I cannot recommend Nvision more!! The whole process was great from start to finish! The staff were very kind and talked through the whole set up. I felt very calm and confident going into the surgery. Dr. Pirnazar was great during the surgery, he talked me through exactly what was doing so there were no surprises. He kept saying “this looks great, this is so good” felt like my hype man during the surgery!Thank you everyone at Nvision Ontario for a great surgery and the gift of perfect vision!

Just nowI recently got the procedure done on Thursday. Upon arriving, I was checked in by Veronica, and she was super friendly, making sure to answer any questions that I had before going to the back. After checking in, they did all the prep stuff before heading into the procedure. Dr. Pirnazar spoke with me and explained the process before he started and walked me through it as it was happening. Made sure I was doing ok; doing so helped me stay calm through the procedure. I sleep the entire day, which I was expecting, but the next day I woke up and was able to feel normal like I have permanent contacts on. I just have to get use to not grabbing my glasses every morning. I am highly satisfied with the outcome, and if you are thinking about it, go for it; you will not regret it.

I know about 10 people who have gone here for their Lasik and are 100% satisfied (most of whom had it done 10+ years ago and are still going strong). I am also 100% satisfied with my treatment. The procedure itself was super fast and I didn’t feel a thing. They are extremely professional.

Very long appointment only to find out in the end much needed cataract surgery, even with two insurances, Medicare/Medical surgery is cash only! I also found the Dr. Pirnazar to be quick and non explainable when asked specific questions. If I had known these things I would have never made an appointment. Please always ask before you go if your insurance covers treatment or possible surgery! Only one star today for his very professional staff!

Love the professionalism and experience of these doctors and staff. I’m very impressed and I think the price was perfect. I went for the lens replacement (cataract) so that i could see close and far. So happy I chose Dr. Pirnazar.

This is probably one of the best decisions I have ever made! The process was so easy, everyone at the office was so lovely, polite and talked me everything so I wouldn’t freak out. The procedure is literally painless woke up the next day just amazed at everything I could see that I couldn’t see before even with with my glasses and I’m not even healed all the way yet. I am so excited and can’t wait for the months to come for the vision to sharpen.

I’ve never felt comfortable at a drs office ever. Every single employee could not have been more friendly, welcoming and calming. Day of surgery I was a wreck. They kept assuring me how it would all be fine. Surgery was less than 15 min. Dr talked me through the entire process. I couldn’t be more pleased. Best $$ I’ve ever spent.

I have not gotten my surgery yet, so I’ll give that caveat. However, this place has been one of the best doctors experiences from a billing and patient care perspective. Everyone, including the doctor, was attentive, helpful and took immeasurable time to answer all of my questions.it really made me feel secure in knowing I was going to be taken care of.

The procedure went very smoothly on Monday. Its Wednesday and I can see very well and no problems. Im a happy guy!

The protocols and procedures was painless and fast. I psyched myself out more than what it actually was. Eyes were numb so I did not feel pain at all. Doctor and nurses were calm and professional. Didnt even get to small chat, thats how fast it was. Next day here I am 20/20 vision un both eyes. After 20 years of glasses and contacts and all the bull, i can wake up and just see everything for the first time. Dont second guess this just get it done.

By far the best experience ever. I was beyond nervous for my lasik procedure and the their staff took good care of me. Dr. Pirnazar was super nice and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole procedure and it was about 10 minutes max. I recommend for anyone else to come here!

The office staff and Dr. Pirnazar are extremely kind and professional. All my questions were answered so that the day of surgery was nothing to worry about. Although I was nervous, their office environment was relaxing, especially as we waited in the back room for our turn for surgery. Seeing the live procedure of the person in front of me on the monitor helped calm my own nerves as I was able to keep track of what was happening during my own surgery, as I was quite nervous myself. The procedure itself was so quick and painless, with minimal discomfort. My ride took a few extra minutes to arrive due to traffic, but they allowed me to wait in an extra room and dropped some extra numbing drops into my eyes before I left, which I was extremely grateful for. Theyre looking out and have your best interest in mind. At my post-op appointment with my optometrist the following morning, I was told I now have 20/20 vision and that everything looked great. I have already recommended NVISION to my friends and coworkers, and I would recommend anyone else to go see Dr. Pirnazar and his team at NVISION Ontario.

This was the best decision I could’ve made and I wish I would’ve made it 5 to 10 years ago. Every bit of my concerns about the procedure itself and even the recovery process, have been seamless and that is because of the education that I got up front as well as the top-notch customer care that was taken during the procedure to make it not only effective, but painless. I would do the 1000 times over again. Dr. Pernizar is first class and 100% effective.

Dr. Pirnazar was awesome. He made me feel comfortable throughout the procedure and it’s been a month now since my post-op and the result is truly life changing. The only concern during my experience at Nvision is the staffs lack of care after the procedure. I was left by myself without assistance nor clear instructions what I needed to do. Nobody from the staff at the front communicated to anyone that my daughter’s been at the lobby to pick me up. I waited for some time sitting by myself and I had to remove my eye shield to call my daughter myself to find out where she was. It was disappointing and reflects a bad image on Nvision.

Great facility but it takes several hours to preform all of the tests.

I had an overall great experience with Nvision from my consultation to the day of my surgery all the staff was friendly made me feel so comfortable and in good hands my procedure was quick and easy and my recovery has been great so far I now have 2020 vision in 2020. 😂

I feel obligated to warn you of what could happen to you at NVISION by sharing with you my experience with Dr. Pirnazar.I am 55 years old and I had pretty good eyesight at 20/40. I went to see Dr. Pirnazar in Jan of 2020 to learn more about my options for improving my vision. He greatly sold me on the PanOptix lens, telling me “this is the greatest lens, you might get a little rings around lights but they go away in 2 weeks.” I was not at all warned about what could and did actually happen to me, nor was any other lens discussed with me.Feb 7, 2020 I had surgery for cataracts even though I didn’t actually have cataracts, but being told this was the way to improve my vision I went ahead. I did get 20/20 vision based on an eye chart, but it ruined my night vision!!! I saw at least 20 rings on every light! I drew pictures for Dr Pirnazar and brought pictures from the internet to show him how bad my surgery eye saw things! I mourned the loss of my 20/40 natural lens! No longer were nights beautiful. I went to his office in tears. He just kept saying “it will go away.” It did not. I began reading forums on this PanOptix lens and discovering the horrible results people had. I also had a terrible shaking of the eye and felt like there was a twig in my eye. I was in great despair! I saw Dr. Pirnasare 5 more times in 4 months and asked to have the lens removed, each time he told me “I would never remove this lens for glare and halo, your eyesight is “too good.” He wasn’t hearing me, nor was he hearing my despair! I truly felt my life was over at night. My only relief came when I closed my eyes. I began searching for a surgeon that would listen to me, and be skilled enough to remove the lens and replace it with something that would work for me!I finally found Dr. Mahootchi, a dedicated doctor that heard my despair and was skilled at removing a PanOptix lens. He told me that he removed PanOptix regularly. He said “a good doctor doesn’t have so much pride in their work that they cannot remove the lens if it isn’t right for the patient, and that a good and skilled doctor should be able to remove it.”I found out he was all the out in Zephyrhills, Florida! But even during a pandemic, and being across the country, I took the long journey because that is how much despair I was in! To feel hopeless is a horrible feeling! To feel dismissed by your surgeon and unheard, and trapped in something not right for you is extremely cruel, especially when it comes to your vision! I am beyond grateful for Dr. Mahootchi, who heard my despair and told me I didn’t have to live with my night vision ruined! He took such great care of me and removed the PanOptix and replaced it with the Crystalens on July 7, 2020 and I now have 20/20 vision in that eye with beautiful night vision! No more shaking of the eye and it feels great! I can’t even put into words my relief! I know God led me to him as he didn’t want me living in the horrible despair I was in! As a patient, be careful of Dr. Pirnazar who will not hear your complaints or rectify them. Cataract surgery is very serious. You need a doctor that will listen to what you are seeing. No doctor will see what you do. This is why it is so very important to have a doctor that truly listens and cares about you and will spend the time necessary to give you what you need. You also need someone that will present all the facts to you and not disregard the seriousness of the possible outcomes, as well as give you all of your options. Dr. Pirnazar is not that doctor.Below are drawings and photos that I brought in to show Dr. Pirnazar. Whatever color the light was, that was the color spiderweb with rings I saw. An absolutely horrible experience with so many lights at night. To have no regard for a patient seeing this is quite cruel.Large rings on each headlight making it difficult to drive. Every light had this ringed spider web effect.

My cataract surgery was a very positive experience. Dr. Pirnazar was informative, professional and most of all patient answering all my questions to ease my anxiety.Both pre and post op his staff was also professional and informative.My surgery was pain free and comfortable! I’ll be much more relaxed when I have my other eye done.

PRO: All of the doctors and their assistants were so great. The dilation, pre/ post op, all the exams were simple. I HATE having anything near my eye but the surgery wasn’t bad at ALL. They even gave me a blanket and a teddy bear to hold onto for comfort the day of! Dr Pirnazar let’s you know what he’s doing, what to expect, and is very soothing.CON: The day I went in for my consultation after the simple exams we went into pre and post op procedures but it was all done extremely quickly! I didn’t feel like I soaked in any of the information. I didn’t even have time to think or ask questions cause all of the information was thrown at me in paperwork, put into a folder and closed shut. I had to call and fill the paperwork out at home over the phone because I felt like I was almost kicked out when I was being helped. If I wasn’t so set on getting LASIK already I probably would have gone home and looked up somewhere else to get it done. Thankfully everyone else was wonderful and it was a breeze!

Nvision Ontario was a great facility, friendly staff and thorough from start to finish, including their Covid-19 policies on cleaning each unit after each use. Dr. Pirnazar was super friendly and guided me through the entire procedure and Id definitely recommend using him for Lasik. I went from 20/250 to 20/15 by the next morning. Went in blind and couldnt even see his face and once the procedure was done, I was able to make out the photos on the walls and the smiles on all their faces. So glad I chose them, worth paying a couple hundred more knowing that Ill be taken care of for the rest of my life and for knowing I was in great hands.

He also calmed my fears. BTW I can see without glasses!!

This review only relates to the staff of this office.I called Dr jonathan pirnazar office to make an emergency appointment for an ubnormal MRI results for infection. First they said Dr is not available today and I have to be seen with another specialist then they called me again saying we don’t take your insurance, I said that shouldn’t be a problem since this is an emergency matter. Then they called my doctor again saying no we can’t see your patient bcz we don’t have an specialist and we don’t take her insurance! Really, is this how you treat your own emergency Patient! This means, per office culture MONEY comes first then treatment!

Doctor Pirnazar is one of the best eye surgery doctors Ive ever had. I had lasik surgery and both my eyes were done perfectly. I actually have something similar to a bifocal lasik surgery where I can now read without glasses and see distant without glasses.He also did surgery for the cataracts that I had.Thanks bunches for my new excellent eyes.
