We had a large project with multiple panels. Mike and team were totally professional and did everything as promised as well as dealing with city permits and Edison! Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone needing electric work done for home or business.

Very unhappy with Prudential. Asked them to remove a ceiling fan, told them I would have a new fan to install and that I would need them to come back later. Everything was in total working condition. Once Adam removed the fan, none of the switches or the lights work anymore in that part of the house. I have had a new electrician here trying to figure out what exactly he did for several days now. I know that if I call them, they will say it is “problem fixing” and not new work, so it will be more expensive than regular work. I already had this experience with them, but wanted to let it go. Now I see that this is a pattern. This is very unethical. It is costing me time and money. Do not use Prudential, you will get ripped off

I was contacted immediately with a quote that was reasonable and then work scheduled the next day. I was given a reminder call the morning of and then the electrician, Adam, arrived at the exact scheduled time and I didn’t have to wait around! Adam was informative, professional, clean and got the job done. No sales gimmicks and gave me options to fix my closet lights. Thank you Adam and Prudential Electric...I will call you for future projects and refer you to anyone who needs your services.

Called home warranty for outlet issues in the kitchen and they sent out prudential. The technician walked 5 feet into the house, looked at the remodel we were doing in a different room, and refused to even walk into the kitchen. The outlets were on circuits and in a wall that were never touched. That was fine, based on other reviews he probably couldn’t help. Unfortunately, he filed a report with the warranty saying he “traced the issue”, and the “breakers were fine”. Not sure how he managed to trace wire and check breakers from the family room. That “diagnosis” cost me $75.If he had looked at the issue, and determined it was caused in some way by the remodel, that would have been fine. If he was uncomfortable even looking at it, and stated that in his report, that would have been fine. Refusing to look, then lying about it, not fine.
