutes until I finally hung up and started calling the spa again, over and over..... and over...... and over. After 45 minutes of calling we decided to forgo all of the other plans we had made for the day to travel across the island in heavy traffic to cancel in person while my wife continued to call. 45 minutes later and right as we arrived at the hotel someone finally answered the phone and very dismissively/unprofessionally explained they had been busy. That was their simple and dismissive explanation for why I had wasted the last hour and 30 minutes travelling through terrible traffic and forgoing all of the plans we had made for the last few hours we had on the island just because they couldnt take a few minutes to answer the phone, or set up a voicemail. Extremely unprofessional, really ruined our final day on the island.

All was going well until....About 1/3 of the way thru my facial...just as I was relaxing... there was a very loud noise from above or next door...it sounded like construction was being done right over my head. This construction continued thru the remainder of my facial. What was supposed to be a very stress free and relaxing experience was the polar opposite. While the esthetician and front desk apologized for the construction going on during my facial no one was willing to reimburse me for the portion of my appt that was ruined by this happening. I literally came out of the treatment room and had to walk over the wet rug and man with the shop vac. I understand emergencies happen but this was not a pleasant spa experience for me and I should have been compensated in some way.

Update: Just received a call from the spa to talk about my experience. It is always nice to know that the management is a business is really interested in the customer experience and want to do something to make it right and improve for the future. Big thumbs up to them for the proactive approach to customer service. Adding a star for the extra effort to make it right.Probably the worst massage I’ve ever had. Way too much light in the room. There are blinds with a lot of space and the windows face a parking lot. It was very uncomfortable getting undressed. No choice of the massage oil. Nothing smelled good or bad, just no smell. I guess this is okay, certainly better than a bad smell but I was really expecting something more. The massage therapist was almost 10 minutes late. It was supposed to be a relaxing massage but it wasn’t that. Not enough pressure and the environment wasn’t relaxing. The waiting area was just okay. The facilities were average. I was expecting much more from spa attached in part to the Hyatt Regency. The only thing I really enjoyed was the view from one of the waiting areas. Needs to be refreshed and some attention given to make its more relaxing environment.

Massage was wonderful ! On the beach listening to the waves, so relaxing. However the coconut butter in a extremely small sample container, that wasnt even filled full that they. handed us at the end cost me $12.00 when I went back to the spa to get my receipt. I thought it was complimentary. They handed my granddaughter one too. Together they cost me $24.00 for less than 4 ounces of coconut butter. Left a bad taste in my mouth. Would have given 5 stars if not for this. Plan to post to trip advisor as well.Receiced a call from the Spa, which impressed me. I changed my rating because they did the right thing. They apologized, gave me credit, clarified the $24.00 charge was for adding coconut butter to the spa and the little cups we received were the leftovers. They also planned to follow up with the person who took our reservation to make sure it is clear when they offer oils etc other than what is included. Like i said, i am very impressed with their customer service and the spa on the beach was fantastic.

This spa was very clean and everyone was very nice. Of course it’s expensive since it is part of a hotel and there was a limited nail color selection but they still did a very good job on my pedicure.

Went today but a disappointment for sure. Had a pedicure along with my granddaughter & friend but the service was poor. I asked about the gel pedicures but my technician could have cared less. It was obvious I was a number to her. She barely massaged my feet for 30 seconds. She put on the Polish but no protective coat. Yes, with 45 minutes it smudged. The spa is nice but 3 times what I pay at home for 25 percent of the quality. Its all in the name but a big rip off simply because they canI was very let down when I hoped it to be so special. On a scale of 1-10, they barely rank a 4.

The lounge room is very nice and relaxing. I had a very kind woman do my body wrap and facial, however I would not return to this spa.. Im not sure if they make their money on those who arent familiar with spa treatments, but the body wrap was very far from an actual wrap. Same with the facial.Typically the wrap is started with an exfoliant like skin brushing or scrub. The after sun recovery body wrap was a very light once over with a body brush and not even all over the body.... then the coconut milk, which was in a bowl and applied with rubber gloves, was dumped on my arms and back, stomach etc and was very cold. It was barely rubbed in and felt weird due to the gloves. The coconut milk did not at all feel hydrating, it was extremely watered down. The bowl spilled along my side when she applied it to my back because she used my body to rest the bowl on the bed..The sheets were now wet an cold and did not changed. Just left wet and I was forced to kind of move over to not have that sticky wet blanket feeling. Then another sheet was put over me and some warm sand bag blanket thing. And that was the wrap..... I would expect something from a very cheap spa, however for $150 and its supposed to be 50 minutes it was a very bad deal and I was extremely disappointed. The entire wrap was about twenty minutes and afterwards I had to go into the lounge room and apply more lotion on my arms because I still felt dry....The facial was $90 and was basically oil and lotion being rubbed into my face and hair. All in all I would not return to this spa and felt like I wasted my money on the service.

The spa has a strict COVID protocol. Youre required to breath into a pillowcase when youre face down on the table and to wear a mask when youre face up. It takes a lot away from the treatment. They should warn potential customers when booking appointments. They at least didnt charge me when I cancelled before the treatment started.
