This is the only Pharmacy in Lafayette that could compound my daughter’s Cystic Fibrosis medication. They are always super fast with refills and the staff has never made me feel unwelcomed. They are so amazing at customer service and have pickup/delivery options, which I love!

Once my doctor sent my prescription to Professional Arts Pharmacy, the entire process was really smooth and painless for me. Of course my insurance needed a prior authorization (PA), so the pharmacy worked with my doctor to get that taken care of quickly - I did not have to deal with it at all. They also found a program (it might have been through the manufacturer) to cover the first month’s supply of medication while we waited on the PA to be approved. Refilling by text message is super easy, and customer service is great! I definitely recommend this pharmacy.

My ENT has prescribed antibiotics for a sinus infection to be administered by a sinus nebulizer. The nebulizer and supplies for using it were purchased at this pharmacy. The nebulizer has worked much better and fastee for me than taking systemic antibiotics.

I was addicted to a nasal spray for several years 1 bottle every 2 weeks, moved to new town and apparently made my allergies go crazy every time I mow the lawn. My sister in-law who’s an employee at PAP told me about a product called Xhance, I talked to my ENT and prescribed it. I haven’t used that nasal spray since and rarely use the Xhance anymore!! My doctor recommended this Pharmacy for an alternative to Flonase since I was still symptomatic. The dispenser for Xhance is different than any other nasal spray I have used. The good news is this is covered by my insurance and they even ship it to me free of charge. When using Flonase I had to pay out of pocket since it was OTC. I am very happy so far with this Pharmacy and never have to worry about running out of medicine.

What a Joke of a pharmacy, again and again they cant get the simplest thing done, that is make sure that a medication arrives on the due date that it is supposed to be there! Yalls Motto should be well have it to you when we feel like it! And where to lazy to make sure it gets to you on time! Nothing but excuses given when you question the fact that it supposed to be filled and delivered on the fill date, so if you are expecting to receive your medicine on the day its supposed too be refilled that way you are not stuck without medicine youd have better luck hitting the lottery!

My Otolaryngologist has been sending my prescriptions here for about a month now. My experience has been full of confusion.1. An employee directly telling my Otolaryngologist I never called them back to discuss my prescription. My ENT called me and asked me why the pharmacy was under that impression.. I was confused because I pulled up my phone records and saw I HAD called them numerous times across three days..when I finally got in touch with an employee again, she told me the pharmacy’s phones had had an issue the three days I had called... no apology was issued for them lying to my ENT and putting the responsibility on me when it was their technical difficulties that had disrupted communication.2. Today, there was an employee telling me repeatedly my card wasn’t charged when I’m looking RIGHT at the charge on my bank statement... the employee just kept cutting me off and insisting I was wrong.. once things were figured out, no apology was given..Mistakes happen, but apologizes should too.Positives: They do send my meds quickly (I get them mailed) and the first time I got the prescription, an employee was truly thorough in her explanation of everything.UPDATE: adding this update to highlight that I did receive a phone call from Richard (a manager I assume) who was very pleasant and responsive to my concerns... he gave me space to discuss my grievances, offered insight about how things had transpired, and ensured me they were working to prevent this from happening again. I appreciated his quick and respectful response.

One of the best and most reliable pharmacy that I have ever used. Was referred to them by my EN&T for medicine for my sinuses. They go out of their way to help their customers. At first Xhance was not covered by my insurance, but luckily they provided me with coupons to use which covered the cost. All I had to pay was my co-pay. Top it off they ship me my meds on a timely bases each month. Now the med is covered by insurance. They also do follow up to make everything is ok. Highly recommend Professional Arts Pharmacy!
