I just called to get an appointment. Not only are they not accepting new patients, the person. on the phone was extraordinarily rude. The thing is, I was already in the system and just wanted to change my primary care provider but never got a chance to explain that.

Dr. Manuel was my primary care doctor for many years. I kept going to her even though I moved out of state (Texas). Now that I am on the east coast, it is a bit harder for me to see her. I’m looking for a new primary care doctor in my area but I miss being under her care. My family still goes to her. She is awesome - you can tell she cares about her patients.

Very knowledgeable, thorough and pleasant. On top of my healthcare.

Dr Manuel is the most dedicated doctors you will ever see. I don’t know where she gets the energy to be so relentless. She is also a very spiritual person .She is direct and to the point - which I like- even though we butt heads sometimes.haI hope that one day she will take the time to stop and smell the roses.
