The bras was good but the lady insulated me. She said I was over weight and needed to loose some weight. She also said if I lost weight I would have a massive skin apron that needed removed. First of all I know Im over weight and also I wouldnt have the money to get any skin removed.Its embarrassing enough to remove my shirt so she can measure me. I dont need talked to like that. I wont go there again.

We went there to purchase a “wider “Walker because my husband just got his prosthetic . The salesperson brought out one and said the price tag said $120 so my husband was trying it out and then the owner came over and stated that was the wrong price and wanted us to look at a different type of walker with a seat since the price was $155 and that the correct price of the plain wider walker was $185.After a period of time of trying out both walkers the owner then says he will take down the price of the plain walker to $155. So we decided on the plain walker and paid for it. They refused to file with our insurance after even paying for the walker.On the drive home we had called one of our daughters and she suggested we called a medical supply pharmacy in Brownsburg and ask them if they had one and their price. So we were able to purchase one from them for $55. My daughter picked it up and met us in Lafayette the next day so we could get it. I called Dryer Medical and they said they would refund our money upon return but would have to charge us 10% of the total sale because I had used our debit card.I did return the walker and received a refund minus the charge for using my debit card. First of all you don’t charge someone more than what was on the price tag. . They really overcharge for their equipment. And then to be charged for using a debit card is crazy!!!

Talk about customer service! Drayer Medical Equipment has provided the best customer service I have received in many years! Todd, the owner, is completely customer focused with such a can-do and positive attitude. My elderly mothers Zinger (motorized scooter) stopped working. Drayer is the local Zinger dealer, so I contacted Todd and he ran with the ball. We had multiple problems getting the needed replacement parts from the manufacturer and Todd spent much of his own time and energy troubleshooting the issues, working with the manufacturer, and making the needed repairs himself. He also negotiated with the manufacturer on my moms behalf to have the parts covered under warranty. And, to top it off, now get this...while the labor was not covered under warranty, only the parts, Todd said he wouldnt charge me anything for his time!! OMG. Of course I wouldnt let him do that, but thats how customer friendly and dedicated this man is to his customers and his business. I very highly recommend Drayer Medical!

**They deliver medical equipment to your door**I couldnt pick up a wheelchair myself because my ankle was injured.Conveniently, they offer delivery as well as pickup after rental.Very friendly staff, they asked me many details to choose the most fitting wheelchair.My wheelchair turns out to be an excellent fit. So far, my experience with them is amazing.

Wonderful service! The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. They adjusted the equipment to height and comfort. We would use them again.

Rented the knee walker from them 2 weeks ago. Payed $100 down and was told $100 a month, but if I brought it back earlier it would be pro rated. Brought it back today, got my deposit back, no pro rate. So beware of there pro rate, it doesn’t work as he told me.

Great place, freindly staff and layed back. Wont let you leave with the wrong equipment always putting your needs befor a profit. Great place!
