My brother, Frank, has been a Villa Valencia Since August 9th. The Physical Therapy and Occupational staff was excellent and very professional. The Nursing staff, Social Services, Anna and Karen were so helpful and professional., The receptionist were all very helpful. The food was delicious. We will be coming back for Rehab after my brother has surgery in a few months.

I cannot say enough about the staff at Villa Valencia- they are kind, attentive and genuinely care. With the facility having to make some adjustments due to Covid we are unable to go inside to see my grandpa- but are able to have meetings with him behind plastic often. Karen and Leo go above and beyond to try and accommodate all of our meeting requests and always work with our schedules. They have put forward their best attempt at keeping things as “normal” as possible during these times and continuously find ways for us to be able to connect with my grandpa. When we can’t meet behind the plastic, I am able to sit outside his window and call him on the phone. The staff makes sure to have chairs outside each patients window for loved ones to visit. Emma, Mister, Joel, Ellie and Jenna put so much into making sure my grandpa is happy and his spirits are up. Being that he speaks very little English they are always patient and understanding with him and NEVER get frustrated and rushed. The care they are providing him is unmatched and when I am not able to be here my heart and kind are at ease as I know he is in the best care with the best people.

When I visited the facility a while back, I was so impressed by how kind and helpful the staff were! Everyone was so willing to answer my questions and show me around the building. Also, the facility smelled great and was very clean. I had a great experience meeting with the staff.

I love working with courteous, compassionate and caring group of people. The top leaders make it known that employees are valued and that their input is desired, resulting in high morale. The patients benefit from the great care when employees are happy at their workplace.

This place is the worst of the worst. Nobody cares Nobody listens you have to beg for meds. Even ADMINISTRATION DOESNT RESPOND.i had back surgery and the dont even put on my brace. I in room 26A
