I’ve been working with Josh for personal training over the last 6 weeks and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I’ve already seen dramatic improvement in my strength, balance and overall fitness.Josh is clearly an expert trainer, with the credentials to match. He doesn’t brag about this, but he’s trained top celebrities in Hollywood for various movies (Tom Cruise, Jim Carrey, Adam Sandler, among many others). Josh has deep knowledge of kinesthesiology and martial arts, and works with his clients to help them achieve their goals with an infectiously positive mindset – working with him has actually made my outlook on life more positive on a daily basis.Josh looks at training holistically. He has adjusted our approach to address my prior injuries and help fix issues with my alignment that had been getting in my way for years. He’s also an incredibly talented coach, and has helped me improve not only my fitness but my overall well-being in dramatic ways since we started working together.Whatever your fitness goals, Josh is your guy. I am a stronger, more content and generally a better person thanks to my work with Josh, and I can’t recommend him enough to anyone looking for a trainer or a life coach.

Ive been Dr. Ellisons patient for a while now and followed her when she opened her own practice. I love Kintsugi Mind Spa environment, it doesnt feel clinical. Having previously been a patient at several other practices, I really value how effective my treatment is. I was tired of having to wait well over a month to see my psychiatrist. I didnt like therapists who are sparsely available, overloaded and treat you using their system. I like how Dr. Ellison can see me as much as she and I feel is needed. She helped me get off my too many meds, and I now feel happy and excited about life while only on one low dose med and with regular therapy. If you struggle like I used to, you will understand how much I value Kintsugi Mind Spa and Dr. Ellison, its amazing to feel mentally clear and enthusiastic!
