She seemed super rushed and billed me very incorrectly. Would not recommend her at all

I had to find a new Dr. and have been very happy with my 1st experience with Dr. Hoffmann. In my search, I found difficult staff at prospective offices, but everyone at Dr. Hoffmanns office has been helpful, pleasant and efficient. Dr. Hoffmann herself is calm, thorough and knowledgeable. I have confidence in her and her office.

Dr. Hoffmann is patient, thorough, and knowledgeable. I get nervous going to doctors but she always makes me feel like Im in good hands and my problems are being heard. She is also great at monitoring whole-body health and recommending appropriate treatments based on your needs, wants, family history, and ability.

My reason for a 2-star rating is of principle. The services I received were quick and painless. However, I was not told by the staff here that they were not within my network and Im having to pay the full amount of the services rendered.I was led to believe they were in my network by recommendation. I take full responsibility for not having all the facts, but while there I would have appreciated a heads-up from them. But from what I can tell, this offices primary concern is to make a paycheck through as many people and insurance companies as they can. Im paying my bill and looking elsewhere.
