The massage was fantastic. Her reaction to my 20% tip made me feel uncomfortable. I also had to pay a $4 fee for using my debit card.I will probably go back though because the massage was very good.But just so you guys know, 20% tip is standard for a massage. I researched it on Google.

Owner (Jerry) and his wife are awesome. Their other staff are usually OK at least. Great place for a relaxing, hour-long foot massage. Prices went up recently, but still worth it.

This little hole in the wall massage and foot reflexology place is good quality and super affordable. You can get just a foot massage or one of the packages of foot and back massage. They also have warm oil table massage.They environment is very friendly. They have always been available for a same day massage

Staff are very aggressive about receiving a tip. I was confronted at the same time by both the masseuse, and the owner, that my 15% tip was definitely not enough. It was awkward and inappropriate. Perhaps they don’t know that it is the customer’s choice, or that a culture of confrontation to customers about tipping does not make good business sense in the long run. I wanted to feel good after a massage. Instead I felt like I don’t ever want to go back there.

Poor quality and unprofessional front desk. I paid for the massage early and I gave a good tip, yet the front desk (not the massager) was asking for more tip in cash, but she was not the one massaging. It was unprofessional and an awkward situation. They also charge you a fee for using card. I would definitely not recommend this place. Rude, unprofessional, and poor quality.

This is the best massage I’ve had for the price! They always do such a great job. They really do deserve a 5 star rating. I DO NOT like how they react at the amount of tip you give. I’m a hairstylist and I like to tip well because I know how much tips mean. But do not question the amount I give and don’t treat me poorly for the tip I give. It is unprofessional. I’d rather they raise their prices than expect higher tips.

What an AWESOME find. I did the combo foot and back massage... let me just start by saying.. wow. Very clean, friendly, straight to business. No chitchat (which I appreciated). This is definitely not your relaxing back massage though- he got right to it (lots of elbow and forearms- definitely more deep tissue so make sure to specify that you want lighter pressure if thats what you want). Found knots and areas that needed work and holymoly did they get worked on. The foot massage was PHENOMENAL. Quiet and relaxing. Ill definitely be going back. Very intuitive masseuse- the best kind!

Ive been going to this place for the last year and a half and LOVE them. Always great service, always enjoy completely sinking into my bliss during the massage rather than having a conversation, and they always listen to feedback if I ask them to go more gently in tender areas. They are practicing safe and sanitary practices during a time of COVID. ive brought my partner here, and friends, and everyone loves it. I just wish I lived closer, I drive 40 minutes to get to this place because I love it that much.

My masseuse did not communicate, let alone introduce himself. He did not ask what I was comfortable with and took it upon himself to touch me in places that were not what I sign up for!!! I went in for a foot massage and this man massaged all the way up my legs (inner/upper thigh) as well as my arms. I left uncomfortable and exposed. Do not recommend. Please communicate what you are comfortable with if you do.

I didn’t realize what I was missing out on until I got a combo body and foot massage. I could have stayed for hours, it was that good. The only issue I had was communicating what areas I really needed focus on but ultimately my masseur could feel it out. Can’t wait to go back soon.

Amazing massage experience for the price. The first time we opted for the oil massage for $40 per hour, but it wasn’t the best. So we tried what everyone said to do, the $25 per hour foot massage. It was wonderful, and way more that just an hour focused on the feet. More than half the time was spent on the rest of the body. Legs, arms, head, neck, and back, we’re all covered with this massage. I would highly recommend it!

Wow! This was one of the best massages Ive ever had, and I woke up the next morning with none of my usual stiffness. This is a very different type of massage than I am used to. At one point, Im pretty sure the person was completely on the chair with me! The end result was definitely relaxing, but the massage itself was vigorous and active. Highly recommended.

I was very impressed with the massage I received. Even though it was called a foot massage, it was a full body massage with a foot soak, in a chair that reclined fully. My female therapist was attentive to my needs, asked for feedback and modified pressure as I requested, it was great!

AND... they don’t give you a full 60 mins like these studios do (just 50 mins).• So therapists typically get a % of the rate you pay, therefore we can accurately assume these therapist AT MOST are getting half of what a typical massage therapist gets elsewhere...• Does it break your bank to give an extra $5 to someone who just reworked your body for you??• I say this in kindness, to spread the awareness that when paying half price for something (this also is true for when you go out for happy hour a pay lot less for food and beverages) that your 20% tip is actually a half price tip, relatively you’re a 10% tipper in these cases.• What’s a few extra singles, to give away for a great service, in your day?
