I love this place! Kathy always greets everyone when you come in the door - she is always pleasant and sweet. The ladies that work there are all proffesional and friendly and are top notch nail artists. They are all very gentle and always make your nail experience spa worthy. I would highly suggest to get a pedicure as well. I love getting my eyebrows done here too!. While youre there theres also very relaxing music being played played in the background and youre always offered a complimentary bottled water or hot tea of you like. ♡ Lovely ladies and lovely nail spa!!

Nice people... but the quality of my mani/pedi is so bad! I won’t even go back for them to fix it. How do you finish a fell manicure with lumps? Don’t go here

One of the nicest happy nails I have been to. Walked in not a problem on a week day, very friendly front lady, was given a little bottle of water. I liked the relaxing music and the not distracting tv.

Diane, my nail technician, is absolutely amazing. I drive down from Victorville just to make sure she does my nails, as theyre always perfect.Been going here for many many years and no matter where I live I will make the trip because she always does my nails exactly how I love them.

Went here for the first time and had a great experience. Very friendly and my hands and toes look great. Very clean and friendly. Never went here because of the poor reviews must be a new management now.

Terrible work! I left there feeling extremely upset. There polish seems to be old. This is the second time I have tried this happy nails because they are so close to my home. I will drive to foothill Ranch for now on. They had no one there to interpret what I was saying. My gel polish change is completely uneven and sloppy around my cuticles. My pedicure polish is all over my skin. Her excuse to me was because I did not get a full manicure it was not going to look pretty! I do not recommend anyone coming to this happy nails. They should be close down! What a rip off.

Will never go back ! Music is depressing, just because its in a senior community doesnt mean seniors are slow & depressed. Thats not why it got 1 star - the reason is 1 week after Susan did my pedicure my toenail FELL off..... I dont need gangrene so thanks but nooooo thanks

Kay does the best gel manicure ever! Management is very friendly and the shop is organized, you get right in.

Manicurist was very unfriendly. Fired her halfway through. Terrible attitude...unbelievable! Im sure some are good but I wasnt lucky.

Not worth the price, Im from a small town in Texas and I get a better quality of service there. I went in for a mani full set and a pedi. I kept telling the lady applying my tips that I wanted an american tip she would say okay okay then she pulled out the natural color tips I top her I want the pearl looking tips she said okay but continued with the natural ones. I asked her if she had the pearl colored tips she said they have all colors and continued. I told her again I want the pearl tips and she went on gluing the natural colored ones on smh. After she moved to my other hand another Lady came to do the acrylic/gel. That lady was asking what colors I wanted but I kept telling here I didnt want any colors she kept insisting on a color which would have been an extra cost and I refused because if it had been done like I requested I wouldnt need color. Anyway a few of my nails were cut/filed down at an angle and she didnt understand when I kept telling her, she was feeling for imperfections like burrs or something then on the other hand one nail had an imperfection that she noticed and kept feeling but she didnt correct it she kept lightly going over it with the file but not the electric one which was needed she stopped fooling with it and finished the rest. The pedi was good except.... when I walked back over to the hotel I noticed the polish was still we so my toes were ruined! I went back the next night the young lady gladly repolished them and and went and sat with the other ladies while they dried never coming to check on them they still werent dry after over 20 mins. The salon Im used to going to has a drying table for hands and feet and they pay more attention to detail, this place does not. The pedicure lady was very friendly and the massage chairs were nice but if I came back to the area Id find another place I was staying at the Ayres Hotel and felt it was convenient and thought the quality would be better due to the area but I was sadly mistaken.

The legs and feet massage was the best treatment I have ever experienced. Will return.

Very unfriendly. My lady took a phone call in the middle of my pedicure. She apologized but it still was very unprofessional. The prices are way too high and not worth it! I got better treatment elsewhere and only paid $15, not $22.

Got my eyebrows waxed here and will never be back again. After the technician was done, I noticed she only used one stick for the wax. She was double dipping. Disgusting and very unsanitary.
