I would recommend Dr Bigler to my friends and family. He and the staff are compassionate and gave me the medical attention I needed and did not push any harsh, strong medications on me. I am very happy with the Epidural Injections I have received. They have helped me immensely.

After my husband and I were in a motorcycle accident I had fractured my c1 vertebra. He has, from the beginning, treated me with the utmost respect and courtesy as well as the staff. He has always listed to my concerns regarding my health and especially the risks of being on long term pain maintenance. I have recommended him to anyone who was in need of pain management. They have never made me feel anything but welcomed and cared for. Also if you have a really good joke to tell dr on injection days...hellove that!! Thank you dr big for everything you have done to get me back to good

This is the only Doctor I have ever had to joke around and make me feel comfortable while getting an injection! Not only that, he literally walked me to the front desk to make another appointment... the injection was amazing.. some people had me worried about how bad it would hurt BUT I felt hardly anything.. I have to say, with the type of work he does and the pain that should be involved, I had very little... I would refer him to others def! He is a great pain doctor as well as very pleasant to talk to.. thank you for easing my back pain..

Nothing but good experiences every time in the 3 years I havebeen visiting the Pain Care Center. Quite simply, Dr. Bigler, Dorisse, and the staff have given me back my active life. Yes, a busy staff can sometimes put one on hold, but my experience has been that they have always been extremely helpful, caring, and, understanding when we do make connections. They have never failed to return a call; have always followed up after visits; are polite during our exchanges; and during the recent snow emergency, worked diligently from home to assist me. Definitely FIVE STAR TREATEMENT.

THANKS FOR RUINING MY LIFE!!!! Not all of the nurses are to blame but the ones working that Saturday did NOT do their job and my urine cup along with 5 others were left in that little window and anyone that day had access to them and for my very 1st fail they have No way of disputing it!!!! I should have the right to come in and take another immediately. Furthermore they should have some kind of rules in place when so many people had access and couldve tampered with them. Everyone that took one that day should have been void!!!! So now my life is ruined for something that I didnt even do there is no way I had all of those drugs in my system!!!So Im told there is nothing I can do about it and it will follow me everywhere I go and that isnt fair!!!!! I had never failed in all the years Ive been there and yet that isnt even taken into consideration. So thanks for ruining my life. Not like the staff there even care!!! Sad!!!! Bigler was the best Dr. I ever had. He listens to you and understands. He will help u as much as the government will allow him!!!

I have seen this Dr. since my life was ruined by chronic pain caused from a rare and incurable disease five years ago. After being referred to him by my neurologist where under his care I have seen nothing but a friendly and yet competent professionalism from him and his staff. He has always put my welfare first and answered every question as openly and honestly as I feel he possibly could about the effects of the treatments I am still receiving. So little is truly understood about this disease and I do not know how long I have due to the fact so little medical research has actually been done to find a cure for this disease. With what limited movement I have left and attempting to walk even as painful as it is because of him I still have some quality of life I wouldnt have otherwise.I would highly recommend Dr.Bigler to anyone who is suffering from a similar neurological disorder in this situation.

Dr. Bigler has been my pain care doctor for 1 1/2 years. He is down to earth, friendly, and informative. He will listen to everything you have to say, including EVERYTHING. As any doctor, he is a busy man; however, if you need him for medication, appointment, surgery, anything and hes your doctor; he WILL be there for you. Every appointment Ive had with him (there have been several), his nurses are friendly and hes always entering the exam room ready to serve. If you have an emergency and need to call the office, you will speak with a friendly and empathetic nurse. Hes the best doctor in the Lafayette area that Ive found by far regarding pain care, spinal care, and neurological care. He cant do everything, but hes always willing to try anything and puts forth his very best regarding patient care. Folks have complained in the past that hes fallen asleep in the surgical room, or that hes too tired, etc...Ive never seen him do these things but as hard as he works, I can imagine I would fall asleep or be tired also! He really does work extremely hard and is one of the most compassionate doctors Ive EVER had!!! PERIOD.

The place is ran so tight that they do and hire different people constantly who do nothing unless its by a book just been written out there. My experience with them is is you never get the same thing twice. Ive been seeing dr. Bigler since 2016 because my old doctors in Chicago. After getting accepted to his office and bringing about a 2 inch stack of paper Works they still had no clue idea who I was. And I still do not. For instance Ive seen doctor four times in that amount of time other than has been his assistant or one of his assistants which just so happens to be four different ones. I went there and every time its been different. I have severe nerve damage I have bad hips and robbed you so bad it hurts me to drive and its at least an hours Drive. Ive explained is to the doctor and she told me that shell set it up so I can come every 3 months instead of every 28 days because its dangerous for me to Drive. That being said last time I went to get my medication I got in a small argument with them trying to get them to go in the back ask the doctor what she has said they would not do it and I got a 30 day supply which Im a week late for picking up because I havent been feeling well and can drive there and I have nobody. C on widower alone and I could not go get my meds. And the other thing I was stating was Ive seen dr. Bigler four times the first time very congenial. The second time he asked me if I would like a bump in my back and right no thanks I have a TENS unit and thats like a real simulator and Im actually on my third surgery for one the last time I seen him he asked me if I consider a TENS unit for pain! I cannot believe what I was hearing. I also told him that I could not get shots in my back because it would make the nerve damage worse. My point is they are worried about getting people in and out as fast as they can and that is it. But of course Im a person is disabled and on Medicare. Your friend says it was job related or theyd be all over me helping if I agreed insurance they be all over me help me. My advice anybody think Im going there try it may be to work for you but if not please have a secondary plan cuz you are nothing but a number that they try to get in and out and again like I said it changes every time you go there. Thank you and I hope this is helpful

He was so caring. Could never ask for another doctor so kind. He takes great care of my dad who has transverse militias which has no cure. He is a doctor who is himself, not some phoney doctor smiling in your face. I would rate this man more than a 5 if I could on here. I refer many patients i know to him because he is a good doctor and some are not. Thank you Doctor Biglar for taking such great care of my dad!😉

All the people who speak negatively about Dr. Bigler and his staff, follow directions, dont abuse your medications and dont put Dr. Bigler against the wall and you will have no problem.

I have to write this review as i feel compelled too after seeing mostly great ones, but also seeing a few not so great ones! Let me tell you when i say i have seen a few pain doctors that didnt ever get down to the root of my pain problems, Dr.Bigler did, and i will FOREVER be grateful to him for that!! HE IS THE ONLY DOCTOR IN HIS FIELD THAT I HAVE SEEN THAT IS COMPASSIONATE AND EMPATHETIC TOWARDS HIS PATIENTS! AND LOOKED PAST THE FACT THAT IM 30, AND CARED MORE ABOUT MY DISABILITIES AND DIAGNOSES THAT CAUSE ME SO MUCH PAIN!! His nurses especially Kim are and have always been nothing but nice and empathetic towards me aswell. He has given me my quality of life back!!!

I was a patient of Dr. Bigler for 3 years. He was extremely helpful and caring in the beginning. Then, when I needed more medication due to my recent MRIs reflecting 4 more bad discs in my neck; he didnt want to help at all. My neck is so bad that a surgeon said he couldnt even operate on it. After BEGGING the nurses for an earlier appointment and a spinal column stimulator, somehow, I was no longer popular since I couldnt come in for a pill count due to vacation. If you become in seriously more pain and need Dr. Bigler to see you immediately; IT WILL NOT HAPPEN! AND DONT EVEN THINK OF GOING TO THE HOSPITAL FOR HELP, THEY WONT HELP EITHER BECAUSE YOU SIGN AN OPIATE AGREEMENT WITH DR. BIGLER. If you EVER take too many pills due to severe pain, you will be HATED and discharged from his office. DO NOT EXPECT A QUICK TURN AROUND TIME WITH THIS OFFICE. THEY WILL NOT CALL YOU BACK IN 24-48 HOURS! FIND A DOCTOR THAT HAS TIME FOR YOU AND THAT ACCEPTS MEDICAID!! DO NOT SEE THIS DOCTOR!
