Ive been to many optometrists in various states and countries, and none of them come anywhere close to Dr. Vu. She has incredible bedside (chairside?) manner and knowledge, and has always been able to address my questions and issues without giving me a run-around. If youre searching for a new provider, look no further.

Perfect Optometrist! I went there because of great ratings. But now I experienced the fantastic service myself from Dr. Ursetta. I thank God that there are caring people like her around to keep this country beautiful. Courteous, respectful, very thorough, took her time to get as much history to understand my background, detailed exams and review of results. From all the questions she asked and the exams she performed I left knowing a reliable base line has been established. May God bless her and her family for being such a contribution to this community. Staff were very courteous as well.

I came in a little early to fill out the expected new paperwork of a new patient. I finished early and before my appointed time, the assistant took me and started the basic exam processes. Dr Vu was excellent.and she explained everything to me. She even provided advice to not have Lasik until I was a little older. She put me at ease and I was relaxed. I ordered a new pair of glasses and my insurance covered most of the expense. Overall, a very good experience.

Dr. Amy Vu is awesome! My wife and two sons have been patients for YEARS. You dont go there as an unknown among a sea of patients, as Dr. Vu clearly (pun intended) gets to know you, your habits, concerns, etc., so you get not only an eye wellness exam, but also detailed patient service.I had LASIK surgery over a decade ago, and had to use reading glasses. I expressed that Id leave glasses in the car, at my desk, etc., and Dr. Vu recommended I trial the multifocal contact lenses ... never knew such a thing existed ... but all stemming from our conversations once Im seated in my appointment. Now I have great vision for far, mid-range, and closeup distances!Our two boys were in elementary school when they first worked with Dr. Vu and their first pair of eyeglasses, and are now in college and high school with their routine exams for their contact lenses.Megan and Candice are awesome to work with in the front office, as I can never truly keep up with whats covered and whats not, when coverage ends/overlaps, etc. Megan and Candice are friendly to answer our questions, as we have MANY.My wife and I will continue to work with Dr. Vu over the years for her friendly rapport, and her attention to detail, and Megan and Candice complete the Team with their customer-focused demeanor! The best eye doctor ever! :) Seeing Amy Vu for 5 years now after my lasik surgery. She is a very caring and nice person, assisted by the most helpful and friendly stuff.

Dr. Amy Vu and her staff are professional, courteous and truly strive to make the patient experience a comfortable and smooth one. She always explains all options clearly and never rushes through any steps of the check-up process. The admin is always polite, schedules appointments quickly and handles transactions quickly. The office is always clean.I used to live in Aliso Viejo 4 years ago which is when I chose her as my optometrist. I moved to Irvine 2 years later and switched to a different optometrist - the experience was significantly worse. I have since switched back to Aliso Niguel Optometry and am willing to drive the 25 minutes each way (instead of 5 minutes) because she provides such outstanding service.

With a personal history of previously working in the Ophthalmic Surgical Instrumentation Industry, I was very familiar with Ophthalmic (Eye) Surgeons, although not necessarily Optometrist. However, Dr. Vu has worked and spent time with one of Californias finest Eye Surgeons in the Operating theater. This type of opportunity has allowed her to become more knowledgeable and experienced than other Optometrist you would normally visit. One visit and youll know why she stands out among her peers.Additionally with my background and knowledge of equipment manufacturers that specialize in the eye industry, I know for a fact that Dr. Vus office maintains and uses only the best equipment in the industry, so you can be assured you are in the safest of hands.Not only that, her staff are professional, knowledgeable, courteous and very helpful with insurance issues or helping you pick out the kind of frame you want.
