The problem is with the management ,it is lacking customer care. If you are lucky to get the proper service everything is cozy and satisfactory. However I find that when there are heavy lines waiting to pick up prescriptions the wait times are unexceptionable. You shouldnt have to stand in line for 15 to 20 minutes. The coverage is poor.Also Im finding the pricing of merchandise is not competitive. I feel Im getting ripped off onmerchandise that is at least half the price else were. The employees are very nice and do the best they can . Clearly management needs some improvement.

This place is every bit as bad as its reviews suggest. Called to get a covid vaccine for myself and husband both immunocompromised for different reasons and was interrogated by the pharmacist on he phone, what immunocompromises you? Because most of my patients who call misunderstand what immunocompromised means. Lots of curses in my head. Then, head to the store and among so many poorly merchandised CVS stores his is the worst. Its a mess. Mostly empty or very thin shelves. Most items not in the correct area. Even though this is less than a mile away from me, I dont see us coming back ever.

This review is for the staff that helped me today while I got the first dose of the vaccine! This is a weird and hectic time for everyone so I appreciate their kindness, patience, and helpfulness! I was amazed by the woman up front (I didnt catch her name unfortunately) who was getting everyone checked in at the store. She seemed to be keeping everything well organized and she had a knack for remembering names apparently despite all the people she was checking in and the technical difficulties that made her work harder! The guy at the desk in the back (Patrick?) was super kind and attentive, offering everyone water and checking in regularly. And the man who administered my shot (I think it was Frank?) was so friendly, and I barely felt the shot go in at all, so I assume he knew exactly what he was doing! Thanks for all your help!

Good customer service at Pharmacy , Photos and register.

Manager and employees will not ask any customer to wear a mask. This is not a safe place to get a prescription refilled. I personally asked manager to help and she did not want to ask anyone to put on their mask. This is a scary place if you dont want to get covid 19

Warning: restrooms are closed indefinitely. Not cool.I came for a get well card. Two aisles of cards, only 8 were get well...at a CVS in a senior community 2 blocks from a hospital.

Oct 10, 2010 at 3pm was in. store and customers were in store were not wearing masks while waiting in line right in front of employees. No one said anything to them, I left as it is not safe to shop in this store,. They do not enforce mask policy. Will stop getting my prescription here as well. Very dangerous.

Cashier and store manager are very rude and customer service is a disaster in that store .

Dealing with pain from two herniated discs. Encountered a lot of uncaring people ever since diagnosed. Every time I come to get my medicine Im treated very kindly by Cindy the pharmacist, Patrick, and the rest of the girls. They never make me feel bad, and always try to help me feel better in anyway possible. They are kind, sweet, positive and caring. I know what its like to not feel well, and be in pain, and its people like these who made a difference in my world these past few months. Even when I come in not feeling well, or in pain, they still show kindness to me by being so caring. Even if you dont live close its worth it to come to this pharmacy because they know what it means to treat people right.

I always find what I want, the pharmacy staff always is helpful, the store is clean and neat. It is so very busy with Laguna Woods residents so sometimes there is a wait at the pharmacy but they do try to help everyone as needed.

I walked into CVS on November 8th at 1:00 to pick up my meds. The woman who was working at the pharmacy at that time showcased the worst customer service I have ever seen. She first tells me that I can not receive my meds because CVS systems are offline, as if the largest pharmaceutical retailer in the U.S does not have the means to process a pickup offline. When I asked when the systems would be back online she simply responded with “I don’t know”. It wasn’t until I called the CVS call center to find out that I can transfer my meds to another location, something that your employee should have informed me if she could not give me my meds. She cares more about going to her lunch on time (which is exactly where she went after our conversation) than providing medication for people in need. That level of irresponsibility should be nowhere near a job like this, and I hold upper management accountable for hiring someone like this and not training her to perform her job correctly. I will be advising everyone to not shop at this CVS and to avoid it at all costs. I will be posting this on social media and informing as many people as possible for as long as that woman works there.

This location is consistently busy and never has enough employees in the pharmacy or at the cash registers.Why wouldnt you increase the number of employees so the line was not a mile long? So many elderly people cant stand and wait that long.

Pharmacy clerk staff cashiers are so rude at this location. They have no customer service at all. I have worked in the medical field for over 20 years in the emergency room a extremely busy environment and we treat all the patients with care, kindness and compassion. The staff in the pharmacy cashiers here need customer service training. They need new staff that respect all the people that come to the pharmacy. Sad especially that there is a large elderly population at this location.

Ive sat here for over and hour waiting on medications, during that wait I got the honor of listening to the pharmacist berate and belittle the techs and cashiers in front of customers. No wonder the cashiers and techs are so miserable.

The staff are very helpful and polite, and put their regular customers at ease.

I felt that I was being discriminated at this location! I like to wander around the store when picking up things I need just in case I forget to get something and one of the employees asked me in a rude tone if I needed help finding anything?. She singled me out of everyone just because I had a sloppy appearance but I had just literally been discharged from the hospital across th street 15mins beforehand. I looked around the busy store and sure enough I never saw her ask anyone else for help and to top it off I was the only young latin person in the store. I was picking up a quick gift for my daughter while my ride waited outside. Next time maybe Ill leave my big tote bag in the car so they wont feel the need to acuse me of shop lifting. Wont be coming back to this location.

Just finished a trip to this CVS and was very disturbed to see the pharmacy tech counting capsules without wearing any gloves. I didn’t like the idea of someone touching medications with her bare hands for something that is taken orally.

They have yet to have a prescription ready on time. Line is always long, staff are too busy. I dread going there, but its the closest pharmacy to my home

MAKALII TAWASARAT is one of the staff that answered the phone. She was very impatient and could care less about my questions. She only changed her attitude when I told her that if its her mother who is in pain, that she would do the same.Just a suggestion Makalii... if you are not happy in your job that you give customer horrible attitude, you should be looking for another one.

Rude workers and even worse pharmacists. Constant discrimination and discomfort at this location.

Sometimes they dont call you when a prescription is ready. Sometimes they do.

Rude cashier was buying liquor and she asked me when I was born Im a senior citizen she cant tell Im old. Couldnt use a coupon for the purchase because it was buy two get 4 dollars off couldnt make a exception Im old didnt see the fine print on the coupon they shouldnt treat seniors like this wait till she gets old if they need the 4 dollars that bad want a lousy chain.

Staff is discrete about personal purchases. Bathrooms are a little dirty feeling (but they are maintained). This fills my expectations for a CVS...
