This was probably one of the worst experiences, the nurse or ultrasound tech were not nice at all. The ultrasound tech told us how she had to wake up to come in and do this, she was not happy about it. If you want nice staff, don’t come here.

I had /x-rays done today and I had a very pleasant experience. This was my first time coming to this facility so I assumed it would be the hustle and bustle like the main hospital but I was wrong. It was very calming and professional from the time I arrived thru the time I left. The X-ray techs and staff were so kind and compassionate here.

Unfortunately I was referred here, by my doctor. WORST service ( if thats what you want to call it), ever. It takes forever to get an appointment, and when you finally do, the NP or physician continuesly cancels them. Ive been cancelled 5 times in 5 months. Then when I complained about it. I was placed on hold for almost an hour, with not one so say professional, showing any regards to my concerns. I am filing a formal complaint with the Louisiana medical board, my insurance provider, and whomever else that will listen. I would be embarrassed to say I was any part of this lack of professionalism. They are unprofessional, non-deserving of any medical title, disrespectful individuals, who has no problem with patient neglect. A bunch of, I just graduated fresh out of college, look mom, I got a degree, unprofessional people!

The staff is so pleasant they always greet me when I arrive cant ask for any better always a smile 😊 great staffs always .

They would get a 0 star if I could put one, watch y’all love ones in these people hands, they will do anything they want to them without informing the immediate family. They will operate on y’all love ones and if they mess up they want say a word and will cover it up. And blame it on Cov 19. Watch y’all love ones closely. This is a warning to those of y’all that love y’all love ones and think it’s ok because they to the hospital. Where do you think all Cov 19 patients die? At the hospital. Even if they don’t have it, if they mess up they will cover it up with Cov 19. Watch your love ones closely.

The most friendly staff I have ever come across. From the moment you walk in until you leave, they make you feel comfortable. They answered any and all questions that we had. I would highly recommend this hospital.

This hospital and their staff are truly one of a kind, My Father is a Patient here and his admitting Doctor , Dr. Stephanie Humble and lab tech Ms. Debra Hearne went above and beyond to help my father when he arrived at this hospital. They are true blessings and are great examples of neighbors helping neighbors. I remain forever grateful for their help and efforts to help my Father recover to full health. In this world we all meet many people that eventually will change our lives for the better and these two individuals and others that have been their to lend a hand , have been so helpful during this time. We thank them from the bottom of our hearts for their acts of humanity, a trait so rare to find now- a-days.

I went to the emergency room with severr pain. Everyone there from the security guard to the doctor were friendly and very caring. They even called the next day to check on me. I felt like I was well taken care of.

They found one thing out wrong with my husband and as soon as they seen that his insurance is something they dont take they discharged him right away. And pretty much called it quites on helping a patient.EDIT: I am unfamiliar with how to reply, but this was a while ago, they told him they cant help him because of no insurance , they did not want to help him. They said they can not help if no insurance is provided, they even didnt give another place to go.

I had hip replacement in October 2016. As long as everything goes according to plan they are great, as soon as there is any complications or extra care needed, they really do not have the patients best interest at heart at all!!! They do not care what your condition is they do not care how they leave you, you can not walk and they act like oh my this is dumbfounding I just do not know...REALLY????? I wouldnt bring anyone here EVER

Best group of physicians that I have ever been exposed to. Drs. and Nurses however I didnt have positive experiences with the group of receptionist . Had emergencies and surgery by 2 physicians there, but my favorite is Dr.Buzharth he NO MATTER how frustrating of a patient i was, he treated me with respect and kindness. If I have any orthopedic problems again I wouldnt feel safe with anyone except these professionals! Also , I met Dr.Hlavachek s wife before surgery as she was the anesthesiologist, she too was very personable. LOVE THESE PEOPLE!

Would definitely recommend Dr. Hlavacek and his nurses to anyone anyday very nice,helpful,and caring the best at what he do HANDS DOWN!

Everyone that I have referred are brought in myself has always received the best care by very friendly and professional staff in a very clean environment.

All of the staff was so nice to and never judged me. I almost didnt. Wanted to leave my nurses with me..im not a stalker they were just really nurses. My doctor was amazing cus everyday I begged her to go home. I just miss you chasing me throwing rocks at me and throw up of course! haha!,✡✡✡
