Dr. Frolov is by far the best doctor i have ever come across. I am a 100% disabled Veteran, injured in Afghanistan, and because of this I have seen probably 20 to 30 different doctors. Dr. Frolov is by far more knowledgeable, experienced, and professional than any doctor I have even met or been treated by. He has seen and treated literally thousands of patients in his career, which has given him the ability to have a much deeper understanding of diseases and conditions, and most importantly, how to treat them. He is now my go-to doctor for everything from dermatology/endocrinology, all the way to infectious disease. I have seen many specialist in my short life so far, and i have found that Dr. Frolov can out treat and out diagnosis the best of them. The other thing i really like about Dr. Frolov is he literally spends hours with you. Your first appointments is 2 hours long, and all followups are 1 hour long. This is absolutely unheard of in the medical world. So i ask him why he does this and he told me that he used to work for a large fast pace operation what would require him to see 30+ patients a day, and that he realized that a doctor could not really truly understand and treat the patients problem in such a short time, so he opened his own small practice where he can see patients the way he wants to, and now he will spend as much time as it takes with you to ensure all your medical needs are met. His staff is also excellent. Victoria is his front office and appointment manager and she is outstanding to work with and she is very kind and really willing to work to make sure they can accommodate your schedule. Dr. Frolovs wife handles his billing and insurance, which is amazing, because she is such a cool and down to earth lady, and I was so impressed with her knowledge on dealing with insurance and billing problems, and to top that, she is really kind and willing to work miracles to ensure you are taken care of. So between Dr. Frolov, his wife, and Victoria, they are like a dream time and a one stop shop for all your medical needs. I would literally be SOL if i would not have found Dr. Frolov. I trust him completely to point now that when i see a specialist, and he recommends a medication, i tell them thank you for the info and that I would like to first talk to doctor Frolov before they prescribe it. He is now going to be my fathers doctor, and is already my wifes doctor now. After re-reading what i wrote i realized that is sounded like i was paid to write this. I can tell you that in now way shape or form was i paid or even asked to write a review. There is nothing worse than finding a doctor based in good reviews only to find out when you go to your first appointment that if you write a good review you get a discount. I hate that. So i am writing this review as a fellow patient and as a disabled veteran that is sick and tired of bouncing from doctor to doctor and being treated like a Number or paycheck and not a patient.....and because I just left his office today, and as always I was so impressed with his expertise, knowledge, and how much time he spent with me. I recommend this doctor to you, your kids, your family, and more. He us truly the best in Orange County, and the best I have ever come across in my lifetime.
