Very satisfied! I am grateful to have Dr. Song. I was diagnosed with prostate cancer and had a surgery 3 years ago. My health went downhill after the surgery and needed something for recovery. My energy level have been very low, lost appetite, and my body was swollen most of the time. I had couple treatments and started having hopes that I could get better. I am regularly getting Jae’s acupuncture and other treatments like moxa and cupping. It is very helpful and I am simply thrilled because of Dr. Jae’s kindness and the great results he brings. If anyone is facing tough time like me, who have gone through surgery or is planning on having one this holistic approach of healing the body is amazing. A friend of mine recommended Acupuncture Laguna for my back issues. It’s a little drive from where I live but it’s worth it! I’ve been going weekly now for over two months. Dr. Jae and his wife make an amazing team. He truly cares about his patients and takes time to listen to your pain/concerns. Their office is clean, they follow all Covid guidelines and there’s always plenty of parking. I like that he texts me the day before to remind me of my upcoming appointment. If you are in pain, experiencing anxiety, digestive issues, looking to improve your sleep, etc., then I highly recommend acupuncture and I highly recommend seeing Dr. Jae! The best place to go for acupuncture. Dr. Jae Song is extremely very informative and makes you feel cared. I cant say enough about him. He is skilled in listening and understanding your pains. I have been growing up in Korea where acupuncture is common. I tried out some near Buena Park or Fullerton area... where there are so many acupuncturists but... I have to say it wasnt too pleasant. (I wouldnt say all in the area) Anyways, I have to say the way Dr. Song treats his patient is awesome. #Highly Experienced! # GIFTED HEALER Also, the beds and facility is very clean. Parking is always available is a big PLUS :)

I have been going to Jae for a year now. I started with gi issues and was suffering from really bad anxiety as well. Jae has really helped me with my issues since we started acupuncture. My gi issues and anxiety have definitely subsided since I started seeing him. He is also very informative, always explains what he is going to do and he is a very kind Dr. I highly recommend Jae if you are wanting to get acupuncture! 😊

Dr. Song is the most down to earth professional Acupuncturist I have ever seen. He is honest and comes up with the most efficient and effective treatment plans. My husband pulled his back so he was living in pain for a couple days. We tried icing and head pads to ease his pain but he only recovered about 30% over the weekend. We finally decided to get acupuncture for him and found Acupuncture Laguna through a good source of mine.We made an appointment to have an initial video consulting with Dr. Song. Scheduling was very easy and the zoom link was sent right away. Shortly after Dr. Song conducted the video consulting with my husband and asked couple key questions: how the injury happened, what did we do to ease the pain, and what worked. With those questions, Dr. Song was able to navigate what to do to help my husbands back. The fact that ice pack helped with my husbands pain, Dr. Song knew exactly what to do and gave us two pressure points for us to gently massage.. I helped my husband with the massage on the back of his knees and below his calves. My husband definitely felt the back pain connection with this leg. It was AMAZING to witness! We hope to get a needle acupuncture soon through Dr. Song!!Call first for consulting and be safe, everyone! I highly recommend it!

Practicing social distancing to prevent spreading COVID-19 is absolutely needed, but that does not mean my body is clear from the usual pain. I know it’s not an emergency for this pandemic time, but the pain was so bothering to the point where it made me so depressing. Then, I found about Dr. Song’s online consultation program and started session with not so much expectations. No doubt on Dr. Song as he is very respected and skilled doctor but the fact I am not in his office physically questioned myself how much help can this provide?The process to start the session was very easy. I made appointment in advance and the link was sent to access the live video session. The session started with a brief virtual tour of his office and I finally got to meet with Dr. Song. He was very friendly and gentle, which made me very easy to explain my issues. Dr. Song knew exactly what the problem was and provided some advice to soothe the pain, which include - hot/ice pack treatments, stretching moves, and some trigger points to press. Dr. Song was not only friendly, but very thorough and knowledgeable.After the session, I tried all of his advice and surprisingly, it actually reduced the pain! Also, the fact that I was able to discuss my medical condition to someone professional relieved anxiety I had. It makes me nervous of being ill at times like this, but now I am so happy that Dr. Songs consultation is available by not being exposed to outside world!!The 30 min. consultation changed the expectation I had in the beginning on the online consultation system. Ive been to many clinics but this consultation was no different than face-to-face consultations. (maybe the better part was that I could even save gas & time for the visit :) )He seemed so professional and took his patient seriously even at the e-setting, which really made me want to visit him for acupuncture treatment as well when the local situation is better.Thank you Dr. Song!!

Wow! My first time going to an acupuncture treatment! I was referred by one of my friends to come and see Dr. Jaye Song! He really helped me with my lower back, since I was having lower back issues for 6 months! I totally would recommend anyone that lives in OC to come and see Dr. Song! Appreciate you Dr. Song!
